Had a very odd experience with Berto. He wouldnt cut my hair. Said he didnt do longer gentlemans style hair cuts. I was turned away and had to go find another spot. If Berto is to be believed I wouldnt recommend him unless you want a very short cut, you will be turned away.. He seems dedicated to his craft and committed to excellent service but I have never been outright refused service before. Not sure what to think about this interaction. Debated putting this review up as he was very nice but I wish I had known before showing up; I had to leave work early to make the appointment. Berto- maybe be more specific about what cuts you do in your info.Update- upon placing this review Berto found my phone number and messaged me a few times. The conversation wasnt particularly pleasant and seemed like a way to make himself feel better, patronize me, and vent his frustrations rather than actually hear me out or better his business. Berto- in your 13 years of cutting hair it seems like you would have learned how to give what you called a gentlemans haircut by now. Perhaps you should expand your skills as a barber or leave a warning in your information.

Berto is the man! Takes his time and makes sure your hair is exactly the way you want it. I see him once a month and have never had a bad cut. Big sports fan and easy to talk with as well. Definitely cares about his people. 5 stars isn’t enough.

Ive been going to Berto for haircuts for the last 2 years and couldnt imagine going anywhere else. I followed him as he opened up this business and it was a great move. The process to set up an appointment is extremely easy which makes things convenient. Not just the process but he gives great haircuts (solid fades) and trims. Hell never let you walk away dissatisfied. If something doesnt look right after you go home, he offers you to come back to clean things up. Never actually needed to do that but the fact he offers that, makes him a great barber. Would recommend him to anyone.
