This place has horrible reviews for a reason. I had an appointment at 9 AM on Sunday morning and was there right when they opened at 8:59. I proceeded to have my nails “soaked“ for 50 minutes while every nail tech took different 9 am appointments and 2 walk ins. I then told them I had to leave around 10 which is why I scheduled my appointment at 9 AM. They let me know they could maybe get me out by 11. Absolutely will not be back. They do not value any appointments.

You were always so friendly and kind to me during my previous visits, and appreciate you taking the time to reply to this review (will adjust my review score because of this correspondence).I wish you the best, and no hard feelings. 😊Previously have had really good experiences at this nail salon, however in a recent visit I dont think they valued me as a regular anymore or simply just a clash of personalities.I was kind of brushed off in my last visit and getting shellac off and redone took over 90 minutes.Im not sure if they were offended that I came back within the two weeks for a new shellac color (as I was just trying to grow out my nails), but I was definitely given a cold shoulder even when I tipped OVER 50 percent.In short, if you want a good manicure in the area that doesnt damage your nails with electric nail buffers this is the place.Nail salons thrive off of regulars, so its really a shame that it couldnt work out.While I will no longer be a customer of this business, I still recommend the quality of the services they provide.If you hadnt noticed there is a pattern in previous reviews. Great service, but cant seem to create a positive long-term atmosphere for regulars. Loyalty doesnt matter here.

I have never had a bad experience here. I drive 40 minutes out of my way to come here, because Ive never been to a salon that perfects nails like them. Their prices are great and everyone there is so sweet!

He tore off my pinky nail on my right hand. N then he put glue and a nail while still bleeding. He didnt even put peroxide or antibiotic ointment for the injury. Instead he stuck a nail on it. I am a stroke victim and have a hard time speaking up. But I dont think this was very sanitary. Cant that get infected? I really wish I would have taken someone with me. I would have left with a band-aid and no nails at all. First visit and last visit. Buyers beware.

We came earlier then our appointment, but they were able to just take us. The woman who did my husband’s feet did an amazing job getting his ingrown toe nail out. He said it didn’t hurt much at all. (His was really bad). She worked hard to buff out his feet. My lady was so nice and gentle. Didn’t hurt me a single time.For $40 each we gotnails: trimmed, buffed, painted (me)Feet: buffed, massaged, moisturizer wax treatmentLegs: 2 types of moisturizer, and massaged.In case no one mentions it, this salon actually has bags for the feet section to make sure you don’t get any sort of fungus from another customer!Overall, great quality and a lot of services for the amount paid.P.s. if you come here a lot, they remember you. I have no idea why someone would give them a bad rating. My fiancé and I came in and we were very pleased with our pedicures. They even allowed us to bring our tiny dogs in and sit in our laps.The staff was very friendly and the pedicures were just what we were looking for. They give a great food and leg rub as well.Don’t skip out on this place because of the bad reviews! We almost did and we’re so happy we didn’t.

I am new to the neighborhood and found Perfect Ten. I walked in, salon was moderately busy so after waiting a couple mins the technician closest to the front door looks up at me then continues to work on her client. After more waiting the technician asks how can she help, I reply with a question “how long the wait is for mani/pedi?” After another long pause she replies she does not know. I walk out without a word.So a potential new client, met with rudeness and disregard before I even had the chance to get my nails done...won’t be returning.

Their pedicures are fantastic, and they have tons of colors to choose from. Plus, they are very reasonably priced.

I am a guy. I have gone there for about 3 years and they always make me feel comfortable and even know me by name and if I have not been in for a while. I know very little about this works but people who do are always complimenting me on what a good job. Its cheaper than a podiatrist and its fun when my tires peak out from under the covers to see the bright colors!

Called to ask for wait time and the lady who answered just said “walk ins are welcomed” asked how long wait it and she replied with “okay, thank you. Bye “ and hung up before I could ask any further questions.

