I don’t usually rate businesses, but here I go. The picture you see is my bloody nail! I have been to European Nail Spa before and the service is usually good, but that day I was getting my acrylics removed. Unfortunately, I had ANNE. She stayed on her phone, and after asking her twice to be gentle….this happens (she didn’t apologize either). Good place to go, but DO NOT BOOK WITH ANNE and if you do make sure you stay on her about what you want, because she does not care about her costumer or craft.

Unsanitary!We’re in a pandemic and they don’t make clients wash their hands before servicing them. Every nail shop I’ve been to since the pandemic has required clients to wash hands first, except for them.

Each time I go the service gets worse. I used to really like this business. I scheduled an appt, was on time, 10 minute wait to get called back, which was ok. I then sat for another 35 for a nail tech to come. Water had to be reheated because it got cold. The tech that assisted me rushed like the service was free. Nails and cuticles were messy. Was also getting dip set with service. Was taken to another station after pedi and again left to sit for almost 15 more minutes with no communication. Loan finally came to help me. She is a good nail tech. I was there for over 2-1/2 hours and barely got an apology from staff. I paid my almost $100 bill, left Loan a tip because she was the only real help I got. I then left feeling like was of no importance as a customer...it was only about the money. Unless I get Loan or Vivian I wont got back.

Nice setting but none of the techs know how to do ANY specialty designs. My sister & I both had our pics & everything we showed them they said they couldnt do. For that reason we wont go back.

Love loved my experience. They are little more expensive than some but its worth it. I like that they are open to 8 pm on weekdays and they offer a variety of adult beverages such as wine, daiquiri and margaritas. The decor is very nice and classy. Friendly workers.

I came in to get a gel manicure. A lady named Denise stained my hand blue. She never apologized for doing so and was going to just proceed with the service knowing that I was going to get a French manicure and it was going to show blue. I was still charged and will not be going back

Maybe wife/mom needs a vacation or they are understaffed. She wasnt listening to what my daughter asked for when she went by herself. So I went back in with her and she was taking some frustrations out on my daughter when they went to back station and I couldnt hear her.We are going to go to a different salon when its time for her fill.

First salon I have been to since moving recently to Texas. I wanted short/medium length almond shaped nails using the dip powder. Havent worn nails in about 6 years so I wanted something simple. What I got at first were very long, wide shaped nails too big for my tiny hands. Was too shy to say something at the moment and I had something to do right after. We t in the following day because I just couldnt get anything done with the length. The owner fixed my nails and he and his wife were so kind and understanding. I live on the other side of town but will make that drive! I get so many compliments on how nice and natural my nails look!

Beautiful nail salon! I waited less than 3 minutes, was offered a complimentary beverage and Kathy did an amazing job on both the foot massage and pedicure. A bonus that the services are 10% off on weekdays. Will definitely be back.

I do not recommend this place, they were very rough and rushed through it . Me and my sister went there to get mani pedis and it was horrible . We both got coffin and it was different sizes and one of my nails was crooked and when I asked to fix it please they told me it would be ok Our nail painting were not well done and it was chunks. When we got our toes done when they were taking the things off the side (I’m not sure what it’s called) it hurt really badly. I went here before one and it was horrible maybe I thought they just couldn’t do the design. They also stopped in the middle of us getting our nails done to tell us to pay...I would give 0 starts if I could I will never be going here again.

I like that they still have availability for walk ins during covid. I feel comfortable continuing to get my nails sone there even with everything thats going on.

The initial experience was lack luster considering the nail tech didnt understand the difference between solar and traditional acrylic powders. My request and required service were simple, and plainly stated. Regardless, Lue the manager came and rescued me from the debacle. He listened to my concerns, and then placed me with a more experienced nail tech, Katie was kind and attentive. While she completed my nails Lou ingratiated me with tails of his travels and work life. I try not give 5 stars until Ive worn the item or used the service a little. Will check back at the end of this week to give an update on how theyve held up.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Great shop and gave the best manicure Ive had yet. Got the dip nails and they werent bulky, didnt chip early, and applied quickly. A bit more expensive than other shops but worth it. Definitely going there again.

