They are just the middle man they sell you insurance thru other companies. My truck was stolen and I had to fight for months with the insurance company they connected me with just to try and get them to cover it even tho I had full coverage and payed my bill every month on time. Able auto staff were very friendly and did what they could to help. However they should definitely take national general off of the list of insurance companies they work with.

Not only are they extremely professional and good at what they do but they are friendly and down to earth.