I’ve owned my own businesses so I am very reluctant to leave anyone a bad review. Yesterday I brought my daughter & granddaughter in for all of us to get mani/pedis. We walked in to an empty salon with a man sleeping in one of the massage chairs. That man was the person assigned to do my nails! No name, no word of introduction! I specifically said keep the length & shape them. He proceeded to file ALL my long natural nails down to nubs. He filed so aggressively that the side of one nail bled & is still very tender. The best thing this salon could do is get rid of this technician! I’ve read all the other reviews! Whoever he is, he is NOT an asset!!!

The nails stay on well but I wasnt able to choose my length. The nails are lumpy, the guy who did my nails was extremely rough and my nail beds hurt and were sensitive. My friend had to have them stop doing her nails because it hurt so badly. When they take off your acrylic bails they rip them off by using a fake nail to pry off said nails. And wouldnt stop when they were told it hurt

Terrible experience. Ive never had issues with places Ever. Im not that type of person. But I called ahead to communicate and when I got there, the older man was very impatient with me and kept hurting me while he did my manicure. I had busted a nail and I told him I had a Time that I needed him to be gentle. He ripped off the busted pieces, impatiently causing me to bleed again. Then I asked him nicely three times if I do go wash my finger with soap and water before he reapplied a whole new base. He flat-out ignored me. Not once did he let me wash my hands. I might very well get an infection and that finger. And job was done very Shawty. You can see the old Nails underneath the powder. I told them very nicely at the end that I was sad and upset that I had such a bad experience. I told them it was a comfort pain. Then they took a picture of me and threatened to call the cops if I walked out and didnt pay. I paid. They didnt hear me or help correct it.

I love this place. They have comfortable and newer massage chairs, the technicians are committed to doing a great job, are incredibly affordable, and my shellac nails last forever. I also love how open and chatty they usually are, with a couple college girls that have kept me so entertained Ive left with my stomach hurting from laughing!

I went and got a full acrylic set done this afternoon. The man who did my nails was very courteous and did an excellent job. Due to my low blood sugar, my hands were super shaky so I definitely appreciate his patience and precision with my nails :-) I will definitely be coming back here❤

I had a very similar experience to someone who wrote a review a few months ago. My previous experience here was very positive. However, I came into get my nails done for my wedding and was assisted by the only man on staff. When he filed my nail, he jammed the tool into my cuticle- which really hurt. Then he quickly became frustrated when he asked about how long/short I wanted my nails to be. I pulled my hands away from him and asked him to calm down and work with me. His frustration continued and he just started cutting my nails (quite aggressively) without listening to my input. I told him that we were done and that I would wait for someone else to be available who could help me. He threw all of the tools down on the table and stormed away.The second person did a decent enough job, but justified his behavior to me the whole time. She told me that being a man makes him impatient and he just wants people to know exactly what they want. I wont be back.

Came in with my boyfriend to get pedicures and we were super impressed. The staff was really friendly and I received the best foot massage with a pedicure, I think ever. They are also reasonably priced. I will definitely be returning.

Ive come to this place for years and go to Raymond. He does my nails perfectly but I got tired of making appointments only to have walk ins being taken care of before me and my appointment time. I now go to another salon and get great customer service and when I make an appointment it is honored.

I just went there today at 1 o’clock to get my nails done it is now 6 PM and I am just doing my dishes and my nail polish completely fell off my fingers it never dried I will never be using the salon again

Most all of the techs Ive ever gotten are great! The base & top coat are top notch, theres a lot of colors to choose from too. Regular polish will stay on my nails for a couple weeks! Sometimes they get busy and an older lady does the massages...she is spectacular!

Angie did my pedicure & gel manicure and it was perfect! It was busy in the salon that day but, they were efficient and speedy and made sure everyone was taken care of. It was $55 for a pedicure & gel manicure which I find reasonable.

Just when I was sick and tired of wasting money on bad nails/pedicures I tried Perfect 10 for the first time and hands down was the best pedicure I have ever received. They took their time and payed attention to things I liked or didn’t like. Now coming for my second time they even remembered things we had talked about the last time. Very personable and relaxing. Felt like a 5 start spa experience!

