I absolutely love this nail salon. They are kind, and clearly take pride in their work. I go to see Becky for my dip powder service and my pedicures. She is so detail oriented and always makes me feel comfortable. Shes helped to grow my nails and keep them healthy. The atmosphere here is great as well. Extremely clean, organized, and professional. They have a great deal too if you pay in cash you get some amount off which is a great incentive. There is an ATM on site. I always look forward to going!

Went in for powder gel manicure and pedicure. I was surprised when they told me that they don’t have matching colors for your feet. The tech tried to help me best match the colors but at the end the colors were way off.

This place is the best! Cindy did a wonderful job on my gel manicure and Kim is amazing with the eyebrow waxing. I couldnt be happier with the work they did and would definitely recommend this salon to anyone.

I see Violet at Divine Nails for my services. She is kind, professional and her work is meticulous. A gel manicure from Violet will last a solid 3.5 weeks for me; at other salons, I would typically not get more than 2 weeks before needing a repair. Beyond her work, Violet is friendly and easy to chat with. I look forward to my appointments with her, it feels like a visit with a friend. In addition, I love the cleanliness and peaceful nature of the salon. It isn’t loud or overcrowded- the whole experience is very relaxing. They have a good selection of colors and brands to chose from and offer a range of products from traditional polishes to gels and powders. Most of the staff is knowledgeable about different colors and will offer suggestions and recommendations. Divine Nails is definitely a great find, and I highly recommend Violet.

I love this place. I have acrylics and a woman who I believe is the manager always does a phenomenal job with my nails. She really took her time to make sure the shape was perfect and the color was even. I am always happy with my nails when I come here and it’s reasonably priced for the area.The owner is so organized and if you set an appointment they see you right on time! Violet has been giving me pedicures for as long as she has worked there, about six years. She is professional, careful, caring and very skilled. I recommend the salon, but in truth, I really recommend Violet.At the start of the pandemic i did not see her for about three months and it was hard. I am so glad to be back on a regular basis.

I only get pedicures here. Its clean and my tech takes her time, no rush jobs here. I am always here over an hour for a pedicure. The massage is good and my polish lasts over a month and its not gel ... and I never wear shoes, mostly barefoot when I am not working. It can become pricey with the add ins but worth it to me every once in a while.

Very disappointed. One day shy of two weeks and these are my nails.At first they tried to tell me I hadn’t been to their location despite showing my bank charge and naming the manicurist who served me. I asked to get my nails redone (didn’t mention anything about being comped). I picked a new color until I was told a color change would be $40. Instead I agreed to do the same color and manicurist to see if this happened again in two weeks.I paid $121 for a regular pedi and S&S mani. 7 of ten 10 nails are chipped, missing (backs came up and ripped off Bc of snagging) or cracked. They offered to fix the 2 missing nails only. After discussion, They agrees to fix the other chipped nails (so 4 total of the 7 that were messed up).***I agree with the pricing on the reply. The reason the other two nails are missing is because the backs came up (separated from my real nail) after just 9 days and then got snagged each day and tore off (the first chip occurred at day 7 which is ridiculous). Three of the tips of m real nails were torn off with them which ruined three nails. You can see in the photos the number of chipped and peeling nails-7. You never offered to fix 7, only 4 which is why I changed my mind because I did not feel I was receiving good customer service after a poorly done nail job.

I was shocked when I went to pay and was told to pay $90. I wasn’t given an itemized receipt and was charged $90! I asked for a regular pedi and a gel mani and I received a spa pedi. My tech told me she would just do an extra callus removal...never in my life has it increased the bill that much. My cuticle was cut too low that it is sore and the paint job isn’t that great. Also, I was asked to pay cash tip by the nail tech. I did not leave happy. This place will scam you easily

Thought I’d try a new place to get eyebrows done and now I have a painful burn underneath both eyebrows. The weird thing is that the wax wasn’t even that hot but it definitely hurts now. I wouldn’t risk it!

I went here to have my acrylic removed and just get gel on my real nails. The technician talked me into getting a dip manicure because it’s so healthy and lasts longer, 3 weeks. Looked great at first but it didn’t even last 3 days and it was chipping and breaking like crazy. HUGE waste of money! I could not be more disappointed.

Ive been coming here for over 2 years. I love this place. I recently moved out of Virginia but still come here to get my nails done. Everyone is so nice and courteous and I always love my nails.

I have been coming here for 5+ years, and absolutely love it. Wendy is so kind, and I always get great service. She remembers all my favorite colors, so I don’t have to, and overall knows all the different colors so well! When I am in a rush, she gets me in and out of there quickly! Highly recommend. Also love that there’s a Starbucks right next door, always pickup coffee before I go !

