I live in Texas and was in a wedding in in Colorado, so I couldn’t go to my normal hairdresser. Based on the reviews, I booked an appointment here with Erica. She was super sweet and communicated with me beforehand to get to know what I was looking for. It turned out great! Also, the price is unbeatable.

I just love all the ladies here. I generally see Brandie and she does such an amazing job! Chanel is also fantastic and my boys LOVE getting their hair done by her. Cant say enough good things about this place. I work near by and am able to see soooo many of the salons clients leaving, not only looking fabulous, but with the biggest smiles on their faces. Book your appointment here, ladies, you wont be disappointed.

I have never been to this place before and randomly found them on google. Everyone was very nice, and welcoming. I didn’t cut or dye my hair for over a year and decided it was time. Jolean did an AMAZING job, and I absolutely love my hair. She doesn’t know it yet, but I’m going to go back to her to get it touched up when it’s time. PERMANENT DAMAGE AND BREAKAGE!**edit, taken over a year to get my hair back and ended up having to cut off 9 inches of my hair from the damage they caused!! Save your hair and go to a good salon that will make sure you are happy.I go to The Parlor now and they make sure you are good!

I’ve been coming here for a few years now getting my hair cut and colored with Ale D. She is very talented and I usually just tell her the basics of what I want and let her do the rest. I am always in love with my hair when I leave. I recommend booking with Ale!

There’s only one stylist that I recommend and it’s Brandi. She did my hair color and did an amazing job. She also did my nails a few month ago before Covid and honestly no other person has done a better job than she. I had my toes done from another person and I regretted it. It only lasted one day. Thank you Brandi for doing such an incredible job! She is very talented!

My complaint with Elevate is not with the service I received, but rather with the way I was treated by the woman (whom I believe may be the owner) running the front desk.When I arrived, she was working with another client - no qualms there, at all - but she disclosed to said client that whatever she was doing would take some time - again no qualms, Im happy to wait. This client offered for the woman at the front desk to help me (I just wanted/needed to check in for my appointment) but the woman at the front desk rudely and disrespectfully stated to the client that I would be fine.At the end of my appointment, I went to pay, and the same woman was on the phone, and was visibly struggling to complete the task she needed to, so the woman who did my mani/pedi and I waited. Eventually the woman at the front desk put the call on hold to process my payment. She would not disclose to me how much I owed for my mani/pedi, and was visibly frustrated and annoyed at me. I inserted my credit card and she told me to hit the green button and I when I didnt hit it fast enough for her, she annoyingly repeated again to hit the green button. Then she asked me to sign for the services. I was looking for a pen as I did not know that the pad was a touch screen, and as I went to sign, the woman took it upon herself to sign for my transaction! The woman working the front desk at Elevate signed for my credit card, on my behalf, without my consent or my approval to do so! I am actually stunned at the audacity of this woman, and very upset at how I was treated.I think its definitely worth it to find a different salon, one where all paying customers will be treated with dignity and respect.

This was the absolute BEST hair experience I’ve ever had. I hadn’t cut my hair in a little over 5 years because of my past experiences with terrible salons, but after my haircut with Chanel I am more than pleased with how well she treated my hair. Highly recommend Chanel and this amazing salon to anyone looking for a great place to make your regular appointments at for all of your hair needs!!

Recently went to this salon (for the first time) and had Brandi cut and highlight my hair. I brought in a picture of what I wanted, and she did an AMAZING job. Ive already received a ton of compliments, and I would definitely go back to her. Super friendly, and easy to talk to as well. Would highly recommend.

I have been getting my lashes done at Elevate by Jolene for about 2.5 years. The front staff is so friendly and Jolene does an amazing job! I have been to a couple other places for lash extensions and Jolene is definitely the best. My lashes stay put every time. I look forward to my appointments every month and would highly recommend Elevate!

Ive been going to Tina Montoya for years. I would follow her anywhere just like the last transition to Elevate! She does exactly what I am looking for or better every time. I highly recommend her and Elevate is just as close and super nice! DJ

I had made a appointment for a couple weeks into November and I was told my appointment was canceled and they couldn’t do anything with my hair. And they didn’t even explain why they simply sent me a message saying they’d get back to me and no one ever did. I just don’t understand how a salon can say they can’t work on your hair? I was not even dying it, I just wanted a simple hair mask or deep conditioning. I find this place super unprofessional along with the stylist. To turn away a paying customer who’s never been to the store before either is incredible. I requested to have my hair done By a Chanel Villa. I would recommend you go somewhere else. I would recommend Evolution in Denver and the stylist Zach. He’s great but don’t go to this run down shop.

I have been going here for several years now. I do not let any other salon touch my hair. Aubrey has always done an amazing job and respects the style, cut, and color I choose. I have recommend all my family and friend here and they have all left loving their hair!Ale is also amazing, she has colored and cut my sisters hair, which was beyond damaged. It was a challenge, since my sister was box dying her hair for years. since her hair was drastically damaged it took 2 sessions to get it done. Ale did a wonderful job and my sister loved her hair by the end of it!

I am new to the area and was afraid to let anyone touch my hair after I was very disappointed with my last hair color I had done at a different nearby salon. I went and saw Ale and she is AMAZING!!!! This salon was amazing, it was my first time going and Miss Sherri helped get my hair back to a beautiful natural blonde, cut and washed, and styled it afterwards. Since it was my first visit I also got a welcome gift with some samples and coupons, as well as a free service choice of - free nail polish change, hair conditioner treatment, or a free eyebrow shaping. I was very pleased with the high class service and genuine/caring staff. I will definitely be returning and referring friends! Thanks Elevate!!

I have been going to Tina for years She is honestly the only person I trust to cut my hair. So when I got married I obviously wanted her to do my hair for the wedding, and she did an amazing job! She listened to my ideas and added her own, the result was a completely unique updo that made me feel very special and original. I cannot recomend Tina enough!Additionally all my bridesmaids and my mother got their hair done at the salon with some of the other hair stylists who all did wonderful work! I would highly recommend the salon on a whole.

I loved going here, it was close and convenient. I always walked out with a great color/cut! However after a little over a year, Addie left to another salon... I was scheduled with another girl, and totally loved the outcome of my hair (except our first time working together) She did have me come back for a correction and did not charge me, so I continued to go back. However, I begin getting texts constantly wanting to reschedule my future appointments. Which most of the time I accommodated the stylist. I liked scheduling on Friday afternoons.. but everytime I went I always felt rushed, as the stylists shift ended early on Fridays. Then the stylist told me not to schedule future appointments, that she would text me instead when she had openings... well after almost a month I never heard back... until I asked why she had not contacted me.... she admitted to forgetting about me...not good business!!! So when I proposed my availability she thought I only needed to come back to get a hair cut (this was actually what I waited for a phone call/text almost a month long) I now obviously needed everything again (cut/color) because so much time passed to not hear back.... so sad this turned out like this, but I guess when your not appreciated as a client, time to move on.... Now have to find another salon!!

My wife hadn’t had her hair cut in almost two years due to a bad experience and wasn’t trusting anyone to work on it. I heard about Elevate through a friend and talked her in to going. They gave us a great deal because we were referred, and even though she was nervous she ended up LOVING her hair cut. The stylist, Aubrey, was so nice my wife ended up getting her Info and now she’s a pretty close friend. Elevate has some stylists that are engaged with their clients on a personal level and it’s just not something you see in many businesses these days. We are so happy with our experience I don’t think my wife will ever go to another salon again, thank you!!