I have come here three times and each time I have a stellar experience! I get pedicures and they are meticulous with trimming my cuticles and are so gentle. They also spend a CRAZY amount of time massaging. Seriously everyone is so nice, prices are reasonable, and they do a great job!P.S. they play full movies while you are here, no annoying commercials. The pedicure was fine but then when we went to pay our bill, one of the pedicurist took our credit cards and said something like do you want to give a tip but she did not speaking English very clearly because of an accent or on purpose? When she returned with the receipt for us to sign, the tip ($10.00) was already added on as part of the charge. The price of the service was $25.00. Both of us said that was not our intention to add a tip as the charge and we would add what we thought as a tip. She went back and forth to the cashier a couple of times. No not possible to refund $5.00 back to the card and no not possible reverse the charge when we said we would pay by cash and then we said we would pay by check. We saw another customer pay by check but she said not possible.... Finally she gave us both $5.00 back but what a scam. I think the best thing to do in this shop is ask about paying by check up front and give the tip directly to your pedicurist in cash. Very Fishy

Been coming to Perfect 10 for about 7 years. They all do such a wonderful job. I have been to other places when traveling and it is never as good as the Mani/Pedis I get here. Relaxing great massage chairs and great prices for such great work!!

They are all very nice. I love how they do my nails. They communicate with their costumers but you can’t really understand what they are saying (no affence). But that is what that one missing start was. But other than that they are really good.

I will never come here again and I will recommend that my friends don’t either. I had come to this salon two times before yesterday and I got the same man - I believe he’s the only man in the salon. When it came time to choose the length, he didn’t ask me how long, he just went to cut them. So I stopped him asking for them a bit longer because I couldn’t see the length. He looked up at me and glared. He cut them all and when I had realized that I was incorrect and I would like them shorter, he proceeded to throw his tools down and throw a fit. I understand that that can be frustrating but his reaction was unbelievably unprofessional. I am paying a pretty penny for this service so I wanted to speak up about how I wanted my nails to look. The part that truly bums me out is that he does an amazing job at the nails and the shape is usually spot on. If he would have held back his negative attitude, he would have had a customer for life.

In my opinion, this is one of the worst nail salons Ive been to. Went and had my acrylics put on and the nails themselves looked beautiful but he didnt clip or push back my cuticles, so they looked grown out within 2 days. He also didnt ask how long I wanted them and I asked him to shorten them, but he barely filed them down so I had to clip them and file them at home. I went back to have them removed after a couple weeks and she literally ripped them off (something I could have just done at home for free) Very painful experience and wont ever be returning.Update: After reading other peoples reviews, Ive noticed, whoever is responding to the customers negative reviews, is extremely rude. While it may be frustrating at times, (and I know how frustrating it can be from working in customer service) the customer is ALWAYS right. You should never argue with a customer. I have been coming here for about 6 months. It’s really hit or miss. Lina does an excellent job but I have been very unhappy with the general lack of customer service here. Last time I got a color that I loved. I asked for it again. Unfortunately I had a different nail tech. I gave her the specific name and number. Somehow she picked up a lighter shade. As I tried to tell her multiple times, that’s the wrong color, she kept insisting it was the same. I walked out feeling not only disappointed in my nail job (definitely a different color) but also a bit humiliated by the treatment here. Sorry guys you lost my business today. 😔After trying out a few different places I decided that quality is more important to me. I went back knowing that my nails may be a slightly different shade than requested sometimes(could have been a miscommunication the first time about the name) but that they will last! When I went back I was pleasantly surprised! Everything was just amazing! I am glad, l because I honestly didn’t want to go anywhere else.

When they get it right, I really feel like I got my moneys worth. Its also really close to my house. But the service here is hit or miss (unless youre one of the special regulars). Even with a standing appointment, I have been delayed by up to an hour because there was no technician available when I arrived for my prescheduled appointment. They could have called to let me know! They do not appear to understand how important it is to customers that you communicate with them and tell them the truth.I continue to use this salon because most of the techs know how to do Shellac (or Gel) properly and it can be difficult to find a salon with a tech who really knows how to do apply Shellac properly.When they get it wrong, as they have done with me, by giving me a tech who doesnt really know how to do shellac, or telling me to wait when they wont have anyone available for another hour, its very frustrating.Perfect Ten - You need to learn how to communicate to your customers how long the wait time will be and be honest if you do not have a tech available to service them right away. Lying to people and letting them sit and wait and wait and wait just makes them VERY ANGRY. I have observed this happening many times while getting my manicure at your salon. Youre driving away potential business with this practice.Please learn to communicate honestly with your customers.