It’s a good place but the white nail polish was old it made my nails crack and they also broke my toenail . The clear coat made the nails look beige not white .

Kristy was the best. Did an amazing foot massage. Was very meticulous on my nails and even helped a nail technician with my friends nails to make sure they were perfect and we both left super happy .

This is the first nail shop Ive been to in Arlington worth recommending to others. They are fast and did a good job. They are also reasonably priced.

Came in on July 10, the lady at the front desk told me all the nail techs were busy so she would take care of me . I should have waited on a nail tech cause my nails are Long healthy square nail bed and she cut them down to circles!! I kept telling her she was filling to much ! After the second time I told her never mind . Paid for my total and left ! I won’t be back ! They should just listen to their customers and not change the whole shape of a customers nail unless asked . And I didn’t get her name 😡

Nina did my nails and toenails..she’s a real sweet heart. I had the deluxe pedicure and I loved the massage....she really took her time. Beautiful shop....only thing is my nails were kinda thick after my no chip fill-in.

My favorite place by far. Ask for Paulina. She’s seriously great! My nails are always fab because of her. Gel manicure is a must. Plus you can have a margarita while you enjoy your visit.

My wife and I went there for the 1st time today. The photos of this place on the internet made it look like a real nice spa where you would receive good service. Instead, the technician immediately tried to upcharge me. When I refused she was very rude and did a lousy rushed pedicure and was done in 10 minutes. What a waste of $60.00. We will not go back. Do not judge this book by its cover. Rude technician and lousy rushed service.

Convenient great atmosphere nail tech are really good but you need to have more than one person to go to. One person can be booked or off and now you have to wait or you get too comfortable with the one person then they get too relaxed and not do a very good job because they know you come to them and probably tip anyway. But overall they are one of the best.

Nail techs were very rough and rude the entire time. Asked my friend and I to pay before they finished and didn’t ask the women on either side of us. I would recommend the Hulen location over this one any day. Would give 0 stars if possible.

This was my go to for the past 6 years. Lately they have been messing up my nails. I don’t get through a week without one of them breaking off or cracking (I get the dip and I am home all day). Last week was their last chance. Got my nails done on Wednesday and by Friday my nails were cracked and chipped. And the nail tech didn’t even ask me the shape I wanted... I use to feel good going there but now I don’t. It was great before, loved it. But recently it has been not so good. Looking for a new place.

I usually go here when Im in town. The pedicures are the best youll get, but this time I requested a chrome polish (powder) which took 3 hours for them to figure out. After all of that, it started chipping and fading away the next day. Knowing theyd wasted my time, they still charged full price. Ill make sure I only go for a pedicure next time. They dont have anyone who truly knows about the chrome do they should take it off the service list.

Paulina is the best, she is professional, efficient and very friendly. I highly recommend her for all services.

Ive been coming to this place for about 4 years now. I cant speak for every technician because Ive definitely had visits that werent the best, thats why I took a star away. I will say that the one technician that keeps me coming back is Anna. She takes her time and I have never felt any sort of discomfort from her work. I have gotten lucky that I havent had to make an appointment to see her but I do have to sometimes wait for her to finish with another customer. Safe to assume, I should probably start making appointments because shes that great! Other than that, atmosphere, complimentary frozen margarita, and massage chairs make for a nice visit.

Ive used this spa for years and have received quality service until today. The pedicure I received from Holly wasnt worth the water that was wasted or my time and money. She lazily proceeded through the entire process. There were toes that did not receive much attention, if any at all. I will continue to visit this spa due to the many outstanding employees, Ivy for one, but I will NEVER allow Holly to touch another toe, nail, eyebrow, etc.

