This is the BEST nail salon to go to in Colorado! Lily is my favorite and I see her every time. She knows exactly how I like my nails! Everyone is so nice and friendly and welcoming! I will come here forever. Everything is done perfectly! Never had a bad experience ever!!! She even did my nails for my wedding so I absolutely love it and people should know that this is the place to go!

Terrible nails! The shellac looks like it separated near my cuticle. Never did anything about my cuticles as I requested in the beginning. Cut me twice. And charged me $10 extra than what I was originally told. Completely ridiculous!

My first time coming here and Zen did a fantastic job. She gave me exactly what I wanted and made my nails look better than I imagined . The shop is clean and had a great selection of colors! Will definitely be coming here from now on.

Glued my pinky nail on crooked and told the nail tech and she tried filing and all the shapes on my set is different. After 3 days my nails started lifting:I felt super rushed. They just want your money

Great experience every time! I’ve worked with a few nail techs and they are all great but Zen is absolutely incredible!! I have never had someone give me exactly what I ask for the way she does. So much attention to detail and she cares enough to have me check each and every nail to ensure I am happy. 10/10 would recommend!

I usually get great service at this salon.. I recently went in for a pedicure and manicure. The nail tech did a great job with the paint, but she completely forgot to do the lotion and massage. I spoke with the gentleman who seemed to be the manager. He said it was her first day, but didnt offer me a discount or anything. I thought that was a little unprofessional.

I had my nails done here yesterday. Today one of the nails started to peel. I went in to get the one nail fixed and waited 30 minutes. Everybody who came in after me with taken back and serviced first. Finally someone moved me over to another chair where I again waited. I finally walked out because I was being ignored. I would’ve kept coming to this place as I understand things like this happen, but the fact that they were taking on other people who came in after me when they messed up my manicure yesterday is unacceptable.

Great price, great product! Gel nails have been going strong for over 2 weeks, lots of other salons I have chipping after a week or so. Always friendly, cant beat $25 for a gel manicure or basic pedicure!

I don’t recommend this place at all. I spent $80 on my nails just for them to fall off within three days. The lady clearly didn’t know what she was doing. She cut my cuticles last and gave me no apex so my nails have no structure. By far the worst nails I’ve gotten I’ll never go back there.

Theyre friendly, clean, efficient, and the artwork they do is amazing ! I love Padela Nails! I broke my acrylic nail all the way down to the skin. It bled for days. I came in for a repair. The staff was extremely helpful. They worked with me over the course of 3 weeks (How long it took for me to stop hurting and not bleed when the nail moved) to help get the nail straight, then clipped, then filed, and finally off. Due to how sanitary and attentive they were to the nail there was no blood pooling, blisters, or even a mark on my nail underneath. I applaud this place!! I went to padela for many years and had a few bad experiences so I stopped. I heard they got new nail techs so I gave them another chance, it was good for a while! I loved going every few weeks however one of their techs was so aggressive with the power tool, it hurt. She filed my nails super short and when I put my nails in the light it burned. I’ve gotten her multiple times and she always does the dip too thin - it cracks right away. This time though, my nails hurt. They’re sore and achey just hours after getting them done.. I think she stripped my nail too much but definitely won’t be going back.

I’ve been coming here for a while,It is a great place, but it was definitely a different experience going in yesterday. I went in with my aunt who fluently speaks Vietnamese, and the two gals that did our pedicures we’re speaking Vietnamese and they didn’t know she could understand them. They were discussing that some parts of her body were too big, and making them uncomfortable. My aunt told me that it made her very uncomfortable. Then she also said that later on the two ladies were discussing drama, that they were having in the nail salon. The only thing that I would really want to get out of this whole thing, is that just because you think somebody can’t understand you, don’t discuss things that are private when you have customers around, please.

Just had my first pedicure at Padela with Jollie. What a great experience. Nice shop and she did such a great job.

They never ever turn a customer away. I live so far from this place but right before my cruise vacation, I was looking to get some pedicures for my daughter & I. I called 4 places around me in Brighton, that all told me they were booked up for the day and couldnt take us. I called Padela, and of course they can take us! The pedicures were relaxing and we were seated right when we walked in. My pedicure lasted 3 weeks. No nail polish chipping at all.

Absolutely love every time I visit! I am taken care of immediately and my nails always come out exactly how I want them. I would highly recommend Padela’s as your regular nail tech!

Always an amazing experience!

This is the second time they change the price on my nails. I always get them the same! The first lady tried to charge me $45 because my nails were long I am always typing at work, theres no way I can have long nails. The second lady today charged me $40 because of the gel, what gel lady?? I have been coming here for a couple of years, and at first service was awesome now waiting time is long, and they try to sneakily charge you extra. I am definitely done with this place.

I’ve been going here for many years and I have to say that I am very impressed. After a long day of being busy, I don’t have to worry about waiting very long at Padela. The employees are very friendly and they’re very hard working. They are also very welcoming and they always go above and beyond to help you create or re-create the design that you would like. They can get you quickly in and they’re very precise and accurate with everything they do with your nails.