I was a walk in and Lisa did my nails.Shes amazing!! Shes really precise about her work. Lisa made me feel special because she took her time, made sure my nails were done right, even when I was ready to go she made me stay to fix one nail I messed up. I came into this salon and got a pedicure a couple days ago and I enjoyed my pedicure but the only thing that I disliked and the reason this salon didnt get 5 stars is because while I was getting my pedicure, there was a nail tech there she was I think was watching something I think a movie on her phone. But she had the volume so loud that I couldnt even relax and hear the movie that they had on in the shop. If it wasnt for that I would of given them 5 stars.

I have been going to this nail salon for 12 years. Yep, you read that right 12 years. It has always been a love hate relationship. I had an appointment scheduled today with Kelly because I do not like the way Raymond does my nails. I show up on time for my appointment and they give me Raymond. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if this is going to happen? I ask for square nails, they are round, they are not even remotely even, seriously every nail is not even close to being even. They are super short, I can feel the tip of my finger at the end of my nail. (I have acrylic nails) I was in and done under 30 minutes. The best part is, I had a nail that was lifting, and he left it. Its still lifting. I have to say every time I come in here, no one is friendly, after 12 YEARS!!! I have to find some place else, why do I keep coming back? Learn from me, dont settle, go somewhere else!

My boyfriend and I got our first pedicure here and really enjoyed it! The chairs give wonderful massages and the pedicure was very relaxing. Was a little disappointed that after painting my nails, the lady giving me a pedicure left me so she could give someone a manicure. I then had to sit there for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to finish my pedicure. That is the main thing that upset me about my visit. Otherwise it was a nice trip!

Ive been coming here for about 10 years and they are the best. Clean shop, friendly staff and they take their time to be sure you get what you want. Best pedicure in town with a very long foot/leg massage. Try it, theyre tops!

My daughter went in, the day before prom, to get a full set. It was the first time she had ever paid for her own nails. She paid with a debit card. The lady told her that her total was $30 & asked if she wanted to add a tip. My daughter said to add $5. After checking her statement, we saw that she actually entered $10 for the tip! CREDIT CARD FRAUD! I called the salon, and got nowhere! I will be pursuing this further. If you go here, watch your bank statements!!!!

I have been going here for over 15 years. They are always very nice and attentive. Even if there are a lot of people they make sure to take their time on your manicure/pedicure unlike other places that rush through it to move onto the next customer. Their mani/pedis also last the longest out of any other I have had. They are also very open to feedback if you are unhappy with something. They are great and I highly recommend them!!

Went less than 2 weeks ago for dip nails went directly back in when I said my nails are bumpy and too thin they said that’s how they do it well three days later 2 of my nails broke in half, and two others were popping up... this was all throughout a week. I paid 50 for the dip set and they didn’t even last a week. Pedicure was nice but I won’t go back I wasted 50 and have nothing to show for it, very disappointing

Excellent shellac manicure today. My nails were really bad from ripping off the acrylic nails but they took their time and did a great job. Seemed like very sweet people.

If I could give zero stars I would. I cried TWICE during this manicure. I told the girl THREE separate times that two of my nails were partially acrylic and to be careful when filing them. She did not listen and filed my nails so hard that they CRACKED IN HALF down into the nail bed. She repaired the first one she broke, but not the second one, so now my nail is broken and looks horrible. On top of that, the manicure chipped less than an hour after leaving the place. I will absolutely never step foot inside this place again. My nails are ruined. What a waste of $35.00.

