Big O Tires was amazing! My car suffered from a huge blow out and the tire was under warranty from another company. To help me get to the other place they found a used tire to put on my car so I could drive to the other place. They were so helpful and kind! My experience at this particular location exceeded my expectations. Caleb was the employee who helped me out during my visit there. I believe he is a manager. He was very friendly and professional. I dropped my car off for all four of my tires to be replaced. I picked it up at the end of the day and one of my tires was at 40 PSI, two of my tires were at 45 psi, and one of them was so high that my tire gauge couldnt register it. Thankfully I had tire pressure sensors in my car so I knew something was wrong right away and could even them all out. A little more care when doing something as simple as filling the tires would help to make sure that people dont have a blowout because of over inflation.

I had a nail go through my tire and needed to get it fixed quickly to catch a flight at the airport. These guys were fast professional and did the repair for free.Will be bringing my 4Runner back for service in the future... last time I went to Midas they forgot to replace my oil cap and the car leaked all over my garage.

Spent $1800 on oil change, brakes, shocks and rotors on my car and they didn’t bother to take the care to tighten everything so now I have an oil puddle in my garage that I have to deal and clean with as well as 30 oil drops all down my driveway I have to clean. This is happening while I’m trying to sell my expensive new house, and I have a multi state drive trip planned, hence the point of the work done and now have no confidence that they did a correct job. I go there to get it dealt with.

Big O was $60 less expensive than Discount Tire and $200 less than Les Schwab! Took about 45 minutes to put four tires on with an appointment.

Never had any issues with this shop. Easily the best shop for car maintenance Ive ever been to. They have 5 stars for a good reason.

My rep, David M, was awesome! He went above and beyond what you normally expect and get with customer service. Not only did he explain everything to me with knowledge, patience and professionalism, but he went out of his way to find the tires I wanted and really took care of me. Got home around 5pm today and had a huge screw in my tire and my tire was barely hold air. Called around and Big O Arvada said come on in even though it was close to closing. They were freaking fantastic! I already had a terrible week and a flat tire to add on to it and with their kindness and willing to help me in a pinch, I am extremely grateful! I recommend them 100%. They were short staffed but communicated with me the whole time and kept me up to date on what was happening. Needed a new tire and an oil change. They got me taken care of as fast as they could for what they were dealing with and I appreciated the open communication.

I Love Big O. Ive always had a great experience in various locations. And this location is nothing different. Ive been twice and truly appreciate the quick and up front service. Ive just moved nearby and feel grateful to have a quality option for all my service needs.I recently had a battery issue. And on a Friday afternoon, David M quickly had it checked, called about the warranty and replaced it.

We had been calling around over the holiday weekend for a new set of tires- no luck. Early Monday morning I called several tire locations and either no one answered or in one case we were offered an inferior product. Graham at Big O was amazing! He said they didnt have the tires but he could get them within a few hours and get them installed right away. He came through earlier than expected, tires offer smooth ride. Thanks to entire crew!

Took the car in and was done in 2 days when I was expecting it to take longer! Graham was fantastic to work with and provided me with outstanding customer service. He was easy to communicate with and all of my services were provided at very reasonable prices.

If there was negative stars Id put them. Never give this location your money!!!I am going to make this very clear and very easy to understand. Last year this store left cam bolts loose. Several pairs of tires several repairs and still wasnt fixed. Then the manager claimed he could fix all the problems with a fix and that made the truck 10 times worse. Several responses to the bbb and the last response the store couldnt even be bothered to respond. So here we are today and this is what you will need to do. The truck has been in the body shop for the last month and as a result and several documents from big o this store and another big o store as well as 2 other alignment places the bolt were admitted to being left loose, the store admitted they made a mistake. So cost to date just for the truck damage at the body shop is $10,500. My expenses is $8,700. I suggest that you take quick action to pay for all damages and cost incurred over the last year and current expenses to pay for the damage caused by your store, your employees, and I would request this being done asap. Thank you.

Big O Tires had excellent customer service. I got new tires there in 2019, and when I had an issue the last couple weeks I brought my car in and they took care of it no problem. Turns out, it was just a screw. I really appreciate them, and we’ll be back!

Ive been going to these guys for a while for tire services. Recently I was in to replace all four tires and flush my coolant. Speaking with the mechanic up front I was sure to say which coolant my car needed being a Toyota. They said they didnt have red but could replace my current coolant with pink. Which I was fine with. When i received my car back they put the wrong coolant in! They put green instead of pink/red which is not what my vehicle needed. Please beware as this can cause problems with your car! Im out the money I paid and need to pay to have the service done again somewhere else. Very unfortunate.

Took my van in to get some tires and a alignment. David was the one who took care of me at the front. He was easy to work with and had a good attitude. Took care of business very well. Work was performed with no issues. They ended up doing more work after inspecting my vehicle. My struts were shot, which I knew, but after their inspection it was clear they were bad. It was good to know they were actually doing the inspection they advertise and found additional stuff. I’ve definitely been to places that look past obvious issues and just do the work on the work order. I’ll definitely be back to work with Big O and David again. Thanks!

I was very skeptical about letting these guys install my 4 skyjacker lift kit & add 37 nitto tires on my brand new Jeep JL Rubicon.I gotta tell you..these guy came through .. all Techs where personable, owner was helpful. I used to go to discount but the last few years their wait times have been terrible (2-4 hours). Recently I needed a spare tire for my trailer and this Big O Tires worked it in last minute and got it done fast. My experience with David Martinez was so good that when I needed new tires on my Jeep I went back. The sales process was quick and easy. I appreciated that I didnt feel like I was being sold. They were able to do the work same day and were flexible with my schedule needs. As a female, most of my encounters with mechanic work leave me feeling inferior and like Im being lied too. I am pleased to say they treated me respectfully and truthfully. Great job, keep it up!