I’ve been a customer here for over 5 years, but they just a customer! Went in tonight for a Mani and pedi. Loan did the pedi. She was rude and argued with me that she didn’t nick me.... when it was clear she did! She called girl from front desk over. She saw what I saw. Donna did the manicure. I wanted my nails cut short. She said “no cut short...will file and shape.” I let her do it her way. They were still longer than I wanted. I asked her to cut now please....oh MY THE ATTITUDE. Once she finished the polish she didn’t add top coat. Also cuticles looked like a toddler had polished! Paint everywhere! I had to ask her to clean it and add top coat. REALLY. I told Donna and lady at front that I won’t come back. No response. Like I told her there are nail shops on EVERY corner! I’ll spend my $50 elsewhere from now on!

I saw Tammy today for my nails .I never had a problem with her til the end of service today. I was about to tip her, when she tried to over charge me, she said I had coffin nails, when clearly I didnt. I dont like coffin nails and have never got them ever before. Tammy then told me to just go and find someone else to do my nails. I asked her what was wrong. She said just go. She was extremely rude to me. I was very hurt . I loved how she did my nails. Now I have to find another shop to go to

Love this place, I use to get my eyebrows done at ulta(for 5 years) and now I go here! Half the price and better quality! My nails use to break because I type a lot at my job and now they dont at all! Such good quality with everything they do!

Worst experience ever. Poor customer service. Nail technicians who claim to speak English but dont understand or pretend not to understand anything you say. I paid good money for a gel manicure from Angie and it started chipping on Day 5. DAY 5! Ive had regular manicures last longer than that. When I came back to see if they could redo it. The manager started yelling at me in Vietnamese! I was so shocked, I told them to remove my manicure and left. Unacceptable. Dont waste your money ladies.NEVER GOING BACK.

Everyones nice and the place looks amazing, but unfortunately the nail technician that I got didnt know what she was doing. With both my manicure and pedicure she kept hurting me with the nail file, my nails were not properly shaped, and after only 2 days the polish has begun chipping severely. Im quite disappointed. I have lived near by for a couple years and finally decided to try this place but unfortunately I will not be back. Dont get me wrong, as I stated earlier the customer service was great and the place was gorgeous, but if I have to pay more than average for what Im getting, I most certainly expect for the results I got to be exceptionally better.

Katie was very rude. She acted like she couldn’t do what I requested (which was a simple fill) with a darker powder.. Other nail techs were in my business.. I stopped coming here 7 years ago due to the fact that employees were disrespectful and they still haven’t change. I left with only getting my nails filed. I always get a rushed job and it is not relaxing at all.

My first time here was great. I loved it. As far as pedicures go. They did a wonderful job on the massage and design.. I had evon shes very funny too. And they provide drinks.

Best nail spa EVER! I go there about every 3 weeks or so for gel manicures and pedicures. I also get my eyebrows waxed. Ive been going there for a few years now and wouldnt think of going anywhere else. I usually ask for Lehna or Holly, they are both very skilled and friendly!

I was referred to come here and I soon as I walked in I was just stared by all the workers. I checked in and I and waited less then five minutes to be seated. I originally wanted a manicure with dip powder but as soon as the lady saw my nails she said “no your nails are too short” like how hard was it to give me my manicure, file my nails and do the dip powder? So before I even made a decision she was already putting acrylic nails on me so I really couldn’t do anything anymore. I wanted to change color on my toes and the lady COMPLETELY ruined my big toe nails shape!!! the owner the guy whoever he was I’m pretty sure he was the owner just kept staring like if I was about to walk out without paying that made me feel SO uncomfortable I’ll be definitely NOT coming here again!!!! Oh and it stinks it doesn’t smell like a typical nail salon.

They did a good job on my pedicure but to take off the dip on my nails they soaked my fingers in a bowl of acetone for an hour instead of individually wrapping them and using a dremel. My skin cracked after I left.

The lady named SOFIA that did my nails had a bad vibe from when I walked in she had an attitude from the start, and the GAG is it was my first time there FIRST AND LASTTTT TIME THERE I asked for a design one of the ladies told me they can’t do it and that’s why I will stick with ELITE SPA customer service is way better and you feel welcome.

This place is clean & in 2 yrs Ive gone there Ive never had issues with customer service. They have lots of techs, some specialize in certain areas better than others. Some are fantastic, some not so much so when you find one you like jot her/his name down for the next time. They accommodate my specific requests for particular techs for each pedi & mani. The price is comparable to other places but the environment here is superb, beautiful, friendly & inviting. They provide margaritas/wine/soda/water & have slushies for kids.