Never been somewhere where I pay to be treated like an ignorant fool. Raymond, the only male technician is rude and could careless about what you want. You tell him one thing and he tells you no and will do something different. He constantly pulls, pushes and twists my arm and loudly tells me to relax or he wont be able to do my nails. How do you relax when being treated in this manner. I did the same as another reviewer and kept going back for more torture. I once arrived 5 min after the posted opening time and waited 20 min in the parking lot until someone finally showed up and then was told to wait until Raymond arrived to get a simple rebase. I waited until he arrived (it was a game by this point) and when he arrived he told me I would have to wait longer because he wasnt ready...everyone who works there laughed and went back to their Starbucks. Also, the price changed every time I went in! One minute a rebase is $18 and then the next time $21 and another $22...same service never an extra polish, gem, broken nail...nothing. Will not go back!!! PS...one star was given for the one time one lady was nice.

I went in today as a walk in and asked if they had time for a gel manicure. I wish they would have told me it was going to be a while or that they didnt have time. They let the acetone soak on my nails for 20 mins and then when I asked if I could get it taken off they came over and filed my nails, not with a soft buffing block, but a course file on my super sensitive nails. I told the lady that I wouldnt have time to get the gel manicure and that I would just like them cut and filed. She yelled over at a man and he had me go over to his station and when I sat down he started to file the tops of my nails as well and I told him the same, that I would not have time for the gel manicure and he was upset and just told me to go ahead and leave. I was shocked! So I left with super sore, roughed up, thin, long with a bit of gel still on them nails. Like I mentioned earlier, I wish they would have told me they didnt have time, it would have saved me from getting my nails all messed up.

Never going here again. My friend and I had an appointment and when we got there we were told to take a seat at the front to wait for a nail technician to open up. Even though we had an appointment, at least 4 or 5 walk-ins came in and were seated with a technician right away. What was the point of making an appointment if we were going to be kept waiting for almost half an hour? Once we were FINALLY seated, the male nail technician didn’t even try to do the style I wanted so I had to do another one. When he was filing my nails, he used a lot of pressure and it hurt, he didn’t measure or check the acrylic tips after he clipped them to make sure they were even, he didn’t let me go wash my hands as one is supposed to after having the nails filed to wash off any excess filings, he did not show that there were multiple acrylic powders to choose from and gave me one that I was not too pleased with. When he switched between filing etc for each hand once he was finished with one he would just push it away and grab the other one and felt a little aggressive. When he was finished with my nails, they were crooked, not flat, and some of them were not even. I do not recommend this place if you are going to spend a decent amount of money for nice nails because they clearly do not care that much about proper customer service.

I went to get my dip manicure done, he didn’t even put lotion on or do massage my hands. Less than 15 mintues I got chipped few top of my nails. I will never go back to that salon in Arvada by the way I’m deaf and maybe they don’t care

Appointment times are never kept and when you get there they want to blame customers for them not taking down client information. Very unprofessional very unfriendly. Pedicure was once rushed because a regular client decides to walk in without an appointment so my pedi was cut short. I will never again visit this establishment. My daughter goes there religiously I will no longer pay for her nails until she also finds a new salon.

Appointments are not honored, couples are split up everytime, old bandaid on the manicurisist table, painted my skin, but great prices and results after 2 hours.

Horrible service! Scheduled an appointment for 3 full sets (at the same time) instead was there for 45 minutes before even one of us were seen. Rude service and the gentleman was really rough with all of our hands. One set of nails fell off 5 days later, the other 2 have the clear coat coming off. Over charged on everything!!! I made an appointment just to arrive and sit there for an hour waiting to get my nails done.whike waiting many walking came in and were seen before me. Once they started my nails, I wasnt able to get my nails done the way I wanted and I was charged more then the price that was listed. It is so hard to find a good nail salon around here.

Called on the spur of the moment for a pedicure, and yes they could take me in right away, awesome!

Stopped in for a full set of nails and was told they could take me two hours later and come back and I could get in. Well I arrived exactly 2 hours later to be sat down for another hour with other people walking in and being helped before me. Customer service was horrible, I will never try this place again nor make recommendations.

Probably the best pedicure Ive ever had! I will definitely be returning.