This was my first time going to this spa! I have tried many in the area and obviously, none ever worked out. Either the staff was rude or the nails were misshaped or just plain hideous-- not here though! Nee was so kind and efficient. She conversed with me all while quickly executing the exact nails that I wanted! I will definitely be returning. I have never had a great experience like this one in a nail salon! It has been two weeks and my nails are still shiny and vibrant! I am so pleased! Thank you Nee!!!

I came in this morning for a manicure and had nothing but an unfriendly and uncomfortable process. I asked the lady who (did not start yet) what the price difference would be for a gel and dip and she got up and was talking to everyone (clearly unhappy) and sent someone else over to help me for the dip. I would have chosen the gel if I was aware of the price and process ahead of time. I paid $55 and change for my nails that are so light I can still see the white in my nails underneath. I got asked by another person when I left why I only got clear coat. That’s how light they came out. Very displeased with today’s service.

Love this place. Been going here for years. They are always friendly and always do an excellent job. They take their time with the pedicures and manicures and the massage chairs are amazing. Plus I brought my baby and they held my baby when he got a little fussy!

I love my nails but I was completely overcharged. I was charged $150 for JUST my nails and pedicure. I got the spa pedicure which is $56 and a full set w/gel which is $65. That total should have been $121, but because I fit into a ‘stigma’ of race the lady became rude and snatched my card. Never going back.**edit** owner said it has nothing to do with race, but when I questioned the lady I very clearly remember her getting upset and thinking I wasn’t going to pay and taking my card. I tipped $5 because I did love my nails and the technician was nice but the price that was given to me was definitely an overcharge. Still never going back. There are better nail technicians in the area with way better prices.

Very nice salon-clean and big and pretty inside. A lot of technicians available for walk-ins and they are friendly and accommodating. Professional and they do a great job no matter which service you get.

I went to Divine for the first time because its right next to my gym. I wanted a regular manicure and really just needed my nailed shaped and cuticles cared for. It was the literal worst manicure of my life. The technician cut my cuticles way way way to short and deeply cut my right ring finger. My cuticle is all chewed up and I was bleeding heavily for quite a while. My towel was dotted with my blood. She told me that I have thin skin and did not acknowledge a very obvious mistake on her part. I had two bleeds in total and the paint job was very poor. I will never go back here. Id suggest hiring technicians who have more experience.PLOT TWIST - since I wrote this review my finger has become infected. I just had to go to Urgent Care and was prescribed antibiotics for 7 days. Please do yourself a favor and stay the hell away from this salon

I really love this place! I was nervous to find a new nail salon in the area when I moved, but I’d recommend Divine Nail Spa any day! Not only for nails, but eyebrows as well (mind you, I’m VERY particular about my brows!).They allow you to pay via Venmo and if you do, you receive a discount!I miss a couple of employees who left, but once you find your go-to nail specialist, KEEP THEM!Awesome job guys!

Took our walk in pedicure appointments, sat us next to each other even on a crowded day. Staff was friendly and conscientious. My lady took the most time (in a good way) Ive ever experienced trimming and cleaning my cuticles and nails. Highly recommend... the rudeness spoken of by others may be explained by slight language barrier with some (not all) staff, but my lady was very sweet and repeated herself when needed. Highly recommend, one of my best looking pedicures.

Awful experience! The technicians were more interested in selling additional service to add surcharges. When I didn’t agree to the additional services/charges, things went downhill quickly. My feet were basically washed and toenails painted for $34. Worst pedicure ever! Avoid disappointment and do not go there.

Clean, calm and relaxing atmosphere. Nice, mellow instrumental music playing, and no television in business, imagine that. Nancy listened to how I wanted eyebrows arched and I am very pleased.

I’m disappointed because I usually really like this place but I am not very fond of the service I received today. 😡 I came in at 10:15am to get a full set of acrylic nails and a regular pedicure when they opened. They said it would be a lil wait but that I was next. Then 3 people walked in after me (a couple that both wanted pedicures a woman who wanted and reg manicure and pedicure). They started the couples pedicure at 10:20 before me and told me they were taking them in first because they were gonna start my acrylics before my pedicure. Then 10 mins later they start the other lady’s manicure before my acrylics and then 5 mins later start my pedicure before my acrylics at 10:45am. I’m just confused because I was the first walk-in to sign the sheet and the 3 people that were walked in after me were helped first. Why didn’t they start me before the couple? Also I feel like my pedicure was rushed because she only did 1 coat of polish. It’s now 12:00pm and they said it’ll be another 30 mins before they can start my acrylics so I left. Absolutely ridiculous! I was charged 34 dollars which is in fact the price of a pedicure but with all the 2 hour inconvenience they should have given me a discount. Probably never going back!****Response to owner below****I did receive services today! I had my toenails painted red there today and told more then one person that works there that I had been waiting first! I got there at 10:15 am and I was sitting there drinking a Starbucks coffee and waiting for 45 minutes and watched 3 people be helped before me. Then one of the lady’s spoke up and said “this girl was waiting before me”. We talked in the waiting area because she asked what I was having done and then was confused when she got called first. I was the first person to walk in! At 12:00pm they still had t started me and I got annoyed and wanted to leave! I paid $34 dollars cash and even left the lady a $2 tip because I’m a decent person! This is the place right next to the Giant on south Glebe Rd! Yes this is the place! Everyone saw me there! I’ll gladly stop by tomorrow and show you exactly who painted my nails and exactly the color they are!

