I went to Elite Nails and Spa as a walk in for a pedicure and acrylic nails. I had an idea of what I wanted for my nails, and it was elaborate. The nail techs at Elite were able to use my acrylic nail idea and give me the best nails ever!! They took their time and it shows. If you’re looking for a place to relax while getting either a great manicure or pedicure, I highly recommend Elite Nails and Spa!!

One of the best nails salon I have tried in US. Great hospitality, very clean, just renovated place with new incredible massage chairs. Such a high quality service. Glass screens in front of each chair for COVID protection. Their pedicure is a high quality service!!! I loved the massage, masks and the quality of service in general. My feet look like new and I feel so relaxed and rested. Definitely a place to come back to.

Im just overall dissatisfied. I mentioned at the salon I didnt like they way they turned out and how they were messy looking, and the technician responded with putting 2 more coats on top. These are my nails after fixing them. They are bumpy and goopy looking, super sharp on the ends, and the kicker was they charged me an extra $10 for the mermaid gel (I was told after the fact). My toenails were cut too far down, but the painting wasnt bad. I go to the salon because I want my nails to look nice, but this was definitely not worth the $85 (pretip) I spent. I will not be returning. (Ive added pictures multiple times, but they arent showing up)

My mom and I get pedicures once a month and Elite Nails Spa is back open after the unfortunate accident of someone driving through their store front! The accident has led to brighter things though because the remodel and new massage chairs are really nice. As always it was a fabulous experience. The services are excellent and I feel safe going here during CO-VID because the standard of cleanliness is high. See you in four weeks ;)

Elite Nails is the cleanest nail salon. They use new files and always sanitized tools. They have all new massage chairs and plexiglass dividers to help with COVID-19.They always do an amazing job on my nails.

When we arrived everything was great! I had my daughter with me and her and I were getting full sets and I was getting a pedicure. When I was sitting in the chair for the pedicure they brought me the laminated paper with different flavors and scents and asked me which one I wanted and that it would be $40. So I was ok with that. Then the nail tech doing my daughters nails which her design was pretty easy stated she had to do shellac and that she couldn’t shorten the length which I’ve gotten shellac before at different salons and I’ve never been told that. My pedicure she barely got all the dead skin off I still have dry heels and dead skin on my feet and I wanted a pink heart on my big toes and it looks awful....she then tells me I won’t be charged for it. I said ok that’s fine. My nails were ok except the designs were not what I wanted they look like a child drew them. So then the time to pay comes along and the prices changed for everything I was told. I still got charged for my ugly hearts that I was told I wouldn’t be charged for and the price of my daughters nails was almost $70 and she didn’t have anything extra special for them to be so much but because apparently she has to get the long length so I’m sure that upped the price. Being a first time for us I don’t ever see myself going back there. Not to mention I drove 24 minutes to this salon because there was a wait at my normal salon. I felt like they were bluffing me the entire time. If you want good quality and reasonable prices I would look somewhere else.

My first visit I went in for a pedicure and full set. I was offered the deluxe pedicure which was AWESOME. I hadnt been that relaxed and smiling in a while. He worked with me to make sure I liked the shape and length of the nails and color. I went back a week later to change colors (the gel push was doing beautifully, I just wanted another color). She did a Wonderful job explaining how the color worked and got it just like the sample. I even got compliments from the woman next to me! Great place and they know what theyre doing.

