Nice people to deal with!! I was just in town for a short time and needed service B And this dealership took care of my needs. I usually have all my work done in Alpharetta,Ga. So Im grateful for the service in Asheville. The wash job and vacuum left a lot to be desired. That is not a complaint just constructive criticism so they can improve the service.

I was in town from Texas experiencing an over heating transmission trying to make it through the mountains on vacation. In great desperation to limp my Mercedes home I called and spoke with Darrell Inman who has such an amazing relationship with his team that despite being 2 men short and a full booking was able to work me in for a transmission service. Thanks to his efforts I was able to limp home. Absolutely top notch service! Tremendously appreciate the efforts of this great team!

Charles Thomas was the best! I purchased from out of state on my way back from vacation. Halfway home, I showed up in Nashville with a car packed to the brim to trade in. He was so communicative through it all and helpful (he even walked my dog while I was in with Taylor signing the loan…she is also wonderful). Can’t recommend the dealership enough!

Great service, awesome people. I enjoyed working with Gage, an excellent, informed salesman. Overall everything went very well, however my car was handed over to me with lower tire pressure on all four tires and no wiper fluid. It also took quite about 4.5 hours to get everything done. Just some small details that were overlooked. Other than that - couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend working with these guys - especially with Gage.

I purchased my 2013 Mercedes Benz C-250 from Mercedes Benz of Asheville. The buying experience there was so easy, without any undue pressure. My salesman, the Sales Manager and Finance Manager were all wonderful. I left there as a happy first time Mercedes Benz owner.Unfortunately, as luck would have it, I had a major breakdown and had to have it towed to the dealership. Being 200 miles from the dealership was stressful, but Darrell, the Service Manager and Jeremy, the Sales Manager, made this situation so much easier. I was leaving Waynesville to head back home to Florida, a 7-9 hour drive. My battery showed issues as soon as I got on the road. Called Mercedes is Asheville and Darrell told me to come on in. They had a battery for me and I was back on the road in about 1-1/2 hours. And they didnt GOUGE me on the price! They even washed and vacuumed my car! Very nice people! If I lived in the area I would be using this local Mercedes! Thanks Darrell!

This is the most honest and caring dealership I’ve ever encountered. It is worth waiting months to get your dream car here versus anywhere else, that’s what I did. I let Greg know what I wanted and after a few weeks he emailed me with my dream car and I bought it that day. They were MORE than reasonable about the price. On top of that- Greg picked up my car because five days later a check engine light came on, they loaned me a newer Mercedes and fixed the issue with NO charge as well as cleaned it for free because they knew I had just bought it. Even though they didn’t have to, even though they could’ve given me the “it’s a used car, your insurance doesn’t cover that” they are a better dealership than that. Honestly thank you Greg, Nathan, the finance department as well as the mechanics because you all are GOOD people and GREAT at what you do.

Terrible service department and unethical management. I took my Mercedes to this dealership to get a diagnostic check for a reading that I was getting after they had done some work on my car. They did not take my car into the bay of the shop and came back and told me that the reading I was getting was because of a bad part. I took it to another Mercedes dealership for the same diagnostic test and was told that the coding was set wrong when the work was done on the car. Fields never accepted responsibility for their error yet blamed the other dealership for the work they did to correct the code. They were getting ready to charge me over $1400 for a part that I didnt need that the other dealership charged me $400 to correct. They never should be trusted.

Raphiel had the paperwork ready and never pressured us into buying the car. He was very honest with us on the cars history and was open about everything. Took the car in for a recall on the drivers side airbag...we had called to set it up and dropped the car the night before for a 1:30 appt.We called to check on the progress at 4:15 and were told that the car was not brought in...okay, maybe some miscommunication.We were told that the car would be ready the next day...WE called them AGAIN the afternoon that the car was to be ready...only to be told that they did not have the part to repair the car, it was being ordered and the car would be fixed the next day...We again called them to check on progress and were told that the part had not come in the morning delivery but should be in the noon delivery...we asked if they would please call and let us know...at 4:30 again we called them only to find out that the part still had not come in.We have not been offered a loaner and we have had to make every call.We are picking the car up and taking it to another dealership where we may actually be able to get this recall resolved! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AT ALL...WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO ANYONE THAT REQUIRES THE USE OF THEIR VEHICLE!

While service is eventually good, it has twice taken return trips to get service completed and done properly. The staff is always very kind and loaner car has been offered.I do believe the fee charged for routine maintenance is considerably overpriced. I know that my recent fee was over 5x what I paid at another non-Mercedes auto service business for the same service. And for that service, I did not have to return because the service at the non- Mercedes auto service business was thoroughly and completely done.

Hard to find the cars that are advertised. When you call, hard to contact someone. When you go, nothing is there. They dont have it, or it isnt in yet, or it never existed. Feel a little played even now owned by a new group. Guess you have to be in a certain income bracket or club. But overall, great cars if you can ever actually get around to buying it.

EVEN LYING ON THEIR RESPONSE: I ASKED FOR RECORDING AND THEY REFUSE. Fact is Bait and switch sales department that lied about car being in an accident and service department that should not be allowed to represent Mercedes. Receptionist got sick of receiving my calls about my car being worse than it was when I brought it in because service rep was not calling me back. This wouldnt have been an issue if the service rep ever called me back...then the service manager stated he called me back and left me a voicemail and said he only makes one call when I asked him if he called more than once or tried emailing me after 3 weeks of waiting. Then after securing the fact I would come back after weather is better he specifically called me to accuse me of being combative with receptionist! She was the rude person the whole time! Poor Service!! Only do what they can dig money from your pocket!!Got Sevice B there, and after they complete the service, ask for the service paper work, they didnt giving nothing! Tires werent rotated without any explaination!!The worst thing is after service, the waring pop up siad the coolant fluid low, and need to towed to other closest dealership, they push responsibitlity away from them saying there was a leakage found, but anyone would know even it has leakage on the hoses, the extension tank cap shouldnt pop up itself, it apprentely the humman error during the service. See photo, it was mid night when I arrive to my place, the coolant tank wasnt tight by the technician and spray the fluid eveywhere.SERVICE is VERY BAD!!!! Dont wanna take responsibility at all. The only thing I received is the payment reciet with around 450 USD. Shame.

I was in Asheville taking time with my brother who had to enter hospice. My tire was low and the Firestone wasnt able to fix it on Sunday due to locking lug nuts. I left my car at the dealership. I called Monday morning and was directed to Nate. He was just awesome! He helped me and was so kind and understanding. It turns out my wheels did not lock, so he made sure I didnt pay for new locks and a key. My front brakes were in need of replacement also. He made sure everything I needed to get home safely was done and ready for me on Monday. I was the very best of a difficult situation. I am very appreciative of his excellent service.

I spent days and days of searching for the car that I wanted, with no results, and arrived here yesterday in hopes of finding the ride that I wanted in my budget and ran into a sales rep by the name of Adam Rice! He’s my hero, and helped me get the exact car that I wanted and helped me out with the finances in order to drive off with my 2012 bmw 528i in phenomenal condition.