I see Chloe every 2-3 weeks for my nails and always goes over the top, for an excellent experience. She remembers me by name, listens to what I would like for nail length, color, etc. Love this place!

Ive had a good experience the last two times Ive visited whenever I am in the area but yesterday started out good but ended in a sour note. The Technician was rude, aggressive and pushy because I did want anything extra on my nails. If a customer doesnt want something no need to be rude. I dont think Ill ever return. I will use a mobile service next time

So glad I found this place. The employees were very friendly and the lady who did my nails seemed like she actually cared about how well they turned out and didnt just speed through them. I got an acrylic set (very short and rounded) and the technician did an amazing job. I would recommend having an appointment on the weekend as they were incredibly busy.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL After coming here repeatedly, referring people here, and tipping 25-50% I have had anywhere from 4-9 nails break between each session. When I found ONE good nail tech here, I was told he no longer worked here. Then when I get here, the manager tells me that no can give me nails that wont break. When I asked them to just take them off, they got through halfway and then decided that they were going to charge me an additional $25 because it was hard to take off after I pulled one of my nails off with ease, they asked me to leave or they would call the cops. They did it just to make me leave with half my nails removed.

Great pedicure. The fact that they put a bag in the foot bath every time makes me feel like this place is clean

Owner completely unprofessional and rude. Another customer told her nail stylist she was quoted $15 so they went to get the manager who turned out to be owner, and she came out and immediately said maam I never told you gel would be $15 before even letting the customer speak, continued to tell the customer she was wrong, even after the customer told her she was also a manager at another salon and explained nothing was ever said about a difference in price depending on color and was raising her voice to the customer. The whole thing made me very uncomfortable and when she gave her the total and it was even more, I did interject and ask if she was going to give her something off for the miscommunication. The manager proceeded to tell me she had given her a discount but the customer said she didnt before she left. The owner then went to her associate and was venting/ complaining about the customer, as well as continued to bad mouth her to another customer. As a manager in the customer service industry I felt it was extremely unprofessional so I asked her if I could talk to her a minute before I left. We stepped outside where I told her how uncomfortable she made me feel as a customer for not only yelling at someone right in front of me, but then also bad mouthing her to another guest. The managers response was you dont understand the kind of nonsense customers Ive been dealing with today WOW. I told her that comment was align with my point as I felt that was an inappropriate thing to say to me, but she clearly didnt get it as she continued to raise her voice to me and tell me I was wrong for saying anything. I was just trying to give her feedback as a third party observer. She never apologized to me or the other lady, and continued to raise her voice and tell me I was wrong, so I ended the conversation and told her I felt it is clear she does not care about her guests. I will never go back to this Salon after that. I have never written a negative review before, as working in the service industry I understand it stinks when someone doesnt just tell you in person, but in this case, I felt it was deserved since I did tell her in person, I gave her a chance to make things right or at least apologize for her behavior and instead she was even more horrible to me for trying to provide in person honest feedback.

For the last 2 years I have always had a positive experience. Contrary to the previous review, I have had the owner/manager do my nails and eyebrows and she was nothing but professional.

I had a medi and pedi performed and when it was time to check out, the charge card machine was not working properly. The tech asked me for another form of payment because the card did not go through. I gave her another one, but the card machine was still not working. After approaching the front desk, I spoke with the manager to tell her the charges did go through. At that point, she began to speak very loudly with me. I asked her why she was talking so loudly at me. I went outside to speak to my cc company and when I came in, I gave the manager my card again. She proceeded to insert the card, but after several attempts realized it was the machine not working. I asked her for an apologize after causing a screen. I asked to be charged for just my feet because the tech had not started my hands. The manager than told me I was being charged the full amount, I paid and left. Later, I called to ask to speak to the owner or manager and the manager got on the phone. Explaining the customers witnessed our exchanged, she than said she does not want my kind back in her salon. I asked her what did she mean by that, and she kept saying, the other customers witnessed us. I have never been so humiliated with a company and I can honestly say, I will tell everyone I see to avoid using this place!!!

The nail technicians always do a great job. Place is comfortable and the prices are good but the music is always stale/outdated/boring.

My Opi gel nails last me around 3 weeks. Place is clean and I would defiantly recommend salon for mani and pedis. I have used various staff and always am happy with the service.

I did not have a good experience my nail broke same day when I went back to have fixed they had a problem as if I broke them on purpose the same day plus charged $60 for a full set. Not happy
