WNC Insurance is at the top of my favorite service providers. I had been with the same insurance company for 32 years and when needed, they provided horrible customer service. In less than 3 hours of my initial contact with them, I had quotes emailed to me!!!! Dick was the first person we went to when we moved here long ago. Lightning struck our new home within 3 months of completion. Dick made sure we had an adjuster out the next morning, found us a very nice apartment to stay in while repairs were made. Cant say enough about the service over the years Dick and his firm have given us. Great guy, great family just an all around great experience knowing if something goes wrong with either home or auto, I know help is a phone call away!

I have had my insurance through this group for years. Prior to WNC, I would insurance shop with different places annually and usually would run into issues that would need to be resolved during my coverage period.WNC has eliminated the need for me to do that. Everything has always been seamless. I have never had a problem and often when I need to call and make a change, they find a way to save me money and obtain more coverage for me.