This 2 star review is an average. The first experience I had here was FANTASTIC. Shellac manicure pre-holidays that lasted over a month. Grown out, but not a chip or tear to be found even after holiday cooking/cleaning/wrapping/etc....I was eager to return, and just went for a regular pedicure. The staff is all very friendly and polite, and the facility is very nice, but the man who did my pedicure seemed much more interested in the football game happening over my shoulder than on giving a good pedicure. He barely trimmed my nails (which were at a self-proclaimed janky status), hardly managed my cuticles and then put on an uneven coat of polish. He walked away, I inspected, and found that the nails he had trimmed still flared up, leaving little horns on the sides. Seeing my hesitation, he came back to address my issues and tried to fix it but I am still sorely disappointed.My whole justification for getting a professional pedicure is that the pros can do this far better than me. Not true of my experience today! I should also note that this pedicure took longer than my friends shellac color change (ET fingers and all!). He was generous with the leg massage, but that is still a bit ridiculous.Home now, and further inspection reveals that my cuticles are still in poor shape. Pic attached. Disappointed with my experience today but my friends shellac manicure looks great. Maybe that is their wheel house?

DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD THERE. I saw a charge on my account two weeks after my visit to the shop. Called my credit card, they called the shop and the shop hung-up on them. This is very suspect behavior.The credit card company said that the number had been entered manually. Again, suspect. I would strongly suggest that if you are a regular customer that you check your credit card statements and debit cards....

Ive been here 4 times, and each time has been worse than the last. Its convenient, so I go back hoping it will be better and it never is. The last 2 times, have been 2 different technicians for a dip powder manicure. There is no manicure or cuticle care - and they rush through filing my nails. The ends of my nails look jagged and rough. She did not listen to my request for length and shape. She filed the edges of my nails so sharply that I left with 3 areas that were bleeding. I could not believe it.Another customer came in and said she had an appointment with a certain technician. They just told her that that technician doesnt work there any more, and even though there were other techs there, they didnt offer to take care of the customer so she just awkwardly left. I really wanted to like this place, but I will not be returning after yesterdays debacles.

No, no, no. I sat there waiting for my dip nails to get done and they passed me off to 4 techs until someone finally did them. I was there for over 3 hours. Asked for a light pink with no sparkles and sure enough there was sparkles in which her response was “it’s just a little anyways”. Left nail polish on almost all my toes. They were very nice though.

A total rip off. I asked the nail tech to make my nails shorter and oval several times. The dip looked bumpy and terrible, misshaped, uneven and dull. She actually asked if I wanted my calluses removed during my pedicure and told me that I would need to pay extra when already spending $50. My bill was $95.00 and when I got home I had to reshape and shorten my nails. Just throw your money in the toilet and flush. I t take much less time.

My girlfriend and I wanted pedicures and I wanted a full set. The pedicures and full set were both half fast like they hate their job or to tired to do it right and their very expensive. There was black nail polish left on my toes, barely got dead skin off our feet, the water was scolding hot, they want to charge $5 more for every little thing extra and do a terrible job, they just turned off my massage chair without telling me, the leg and foot massage was awful I could barely feel their hande, they had no clue what chrome nails were, my acrylics are uneven, bumpy and after one day one of my mermaid nails chipped. I liked this place at first but their service is awful and they have poor customer service and very expensive. I was charged $135 Ive never paid that much at a nail salon before. Learn how to treat your customers right, get organized and show pride in your work.

Went here not too long ago. Was treated horribly as a customer. The guy argued with me that the color I chose was blue, when it really was pink. So I asked to pick a different color and he was annoyed. And then he got very upset at me that I couldn’t “relax” my hand, and was very rude. Not welcoming or friendly. I honestly feel embarrassed for them, thinking they can treat people like this and expect them to come back.. I sure won’t. Also, 5 of my acrylics have already fallen off, less than a week later.

This was my second time here and I was so very surprised. First I had a pedicure. They handed me a menu that had all the soaks available. Bella took her time and gave me a wonderful pedicure. The chairs are super comfortable. Next Nick did my nails. For the first time a very long time I couldnt be happier with my nails. They look awesome! The music was relaxing and they even offered me s glass of wine. What more could you ask for. Great job!

