I dont even know where to begin on how impressed I have been with Dakota and Debra at ISA, Inc. I have multiple business products with ISA and both Dakota and Debra feel like a member of my team versus a consultant. I was paying more with less service at a different company. My wife and I were having trouble finding a home insurance policy that had flood insurance included. After some phone calls and looking around Anthony and his staff gave us a great deal and saved us a few hundred dollars a month.The entire staff was courteous and helpful, and one lady was so thankful for our business that she even hugged me. She smelled nice also. I think her name was Gretta.All in all ISA is a great business full of good people who are more than willing to go that extra mile to help out their customers, even when they just need a hug.

Being a business owner for over 35 years I have had the opportunity to work with many insurance companies in the Asheville area. Although the service I have received in the past has been generally good I would like to single out Insurance Services of Asheville for going above and beyond my expectations in so many ways. Excellent communicators, friendly, attention to detail, listening to my concerns, finding the best value for the dollars and dealing with complex insurance coverage issues. The bottom line is TRUST and ISA will continue to receive all of my insurance business going forward.

Buyer beware! They sold me an insurance policy on my commercial trailer knowing full well I was using a separate company for the truck that pulled the trailer (both commercial policies). If a claim was filed, neither company would have to pay damages because both the truck & trailer needed to be on the same policy. This was the first part of my nightmare with this company.Secondly, I had cancelled my policy with Insurance Service of Asheville 6 months before I noticed I was still being charged by them. When I called and asked to speak with a manager to resolve the matter, I was transferred to 4 different people, none of them a manager. I had to threaten to visit their office to be transferred. The gentleman I spoke to was incredibly courteous and helpful. He was able to cancel the $400 charge (on a long time cancelled policy) that the associates were saying that I had to pay or else face substantial tax penalties.The last part of all of this is that I am trying to renew my tag on the same vehicle and I cant because ISofA put a claim on my insurance that I had a 55 day lapse.... on a policy that was on autodraft.I have paid hundreds, easily over $1k, to an insurance company that sold me an illegal policy that would not have covered me if I had to file a claim on a commercial truck & trailer policy where the value to replace everything would be over $80k. RidiculousI wouldnt bother posting unless it was extremely bad. What I said happened fits the bill but it was made worse by a claim that I had a lapse in insurance, costing me an additional $200 today to renew my tags
