Audra did a great job on my all over color. My color is dark black so it takes some attention to detail to keep from staining my skin a lot and she did a stellar job! Shes very pleasant as well, easy to chat with and let me lead how much we chatted or didnt. The place was clean, and I found the classical music quite refreshing and relaxing.

It was fine but now I cant put my hair up in a high ponytail they cut 5 inches off and hair just keeps falling out it was a great experience but the after is bad because I cant put my hair up

This is the worst haircut I’ve ever received. My “layers” are basically two separate pieces, the top layer creating a solid line across the bottom. It looks like I have 2 haircuts. I’m genuinely embarrassed to wear my hair down until I can get this fixed. Please beware before booking here. If you’re looking for a value that still comes with quality, I recommend going to Walmart, where I’ve received some of my best cuts.

Liked the people but unfortunately a larger corporation bought them out and now the haircut rates for seniors have more than doubled. Oh well.

My daughter was left with a headache and frizzy hair. Audra made her stand the entire haircut. Audra also brushed and cut her hair dry. I was told those were normal practices by another stylist.My daughter ended up just getting a trim instead of the haircut she actually wanted. Horrible service!

Very friendly staff, very clean place was able to be seen within the first couple minutes of walking in. most places you have to wait 30 40 minutes to be seen. Prices were really high on their products though compared to most places. Love my new haircut. Overall pretty satisfied, and will be returning for future haircuts.

Spent $45 on 2 kids cuts (one with wash). Disappointed with both. Wanted a number 2 cut for my 4 yo grandson and had to even it out myself when we got home. Also, she lined up the back but not the front. Granddaughter has curly hair and it her hair looks like it did before the cut. Also, neither one of the stylists were very friendly.

Absolutely terrible! I asked for a finger length cut. That has always been good enough for everyone whos cut my hair over the past 10+ years, if there has been a question, the hairstylist always asked. Today I basically got a buzz cut! I told her it was too short, there was no apology, no offer of discount or anything! Ive got to wear a hat for the next 2 to 3 weeks till it grows out enough to get it cut again. I will NOT be back!!

Karly was recommended to me by a neighbor gal who was very happy with what shed done for her, over several visits. My own visit yielded similarly excellent results (color work and cut/style), and she was completely pleasant and friendly. Maybe Larry (below) just caught her on a bad day -- or one of *his* bad days. Hmmmm.