Today I visited padela nails and could say up until the end I had a enjoyable experience. While I was paying and tipping the person who did the work she snatched the tip out of my hand if insulted by the amount. When I asked if the tip wasn’t up to par I was told “tip what you want” as she turned her back and walked away. I will not be returning and will be sure to share my experience when asked for recommendations.

Every time I leave, I have a new favorite tech which makes me think everyone on staff is just stellar. Always satisfied, my nails always turn out better than I expect, and theyre quick. Not going anywhere else and will probably make the trip to come back even after I move.

No problem really. Was excited to have my Flintstone feet done.I got Nancy and Nancy was AMAZING!!. Not only did she have extra work because of my nasty feet but she was very pleasant!. She fixed my busted toes and by the end I was on cloud nine. No literally my feet were numb because of how awesome of a job she did! In the middle of rush hour. She explaind the services and even suggested secives for my kids. We made short talk and I think I just made a friend. I will for sure some back to this place even if there is a slight wait. I’ve been going to Tony for over 3 years, and he is the only guy who can do my nails right !! Everyone there is super friendly, greet me as soon as I come in . Very flexible, I can usually get an appointment that day when I call. I love Padela ! Clean, convenient, nice staff and most of all my nails look amazing every time, and they LAST !! 100% RECOMMEND coming here !

A group of my friends and I had our nails done here before a wedding. My technician took great care of my nails and the owner was very accommodating!

Not a good experience here... VIP nails at the Westminster Promenade is much better. If you’re looking for a new nail place to try then this is NOT the place.

This salon was very busy. There wasn’t a wait at all, even though they were really busy. The owner (I believe) was very nice and welcoming. The reasoning for 3 stars is because the nails I wanted (yellow with accent nail as a marble on photos) are pretty thick. The accent nail on my right hand is longer than the one on my left hand, and the coloring is different then the photo showed. I grabbed a yellow for a regular full set, but it got switched to gel (which I was okay with) but the color is way more neon than the one I originally chose. I didn’t speak up because I’m very passive and I thought it was look better/darker after the second coat. I will definitely try again in the future with maybe a different tech, but they weren’t too bad.

I do really like this place. However, the last couple times Ive been things havent been so great. I guess it all depends on who you get. Some technicians do an amazing job, and my nails stand the test of time. But some are clearly just rushing and the quality of their work suffers. So when I walk in, I dont know if my manicure will be finished in 1 hour or 20 min. The owner is very friendly and I have seen him handling complaints in person in a very professional manner. He clearly cares about his business. Im hoping he will see this and encourage his staff to be more consistent with each client.Keep in mind: they prefer CASH for the entire payment + tip. I dont have a problem with this as Im sure most people dont understand exactly how outrageous credit card processing fees are.

Save your time and money. Asked for white tip design using gel and ended up with pink nails. I even showed a picture of the look more then once which was so simple and plain but after he kept putting trying to put sparkles on my nails I just wanted to get out of there. if you dont like people sweeping under your feet definitely dont go there.lol

My personal experience was great. But my sister went and asked the guy for coffin style acrylic nails and they completely didnt listen and finished them out as short and square. I asked the manager to help and have someone fix it. My sister then went and had a lady try to fix them but instead just cut the short nails into a half-hearted coffin. In the process, this lady cut her real nails down to the skin and made the skin raw.

My girlfriend has gone there for multiple years and within the last year her service has gone down hill. Her nails have been breaking within a week or two. They have let her walk out with crooked shapes, and have overall spent little time on the details. On top of that they have rushed her out and have just been quick to get the job done. Very disappointed from a loyal customer.

I love that he has so many people working each day and so many stations so it’s never a long wait at all.Ways to improve if i had to pick something, A bit longer on pedicures would be amazing. Gave this place 4 tries because an employee of mine loves this place, and only left happy once. The owner is super pleasant, but the work done by his employees is NOT GOOD. And every time I go to pay, its different per tech I get... I was in yesterday for the 4th and final time, and watched as 3 people who came in after me were helped before me, to which the owner also saw and told me theyd be right with me. I then get paired with a gentleman in blue who did the worst job on my nails by far. They do sloppy work, and each and every time (save for the first time done by an elderly woman) they cut me. I literally have cuts on every single finger but one! I thought about going back to completely redo my nails, because each nail was not trimmed down and hang over onto the sides of my fingers, but honestly its just not worth it at this point. I will never, ever ever be back. Owner, have your people slow down and really pay attention to what theyre doing! Youre losing customers and the comments reflect just that!

I went here for the first time for a deluxe pedicure with my son. Massage chairs are great, staff is really nice and the prices are much better compared to other places. We didnt get a water or beverage which most places offer but Id rather pay 20$ less for same pedicure and skip the beverage. I will be back. Great place.