The last couple of times the service has not been good, pushed through quickly. For a pedicure they want an extra $5.00 for your bottom of your feet to be exfoliated, etc. I thought that is what a pedicure included - it did at one point, but no longer does. Shellac manicure came out horrible. Bubbles as it was done too quickly, when brought to the attention of technician was told that is what happens with Shellac and that I should do the dip nails. I know this to be false but she refused to redo. Very unprofessional. Will no longer have my business.

This was absolutely the worst experience that I have ever had! I had an appointment and still waited 30 minutes before I got my pedicure. It only lasted 15 minutes! I had nail polish around my cuticles and the polish was piled on my nails! I was so upset, that I thought it would be best if I calmed down before saying anything. I went home and removed the polish! I called to speak to the manager and was told she was not in, but that she would call me. It has been 4 days since my pedicure and I still have not heard anything. It seems they are more concerned about quantity and not quality!

Went in for a pedicure and was shocked at the $68 cost. Had polish under my toe nails and they did not scrub feet bet well.

I have been to this salon several times now and have been very pleased with my manicures and pedicures. It is a clean and calm environment, they do not rush and take great care to do a good job in all aspects. Also a great value, I continue to return.

I made the mistake of returning to Elite. I got a nail fungus again. I booked an appointment with Holly and when I arrived she had double appointments. She did not wash her hands or use clean tools. She was in such a hurry she cut my finger, I should have walked away. I had to go to another nail salon to have my nails removed. My finger is infected but improving. Do not use this salon!

I’m very disappointed with the way I was treated here. I went in on a Monday evening to get a pedicure and manicure. The colors did not match, and the polish on my nails began to peel and chip after less than 24 hours. In addition, I had nail polish all over the skin around my toes and fingers. The next day I came in and asked them if they would fix it. The lady who did my nails gladly redid my nails, and when she was finished, she told me to have a great day. As I was walking out the door another woman, who I assume was in charge, came running after me demanding that I pay, even though they had not told me before. I will NEVER come here again, and recommend anyone who comes here to go to Padela Nails instead.

This last week was my second time coming here. I came in about three months ago, and they did a great job! I got the basic pedicure, and a full acrylic set. I usually get coffin shape. Although they were all exciting and friendly, I was file-cut TWICE. One girl filed my finger skin shaping the sides to the point where it literally bled, and the second girl nicked my cuticle with the grinder tool. But, I moved past it and paid because they were easily the best looking coffins Ive EVER had.This last time? Rushed. I paid extra, although hesitant, for the deluxe pedicure because I was told they would do the massage. Well, my massage was literally just her rubbing lotion into my skin while she watched tv. Every other pedicure receiver next to me was getting a bomb ass massage, so I know that was part of the deal. About three times into asking for more pressure, I gave up. Not to mention every time I go, my chair is broken.I couldnt even let these things go because my coffins are actually not very good. Lumpy in places, and the edges not shaped enough.And I got nicked with the scissors she used to cut the shape of them. Nicked again? Shocker.

It is too expensive... because in others nail salon the price for acrylic refill nails are usually $25 and she charged me $38. And the way she filed my nails is too deep that its touching my skin. And the shape of the nails are not even. I am not willing to go back to this nail salons anymore.

