I have had my oil changed here for years, the guys usually give me a good discount or somewhere around $80 for a synthetic oil change. Always fast and great work. But I recently got only my front brake pads replaced and with a oil change the price was $520. Seems steep especially just for pads that Im sure were less than $50 in parts. Hoping I wasnt overcharged.

Hands down the best car shop in the state. The mechanics are able to easily diagnosis a problem and come up with a one and done solution. The ownership is very involved and cares about the customer experience. They charge very fair prices too! I would recommend everyone take their car business to this Meineke!

Emergency stop after being rear-ended on vacation. Crew snuck us in on what appeared to be a busy day and repaired exhaust mufflers to a point where we could finish our 7+ hour drive home. We were treated very fair, and they went out of their way to help get us back on the road. Very impressed and appreciative!

I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change online, but when I went in they couldn’t find my reservation. I showed them the confirmation email, and even though I wasn’t in their schedule, they started almost immediately on my service and I was on my way home in 30 minutes.They also inspect other areas of your vehicle, and make suggestions as to what other services you will need in the future, but they aren’t pushy about it. They give you the information and a quote, and the choice is up to you what you do with it.

The place was supposed be to open at 7.30. Got there at 7.40, it was closed. One of the employees was waiting there too since the manager was late to open. I didnt have an appointment but employee told me that they will take a look at my car first thing. I waited for an hour before the manager got there. He said since I dont have appointment I might wait till 2pm if they can squiz me in. Great communication and punctuality.

Aaron and his team at Meineke are so honest and thorough with their work. They’re happy to answer questions and really get to the bottom of any issue with your vehicle. Highly recommend this shop. I come from out of town to have my car serviced with this crew. 10/10.

This is one of the best service shops here in Denver Colorado I told a lot of my friends about them so they can get more business! You can bring your car in Monday morning and they will do their best to make sure you have your car by Monday afternoon.

It was Friday afternoon. My brakes went out on my only car. I have fostered my two great nephews. I needed a working car. The receptionist was grumpy but the mechanic and owner took care of me that forgave a little grumpiness . With their knowledge figured out the problem that I was having unrelated to my Brakes save me a lot of money in the long run. Thank all do much.

Was here last week for an oil change. Just had my spark plugs done today - the appointment took about an hour. The staff here are super friendly and I trust that theyre not giving me the runaround.

As it turns out, these guys did zero work to my car, but they get a solid 5 out of 5 stars. I walked in without an appointment and they kindly agreed to take a look at my car. I waited for approximately 15 minutes and was told they actually didnt have the expertise to fix the problem (hybrid battery issue). They didnt charge me anything for the visit and told me who to contact to have the issue fixed. They could have easily run up a tab for diagnostics and sent me on my way. They didnt treat me like I was a silly girl who didnt know anything about cars. Needless to say, I was totally impressed with their honesty and their professionalism. Should I have car trouble in the future, ill be back.

The entire staff was Awesome 😎. Someone cut a pipe trying to steal my Catalytic convertor. Aron and Ron listened to my concerns and solved my problem quickly and at a reasonable price. You Can Trust these guys 😉. I will refer all I meet to do business with them.

My wife had taken our vehicle to a different auto shop for an oil change a couple of days ago. They had indicated that our brake pads needed replacing immediately. I took our vehicle to this location for second opinion and was told that the brake pads did not need to be replaced; they were still in good condition. Their honesty has earned my business and I will be using their services moving forward.

I went in to have the A/C on my car checked. All they do for their free inspection is drive it into the garage and pop the hood on it, and look around the engine with a light. They then said I need to have the system evacuated, add die, and recharge the system. Thats going to cost a convenient $200 right there, then to bring it back in a couple days to see if the system is leaking. This is their standard procedure without inspecting the A/C relay, checking the pressures on low pressure side or high pressure sides of the system, whether the compressor clutch is engaging, NOTHING. They literally told me they looked at it and now they need $200 to evacuate the system to test it for leaks. This is a money grab when they could easily test other parts of the system in no time without evacuating it to see if there is a problem elsewhere. If you are not familiar with cars and maintenance I would not bring your car here for anything other than basic services, tire change, oil change, or maybe brake pads. They will probably try to talk you into doing things that might not be necessary and cost way more than you were expecting to pay from the start. If you need an oil change, this place is probably fine, but if you need a mechanic, then just find a reputable mechanic shop and have the bigger stuff done by someone whos not corporately owned and only cares about the $$$.

I made an appointment to have my breaks looked at and get my tires rotated. I ended up having to walk home with my infant child in 12° weather because they were unable to look at my car at my scheduled appointment time. They call 3 hours later to tell me my breaks are fine and they refuse to rotate my tires. He says that my front tires have ware, but my rears are practically new. He suggested I get 2 tires. I agreed and approved the service. Then, IN THE SAME PHONE CALL he tells me the technician actually suggests 4 new tires. For what????? You just told me my rears are brand new.. so I had to walk back with my child the day after a snowstorm to get my car after no service had been performed. Waste of time. Got my tires rotated at Goodyear this morning. It took 20 minutes and they didn’t hassle be about anything.

On 10/24/2020, I took my motor vehicle into Meineke Car Care Center for an oil change, and to investigate a noise coming from the engine area. Since I arrived a couple of hours before closing, they needed to keep my car overnight to be able to thoroughly diagnose the issue. Conveniently, they had a shop car to loan me. The Service Manager Aron, and Shop Foreman Ron were both very professional, and honest - they kept their word and I received quality, reliable repairs at an affordable cost. Simple oil change and tire inflation not completed to satisfaction.Old oil was leaking all over driveway after oil change,Engine pan was not cleaned after change, tires were not set to proper psi as requested. Poor craftmanship.
