Great Experience with Classic set of Eyelash Extensions, the lady was very nice and professional. She took her time with my lashes and was very gentle. Very clean space and overall very satisfied.

I have gotten eyelash extensions here 6 or 7 times. The lash tech who schedules and performs the services is very nice, which is why I have avoided writing this review for so long. There have been multiple scheduling mishaps where I appear for my appointment and she is unavailable able to see me. Today, I arrived for my appointment and it quickly became apparent that there were 3 people including me there at the same time for eyelash extensions, although there are only 2 chairs/technicians. I wasn’t ever acknowledged sitting waiting, so I awkwardly interrupted the lash tech before she started another person’s service and asked her when I could be seen. Her answer was 2 hours later. No apology. I reminded her that there had been several times now she made a scheduling error, either asking me to come back later, or interrupting in the middle of my service to thread someone else’s eyebrows or something else that would be “really quick,” or having me wait 25+ minutes to perform a massage service for another client because that person was late for their appointment. This was the second time I had to walk out, and no one has ever reached out to try to rectify the situation. The booking process is just texting with that lash tech, which is obviously not working and contributes to the lack of professionalism.The prices here are fair, but aside from the scheduling issues, I have also had issues twice after appointments where a significant amount of lashes have fallen out within 2 days of my appointment. I have never had that issue so severe with another salon, and when I reached out to let her know about it, she just said they would be more careful next time. No offer to fix it for me. Needless to say I have found a new salon.

I GOT A HORRIBLE EYE INFECTION from this place !!! Within 24 hours I had to go to emergency room !! When I brought it to owners attention she hung up. Stay away!

I dont usually leave reviews, but this place is by far the worst place for a massage. You cant book an appointment. It has to be done by text. Well, that didnt go well. I booked for two. They only had one person available. The manager is not on site and she wasnt willing to resolve the problem. I have yet to get a phone call back. Its not worth your time or energy.

I dont usually leave reviews or comments but this was absolutely the worst eyelash extension experience Ive ever encountered. I came here because of the price. The staff was very accommodating and cordial. I saw one technician (maybe the owner) assist two customers who appered very happy with the outcome...I also noticed that they DID NOT complain of their eyes burning. However....The technician who did my eyelashes used A LOT of glue. My eyes were red and burned for 2-3 days. I asked for a NATURAL look and she gave me a full classic set. She also glued multiple lashes to 1 single NATURAL lash. My eyelashes felt hard...it was actually painful to touch them. I eventually ended up losing a lot of natural lashes. ☹

This is the best Swedish massage I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend it. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the massage therapist knows exactly what he’s doing. You should definitely check it out.

I am a very friendly and kind person and I dont usually write reviews but its my worst eyebrow threading and eyelash extensions experience ever. The stuff in there is unprofessional and I felt so painful when she did my eyelashes extensions. Because she makes my upper eyelash stick with my lower eyelash together with the glue al least 20 times!!!! ! And she use the tweezer to separate them so violent and cause my nature eyelash drop out! !! Compare with other salon，the stuff was so gently and did a very well job which I can sleep during my eyelash extension, this salon did terrible service! !! I paid money for the full set But I just leave before she finished! Don’t want to spend any extra time here! TMD！

Durga offers an array of services at competitive prices, I go for threading and eyelashes. She is very friendly and attentive, even if she is always running behind on schedule. Give yourself at least a half hour room for error because youll probably be waiting even if you have an appointment.

Durga is the best waxing specialist Ive ever visited. I found her when she was working at a very upscale specialty salon in D.C. and followed her to her new salon in Arlington. I also recently began having her thread and tint my brows. They have never looked better and I have been to countless brow threading technicians. She truly has a gift and I cannot recommend her enough. Service is always perfect and as pain-free as possible.

Great Place To Trust....

Place was awful. Terrible customer service. They were rough during the process. One of my eyes got really red and the lashes started falling out. I tried calling the salon and they put me on hold and the line would hang up. I ended up going to my doctor to avoid a potential infection. Do not recommend anyone go to a place that doesnt care about cleanliness.

If I could give 0 star I would. worse lash extensions and business experience I have ever had. They Dont feel like mink lashes and the technician was rude. Be aware that they do not accept Groupon after 4 which is not listed on the Groupon site and will make you spend full price as the tech stated they don’t get paid from Groupon. The glue burns, the lashes are heavy and irritating my lashes are falling out and it hasn’t been a day yet.

Durga is a sweet lady, but I made an appointment for 6pm and she took a walk-in client at 6pm, making me wait an hour. Having a couple old lashes removed included having them ripped out of my eye which was amazingly painful.I purchased a set of lashes + refill, and now shes trying to charge me an extra $45 for the refill I already paid for via groupon. If you want lashes for cheap, this is a pretty good place, but I had more lashes on one eye than the other & now this lol.
