Worst customer service ive ever experienced. was hung up on by both women in the office today. this after i complained that my mother was having to drive hours to take paperwork that their claims adjuster should be emailing to the company fixing her car. why is it when a customer has a problem they have to be this way? their bill gets paid on time every month. sandy and jody should be ashamed of themselves. completely unprofessional. new insurance company here we come.