Took my car to get some brakes at Big O because Ive had good experience buying tires and getting oil changes there. I called them last second because I ended up having the day off unexpectedly. When I called they worked me in that day which was a huge help since I am really busy. When I went to pick up my car the total was over $70 less than the estimated price and the help that Graham gave me was outstanding. These guys have made me a loyal customer and Ill be back.

Next time you’re having a bad car day, go here. I had a driving on the rim kind of flat tire on the way to work Tuesday and headed straight to Big O on 52nd. I’m an “on-call” employee who fills in when other people don’t show up, so I’m the one who really does have to show up. The guys at Big O dropped everything and made me the center of their universe to get me on the road ASAP, and I ended up being slightly less than an hour late for work even though my work site was 24 miles away. If you want people who actually care about you and aren’t just trying to make a sale, go here. Seriously, they were so good to me.

Love these guys made an appointment online and they called me confirmed and set me up with the quote that was originally given because the sets that I chose was not available anymore when I got there the inches on my rim were not the same as the tires that were then chosen so we picked another tire but still this entire Time they made me feel so Comfortable and happy I at no point felt frustrated or upset I had a really enjoyable experience here Graham helped me with everything I even got the same original quote that I was given which obviously was great these guys literally made you feel like you were a friend or family honestly I’ll definitely be back for any of my needs for sure for my van thanks guys for making getting four tires a really easy-going experience when you’re spending that kind of money not many people smile walking away but I did🙂

Once again, these guys were great! I made appointment online, and not being a tire minded person, it seemed super easy and took little effort on my part. Of course, I did it wrong :(... Aaron called me first thing in the morning, politely explained to me the simple mistake I had made in selecting the wrong weight load classification of tire, offered the correct solution and what the nominal; price difference would be for the correct tires, verified my appointment, and that the tires were in stock. On day of appointment, called to let me know they were ready, and if my schedule permitted, which it was,- to come over a half hour early. It was professional, and in the 2020 moment, him and the staff were covid responsible. I will be getting more work from this Big O Tire as needed in future.

Booking my appointment online was very easy and I got the exact same time & day I needed. Upon booking I chose the wrong tires accidentally so David called me and explained they were actually snow tires and invited me in to go over more options & to inspect my vehicle, as I had told him I maybe didn’t need a whole new set after all. He went over options that would best suit my budget and car and made me feel comfortable in my purchase which is nice when you are spending so much money. Overall great service and definitely will come back!

A terrible first experience. No masks or Covid polices in place at all. Guy at desk was stand offish when I barely talked to him. I wasnt very confident in the shop the whole time I was there and was actually worrying instead. Im thankful I work on my own car because someone who doesnt know anything could easily get ripped off here. Yes they give some honest recommendations but the way they treated me idk. Glad my service was at no cost because I doubt Ill head back.

Took my car in for an alignment. They inspected it and said they did the alignment. Picked up my car and as I drove I noticed it still pulled to the right as if they didnt do anything to it so I took it back to have them fix it. They said it was because of the tires even though I had gotten new tires two days before. They worked on it more and I picked it up and it still veers to the right. Now Im going to have to take it in again to get it properly corrected and inspected. If there is another problem they didnt catch it or tell me if there was. I wont be taking my business there again.

Ive always purchased my tires from big o my last 4 sets have been from here but I wont buy anymore from these guys again. I went in to get a nail checked out and patched for my truck which I need for work... when I asked the guy behind the counter he instantly told me he would need the truck all day. He didnt even bother to come out and check the tire to see if it truly needed patched. Everytime time I try to get warranty work on my tires they want my vehicle for hours I cant put my life on hold for a nail. He seemed more then eager to let me leave since I wasnt dumping 800 bucks on tires. I drove up to discount tire and wow what a difference the technician immediately went out to my truck and informed me the nail didnt go all way threw and removed the nail for me took him less then 5 min and I was on my If you want my opinion save yourself some time and go with discount tire I know I will.

Great customer service with a quick turn around. Walked in at 9 with a punctured tire and told them I needed to leave around 11. They had it ready in time, with no charge for the minor fix. Will definitely be back!

Ill definitely find a way to do business with you guys in the future. Dont know that Ive ever had something like this happen to me before. You can get a little ticked off when you want to go somewhere in your car and find the tire is flat, but Big O really turned that around for me. Thanks guys!

Great experience!!!I had a new set of tires put in my truck, breaks on the rear axel, and an oil change at my last visit. The savings compared to other shops and the dealer was substantial, they finished everything same day despite having a steady backlog, and the customer service was top notch. I will be back in the future and would recommend these guys without hesitation.

Aaron helped me out he mounted and balanced an old pair of tires and didnt charge me as I was in a pinch for cash. my old tires didnt have any tread left on them he even took care of the disposal for my tires great business and place and helped me out when I was struggling during covid! My experience with big o was one of the best they took good care of myself by getting me the right wheels and coil overs for my 2017 2ss Camaro with installing it very well and carefully to make sure everything was done right before returning the car back to me it took sometime to get the car back to me but time is no matter if the car comes back 100 percent complete with no worries like they did thanks again David and the big o staff

I had a slow leak in my tire and they were able to fix it super fast for me! The best part was no charge. This was super necessary and I am very glad they were able to help me so quickly. April is so nice and always takes great care of me and my vehicle.
