I took my nephew to Classic Colorado Barbers. Lloyd was his barber we were very happy with his fade work. Relived because, I didn’t know where to take him in this area. I’m glad we stopped by because we are literally a mile away and he loves his cut!

My husband and I came in with our 1 year old son today to get his first haircut (my husband got a haircut as well). We were greeted by the staff and the precious owner’s dog, Benji. Our baby LOVES dogs and was just tickled to see one in the shop. I think this helped the process of him sitting “still” for a hair trim. Riley was so patient with our son! She did exactly what this mama asked her to do! Best of all, they gave us a “first haircut certificate” for our son with a little of his hair on it. For someone that is sentimental... this was priceless. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Classic Colorado Barbers, for the experience and the haircuts!

The barbers are genuinely good and nice people. They work hard and take customers all the time. Some are good barbers as far as skills and some are alright so be careful who you pick to cut your hair. However, I have some feedback for this place: First, since it’s “first come first serve” service you will have to remember who is ahead of you which can be confusing to others if customers consistently come and go and there are 15 people waiting for a cut. Second, which is my huge personal concern is the dog. There is a dog or sometimes multiple ones and they sit on the customers seat and leave hair everywhere! That’s not even it but they come and start licking my feet meanwhile I am taking a haircut (this happened almost every time I am there) which is disgusting and seriously disrespectful to customers that don’t want to be touched by dogs and their nasty saliva which contains a lot of bacteria that can potentially get you sick. I understand that some customers might like dogs being there but remember not everyone does. I come to get a haircut not get saliva full of bacteria and diseases on my feet with clothes full of dog hair. I hope you don’t take this as a personal attack because I could just leave a bad review and never come back but rather I wanted to leave an honest feedback that can potentially improve your customer service. I am honestly considering not coming back because it frustrates me when dogs keep licking my feet as I am getting a cut.

Great haircut with good prices. Went in with my family to get ready for a wedding and they did a great job on my hair and beard. The atmosphere is also amazing with tons of cool Colorado sports memorabilia. Pretty busy but I can see why!

Called to make a reservation, but they only accept walk-ins. Went in the next on a Saturday morning, and tried to put my name on a list, but they do the honor system and remember who came it next out of 20 people waiting. Waited 30 minutes, saw 3 guys served, and left. I have better ways to spend my sunny Saturday than waiting 2 hrs for a 30 min haircut.

First time in. Got lucky and didnt have to wait. John did a good job cutting my hair. Nice and clean on the sides and neck. Lots of places leave uncut hairs around the edges......not here. Smoooooooth.

Gus is the man when it comes to the clippers. But tbh everyone there is pretty nice at their craft. Come in and check them out.

Showed up an hour early before they opened to make sure I could see Gus. 1st on the list. The last time I was in I had a great cut. This time they skipped my name and Gus has already taken 2 haircuts before me. This sucks. Will never return. Very unprofessional.

This is a cool little barbershop. They have several large screen TVs and tons of CO sports paraphernalia on the walls. They even have dogs!My barber (whose name I unfortunately forgot) did a great job, he even brought out the straight edge to shave my neck. I received a lot of compliments the next day on my haircut. I really appreciate the fact that he recognized that I didnt want to talk, so he didnt try to force a conversation. I would rather have the barber cut my ear than fake a conversation while getting my hair cut.Ill definitely be returning.

Its hard to find a barbershop these days that can listen and achieve the type of haircut you want. Luckily, I was able to find it here. They do not take reservations, walk-ins only. So either get there early or expect to wait for your hair to be cut by your desired barber (Saturdays). Staff is friendly and are always cracking jokes. Great atmosphere.

So far I had 3 haircuts from this place and love it. The 2 barbers that serviced me so far were outstanding and their price are very reasonable.

I highly recommend Marissa. She has been fixing my previous screwed up haircuts (yes, plural) from Floyd’s. She listens to exactly what you want in a haircut and executes it perfectly. She takes the time to properly cut your hair without being aggressive and examines it for precision. She has awesome advice along with knowledge to back it up. Good old school Barber shop. Dont expect to go there in a hurry on the weekends. Marissa does a great job cutting my hair. Nice clean, even fade. She takes pride in her work, and will make you look good. I like a very high skin fade with a little longer on the top. I have been a very satisfied customer here for six months now. Phil is an accomplished barber whose long experience is extremely evident. Consistency is much appreciated. Environment is comfortable and welcoming. I have been looking for a place like this for a long time and am glad I found it . Very pleased.

Beards beware! My first experience here blew me away great haircut and amazing beard trim! My second cut here made me never want to come back. I got a beard trim and wanted the sides less bushy and to clean up any loose ends. I also have a very long handlebar mustache and said not to trim that. Apparently shaping the beard meant removing 4 months worth of beard length off the bottom. Halfway through the trim the buzzer made a few quick zips below my mouth and i immediately was like whoa careful i dont want to trim my mustache and he was like dont worry i didnt touch it and yet when i felt my mustache he had removed half the length on my left side and a fourth of the length on the right side. So now my beard is short my mustache is infuriating short and terribly uneven and the sides of my beard are still bushy. Literally can only see half my ears cause that part was seemingly not trimmed. Making sure the sides were trimmed could have been resolved but once my mustache was murdered i just wanted to go. This place had a lot going for it but it killed that chance like it killed my now mutilated mustache 😢

I came in first thing, right when they opened. I came in as a walk-in and unfortunately had to go to a different barber due to being in a time crunch. The place was absolutely packed with people pouring in behind me. I really would have liked to try this place today and can’t wait until it’s time for my next cut so I can come here.There’s also a shop dog! Who doesn’t love a shop dog!!

For long I’ve been looking for a barber shop with high skilled barbers, who always get my hair right, and who will not charge me $50 for it.This is the one you want to go!They work 7 days a week and have 5 chairs which are always busy. And the reason is because they all do a great job!

Walked in and stood at the front counter for almost 10 minutes while the barbers looked at my family and I like we were lost. They didnt acknowledge us until we started walking out, and their acknowledgment was yeah its going to be pretty busy until at least Wednesday Customer service shouldnt stop when youre busy. After all the good reviews I read, I can say that I will not trust google reviews any longer..

I have observed they play favorites with customers they know by taking more time on the haircut and those same customers dont have to wait their turn. Quality has gone down overall over the last year and some of the barbers go on break and come back smelling like pot. I dont want someone cutting my hair who is high and is using a razor.

Didn’t have time to waste cutting my own hair today. I’ve been wanting to try this place out for some time and since it was my bday I figured I’d get it taken care of. Have been going to these guys for a couple years. They are the best barbers around. The most affordable. I have gone to Roosters and Floyds and theyve always put a hole in the pocket and given a poor cut. Classic Colorado is 10 dollars cheaper than those places and they will give you exactly what you deserve out of your local barber!

I called in advance, arrived, put my name on the list, and waited one and a half hours and never received a call. After calling the shop I was hung up on, called back, and didn’t get an answer. As of writing this review, it’s been 2 hours and I still haven’t gotten a call. It was a waste of the morning to come here and wait 2 hours for no haircut.