I have been a client of Elite nails for years. I had an amazing technician and always looked forward to seeing her and hearing about her family and sharing our lives each time I came in. After she stopped working there, things went down hill.My first bad experience was a recent pedicure which I have only had two over the years at this salon, this one I am writing about and one for my wedding. My bad pedicure started with being given a list of new spa flavors/types for my pedicure on a sheet of paper which I had not been offered before. I picked the detox charcoal mask. It was a thick gray mud with no fragrance slathered all over my feet and legs. As the technician began to polish my toenails I mentioned that I would like the dark mud removed around my toeanils. He made a sorry attempt and kept on to the polish portion saying in broken English that it would not be noticeable when polished. But after my pedicure and polish where finished and the mud was still visible in the corners toenails and creases of my toes and I said something, the technician acted like they did not understand me and they would not fix it. They presented me with a bill of $50 for a pedicure WITHOUT telling me ahead of time that the spa mud (that was still in my toenails) was an additional $25! It looked like I was a filthy person who did her own pedi over filthy feet. I had paid $50 to look like white trash. Hence, that was my last pedicure there and with no way to explain my disappointment, since they would not hear me, I started to look for a new nail salon.In addition to the dirty looking pedicure, my recent bad experiences have been the ongoing loss of technicians. Calling to make an appointment with my current technician they would not tell me that she/he had left, first they would tell me that she/he was on vacation, just come on in. After many attempts of making an appointment with same technician they finally told me in person that she/he had left, would not be returning from vacation, but so-and-so is just as good so please sit down and get your manicure. This happened to me seven, times although I have tried at least ten different technicians in the process of finding ones I liked and want to return to.Do they not understand that getting a new technician means staring all over explaining how you like your nails done?!Recently, I went in for my biweekly gel manicure, to find that the appointment I made with so-and-so would be done by another technician who is very good. Lets just say, between the rough filing and too deep cuticle clipping, my fingers hurt for five straight day! I have never experienced this before. As I would wince in pain and pull my hand away, she would say, its OK, relax, as though may pain was imaginary and continuing on her marry way. Two days after the sadistic manicure, my gel began to chip, a rare thing for me. So I went in without an appointment to get my gel polish redone and said I do not need a manicure just a gel polish re-do from a manicure just a few days ago and sat down to a new technician. She fortunately understood and only removed and reapplied a new color and brand (fearing the brand was not as good as OPI and was the reason for the chipping) doing nine perfect nails and one that looks like a child did it. I am looking at its sad appearance right now, but I was so over this place that I just wanted to leave and never return. I know this is a long sentence but heres the clincher, they charged me $25 to redo a chipped job just days after I had the prior manicure! I would have thought that after all the years I have been a customer, and I am not a serial chipper, and the fact that I alway tip $10 for just a manicure, no kidding, they would have done it for free! A $5 discount only on a polish change is unacceptable and I still tipped the technician $5 for her perfect work on nine nails (its not her fault that his business is circling the drain).

I also get shellac pedicure which is always great and relaxing in their big comfy massage chairs! Also, its nicely ventilated. A plus, when I was pregnant.

If youre planning on coming here to get dip powder nails (SNS) DONT! they do not know that they are doing. My tech didnt do the process right and now my nails are extremely grainy and look awful. Not to mention she was extremely rude. Would not recommend.

I have been here 2 times and both times it was very expensive and very time consuming. I went there yesterday and I asked for my chrome nails and the chrome powder was not done correctly at all. And the person who did mine put two acrylic nails on for no reason an only on one hand. Do not recommend

I went in without an appointment and they were able to get me in for two services. Deluxe Pedi was dreamy and Holly did a rebase of my nails which turned out terrific. It was my first time and plan on going there from now on.

Absolutely appalling costumer service. my mom and I came in for side by side pedicures. they immediately tried to upsell us then appeared upset if we werent interested in said upsell. substandard pedicure. did not clean under toenails or use a callus remover. wasted ridiculous amounts of time rubbing our legs instead of actually working on the feet and when my mom requested her calluses removed, they charged 5 extra dollars and barely did anything differently.water was extremely hot then too cold when fixed. although we have been here many times, this was too far. not a repeat visit.

At first I really loved this place but its true; one bad apple will make you doubt the tree. I went to do a rebase and the whole environment was different from usual. My friend and I felt like we were a burden to these ladies, rather than paying customers! First of all, she didnt want to let me see all of the colors claiming they only had one ring when Id chose from the box of shellac colors before. Upon questioning the situatuon it turns out, they did have more colors! The tech that removed my friends nails completely destroyed her nail beds, making notches and bloody splotches across her newly wed natural nails! Claiming shed be just fine when my friend exclaimed that she was hurting her. We will not be back here.
