Yuri’s salon is absolutely amazing! I moved from down south and had my stylist there for over 10 years. I am very particular about my hair! I had two terrible experiences up here before finding Yuri. I found him on a whim on Groupon and decided to give it a shot after reading some reviews. He has been my stylist now for 4 years and I won’t go to anyone but him. He is passionate about his craft and always does a great job.One of the biggest signs for me that a stylist knows their stuff is that they will listen to what you want, actually take all of it into mind then offer their recommendations to get you to that look. I’ve had so many stylist that will not listen to me telling them exactly what I want. It never turns out how I want. But Yuri listens and also offers suggestions when your not sure about a particular part.The salon is clean and professional, everyone who works there is wonderful. You feel valued every time you go.I 100% recommend Yuri’s salon to anyone looking for any of the services they offer. Yuri is a truly great artist!

Ive been a patron of this salon for about 10 years and I can say unequivocally that Yuri is the best hairdresser I have ever had (and Ive had many). He cuts my hair exactly to my specifications and offers his expert opinions as well. Hes extremely precise; not a strand of hair is out of place when the cut is finished. The coloring process is also very professional. Yuri mixes my color, which he keeps in my customer file. His staff apply the color and Yuri closely supervises their work. Having my hair done at Yuris is always a delightful experience. I highly recommend this salon!

I have been going to Yuri Salon for several years now, for both laser hair removal as well as various hair services. I have always left with a smile and have been extremely happy with both the outcome as well as the service I have received. I have worked with both Nadia and Yuri and have been happy with the outcome each time. I have especially enjoyed working with Nadia, she is not only professional, but so sweet and friendly. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends.

Have been going to Yuri for many years. I think of him as an artist. So talented and careful as he makes my hair look its best. His staff is kind and very gracious. And now my wife has switched to him as well.

Unfortunately, this was the worst manicure and pedicure I’ve ever gotten. I was concerned with the lack of sanitation (if any?) and my nails are embarrassing! Clumps, bubbles, uneven!... the process even made my hands quite rough. Some more training is probably needed here!

I came back to do my highlights again with Yuri, he is very talented and the whole staff is friendly and attentive. The products they use are good and the ambience is calmed and nice.

Nail Review only:Great place to go if you feel like spending $35-$45 on a glorified polish change. This was by far the worst pedicure I have had in my entire life. I could have done a better job myself.My technician spent less than 20 min on my toes, including soaking time and polish. The manicure was equally subpar, after I’d seen how she painted my toes I skipped the polish on my hands because I knew I could do better and I didn’t want to be there anymore.My search for a good Mani-Pedi in Arlington continues...

I went here for laser hair removal via a groupon. Once I was there they upsold me all these additional areas and longer length packages. After a full year of 6 treatments spaced out every 8 weeks I have absolutely no results to show for it. It was the biggest waste of time and money. Dont go here. I kept telling the owner Yuri and the laser technician Nadia that I wasnt seeing enough results and they kept saying you need more treatments. I called around to medical laser surgery, dermatologists, and plastic surgery offices and they said I absolutely should be seeing significant results. But I already paid for the packages upfront so I continued through all 6 sessions. At the end I asked for my money back and of course they claimed something was wrong with me and it wasnt them. Yeah sure. OKay!

The best laser hair removal I’ve ever got, only couple sessions I already got hair free, and the treatment was very painless and so fast . Nadia is very professional and attentive.

The people who own this place are awesome. The person who provided me services was also nice. The problem is the quality of the services. I have been to many salons and spas in the area and this is, by far, the worst quality for the price I paid. I had two services, one pani and medi and one blow dry. I went through a groupon, but they also did not know I only got a groupon for a blow dry.Mani-Pedi was BAD. The person took time to do things, in fact too much time. The chairs were uncomfortable, the color options were VERY limited and there was absolutely no massage. Even at cheaper prices, I have had someone at least massage my feet for like 5 minutes, but this place, no massage for a spa pedicure. Plus, the quality really speaks when my nail color starts chipping off the day after the mani-pedi. I have regularly gotten normal mani-pedi from various places and this never happened.Blow dry was super disappointing as well. My hair was more frizzy, more rough, and more unevenly dried after the whole thing was finished. After I specifically asked why is it dry, he said my ends are not good and I need a haircut and that braziliana treatment will help. I have gotten blow dry just a week before that and my hair was shiny, silky smooth and really bouncy after the salon quality wash and blow dry which costs way less than this place.I only wanted to try out the services as this salon is close to my office and house but I am never going to do this again, just because of the quality of services.

I bought a IPL photofacial for 2 full sessions. Got my face done but the lady didn’t do it enough. A total of 22 zaps on my entire face. Go somewhere else. Rip off.

The waxing job is really badly done and highly overpriced. Half leg and underarm for 80$ !! I wish I would be paying more attention to the previous reviews and avoid the place. The wax technician was constantly missing big patches of hair, saying she cant see it. My hair is fair, but still was few weeks long and visible. After I had to remind her the missing patches for 10th time, I gave up. She would not do top of feet and toes until I asked her for it. For that she charged extra 20$ !!! And only waxed one toe on each foot. During the session she constantly kept offering me IPL laser hair removal. I told her I tried it in the past and due to my fair hair it didnt really work. She kept pushing it onto me every 2 minutes I should do laser hair removal. It was really annoying. She kept some wax on my legs and also on my bra during underarm waxing, telling me I should have removed my bra. Never in my 16 years of waxing I was asked for that. Usually technicians use a paper towel tucked behind the bra to prevent staining.Unfortunately very unprofessional job done.

I bought a groupon for a manicure/pedicure here, so I can only review the nail experience. My nail technician was extremely nice and thorough, and I am very happy with the mani/pedi job itself. I also appreciated being asked several times if Id like a drink and the staff was very friendly. However, I had to give it 3 stars because the nail section of the salon seems more like an afterthought. There wasnt a large selection of colors, and the color choices are tucked back in a corner that is somewhat difficult to get to. It didnt have the vibe of your usual nail salon- I couldnt quite place it. I live very close to the salon, which makes it convenient for me. I would probably come back here with another groupon deal, but I noticed that the regular prices seemed extremely high for a regular mani/pedi, so I would likely not return without the groupon. I did appreciate the ability to tip on a credit card since I didnt have any cash with me. Overall, it was an ok experience, and I would rank my nail technician herself a 5.

$80.00 for a blowout ! Over priced! Honestly i could have done better myself :(