I am really disappointed with the pedicure I received here. Sloppy job, polish left on skin ( I had to take this off myself) left my nails sharp and straight (I had to file myself to fix this) and barley a foot massage. Nice people but too rushed and they dont care about the customer. They just want you in and out and onto the next job.

I wanted to like this place. Everyone is very friendly and made sure they did what I wanted them to do. But in my two visits for pedicures, my big toe has paid the price.I got my first ingrown toenail in my life after my first visit because of how the nail was cut. SO PAINFUL. But.. I decided to give them another chance.The second person actually (on purpose) ripped my skin from the bottom of my nail up toward the top which has caused horrible discomfort the entire week after the pedi. Basically opened up a wound next to my toenail. It was swollen and I was afraid I actually had an infection for a few days.Last of all, the gel polish on my toes was not removed correctly either time - they just peeled it off without soaking it. PLEASE slow down and consider your customers. I won’t be returning.

I will never go here again. I said that I didn’t want the acrylic on my nails I just wanted them dipped. She left my tips on and dipped my nails and you can still see the fill line. She was very harsh with a nail files and it was painful when she filed my cuticles. Then charged me $40. Such a waste of money and I am not happy at all!!!!! Awful. Go to the nail bar across the street!

Friendly, yes. Timely? Most of the time... I opted for Shellac, was happy for a few months. The removal process isnt supposed to include the GRINDER - but this is what is used after cotton, acetone and foil. I went from thin nails in the beginning to TISSUE PAPER THIN nails due to a single step in the removal process - THE GRINDER. Bad bad bad. My nails fanned up and out, lifting away from the finger!! Up until this point, I was pleased. However, will not be returning. Take care, Padela Nails.

My sisters and I went to Padela today for deluxe pedicures. My two sisters sat down first and had someone assist them immediately to start their pedicures. I sat down two minutes after them after choosing my color. I did not mind waiting. I waited while soaking my feet for 8-10 minutes before someone came to start my pedicure. During those 8-10 minutes, two people came by to say Thank you for waiting, we will be right with you. After the lady began my pedicure, it turned into a catch-up game to finish at the same time as my sisters. She rushed and made up 10 minutes of my waiting time, skimped out on a full massage and pedicure that my sisters received, just to make sure we finished at the same time. I would have preferred to receive a quality and thorough deluxe pedicure instead of rushed service. I should have shared this with her.So, for those reading this review, when going as a group and not served at the same time, it would benefit you to vocalize to your pedicurist Please do not rush, my friends can wait. I should have received the same quality and amount of time given for my deluxe pedicure as my sisters received.

After I had been disappointed at many nail salons around Arvada, I found this place. Every time I go, it is extremely busy, but I am greeted, acknowledged, and never waiting. The pedicures are amazing, and every time I get my nails done, they are exactly what I wanted and look great. Every staff member at the salon is extremely skilled and professional, and I get a different person each time!

This nail salon is a hit or miss. My mom and I come in all the time for pedicures, usually it’s decent for the prices, but today I’m particularly upset because they charged my mom $70 for both pedicures without even asking. They know me, they know I always pay for my own. It’s not that big of a deal, but I think part of providing exceptional service is I don’t know...asking questions like “are you paying together today?” this place needs improvement.

I am not a fan of this nail salon. This was the second time I have been there and although the first time was nice, the visit today was awful!My friend and I went today and I was planning on treating her by paying. The pedicures went well except my nail lady was rude, the nails were a disaster, and they charged for a service that we said no to.The nails were gel and I asked for a simple swirly design in light purple over my dark purple nails. They told me no and said white was all I could have a design in. So they do a white design but then offer my friend gold on dark black/red nails. At this point Im livid because they fought me for 3 minutes saying white was my only choice. They ended up redoing it as I was visibly frustrated and tried to fix it.Then, the woman asks to do my friends eyebrows which we said no to. We stayed that we said no and she said oh but we charged you already. So at this point we have no choice.The manager is trying to be polite and helpful by apologizing and saying that if I come back Id get someone better. Not once did he offer to discount my next service for their significant mess ups and rude service.Overall I would not waste your money here. Find somewhere where you are treated like someone who matters. Especially if you are planning to drop almost $200 with tip for you and a friend.

My wife and I love this place. Yes, I, a man of the most masculine nature, love getting pedicures. Padelas is well staffed, clean, very friendly and they are outstanding at what they do. My wife and I always leave feeling refreshed, and appreciated!

This place does not even deserve one star. I had the worst experience here, I got shellac which chipped on almost all of my nails in less than a week, which they would redo only if I pay them $10 on top. For me, shellac usually lasts anywhere from three to six weeks, but here they most likely have old lamps and/or cheap gel polishes that do not stay on long. I was really upset when I had made my payment, with a tip, spent my time, had to come back to ask for the redo, and was left with nothing but ruined nails.They also prefer cash and do not give you a receipt for it, so it is pretty shady.And overall they do a very fast and not quality job, like they just want to get you out of there and you dont feel like youre getting the attention and service you paid for.