This is my first review and this wad my first time going there but it left an impression. they were vary nice but the person i had was rough on my feet. they did a bad job at the massage to .i was only relaxed some times. the place looked nice and they did offer me a drink, but the door ringer is the most annoying thing about that place i just wish it was a nice little ding.

I got my regular acrylic nails not long like med length my total ended up being $55. Instead of $30 which is already overpriced. Gave me $5 discount. But ultimately waste of money.

Horrible experience, I will never go back there. The tech doing my nails was very rough. She used the electric file for too long. I kept telling her she was hurting me. She brushed my finger with it several times as well. She did continue to ask about extra services I didnt want. She was very rough and when she finally finished I had polish on my fingers and nails. Very messy job. She even cracked a bottle of nail polish so now glass was on the table. She still reached for my hand to continue. It was a painful experience, took a long time and when I expressed that to the frontdesk they didnt seem to care.

I LOVE this placeI used to come here when I lived down the street.Had to find something closer when i moved, but attitude and how you treat your employees mean alot to me. If I come to you and tell you my nail is messed up,smile when repairing without an attitude. I left there. Im back here and this is where Ill be. They love me, i love them. My wife and I went for our first time today. We made an appointment for 4:15. Even though it was busy during Valentines Day we were still able to get taken care of on time. We felt very welcome and loved the experience. We definately recommend this place. The ladies who took care of us should be recognized.

The pedicures are AWESOME which is good since i paid about $50 for it! BUT DO NOT GET ANY ACRYLIC SERVICES DONE HERE! No Fullsets or Fills! I came on Saturday June 16th for a Full Set & Pedicure. I kept telling the tech that the acrylic was way to thin for the long length that i wear, she argued me down how she knows what she’s doing. I’m back at the salon now getting 2 nails repaired only 4 days later! I explained to the receptionist what happened & told her i need both nails fixed & i need them too add acrylic so my nails aren’t so thin. They agreed to fix the 2 nails & make the acrylic thicker but told me i would have to pay for a fill & pay for gel polish AGAIN if i want my acrylic thicker! So now i have 8 thin nails because i refuse to spend another dollar here!Before this incident i got gel polish on my last fill & the gel started chipping in 2 days. I came in they removed the gel from the 2 nails that looked the worst and fixed them, but told me i would have to pay for gel polish to get all of the chipped nails fixed. 4 months before this i came in for a full set. When i came in for a fill 12 days later, the tech kept complaining that my nails looked horrible so i let her ramble on. When she asked who did them, i told her i just got a full set here 12 days ago. Long story short she said the foundation of the original set was so bad that she didn’t want to do a fill. I told her i didn’t want to pay for a full set again since i just did 12days prior. She complained too the supervisor and he offered to take $4 off a New Full Set. (Which is nothing compared to the cost). Also They usually sit minorities in the same area, bunched together close to the door. I usually don’t complain but this is my 3rd strike! Spend your money somewhere you are valued!

I found it a very clean & friendly place to go for mani/pedi. I would still like to find a nail salon where the employees speak English all the time. I am very uncomfortable when the employees talk to each other in a language that I dont understand.

I went Friday got a fill and toes painted I told the lady I had to leave before 12 I told her I would come back but she insisted.. I stay and now my toes dont match my finger nails I went up there Monday when I had time to explain that she pickd this horrible color they are trying to charge me 10$ after I just paid 50$ no stars for them dont go there just nice inside same experience as all the other salons in if you know what I mean...

The tech who did my pedi and overlay (Angie) did a great job, however, EXTREMELY lacking in the customer service area and thats huge for me. When it was time to pay ($65) I had a question about why is an overlay $28 (my real nails with only acrylic on top) at that moment her attitude did a 360! She began to rush me and be very attitudinal. If a question/statement about a price makes you that uneasy, you shouldnt work with people at all. She got done and turned the light at the station off and left me sitting there with wet nails. I then looked at another tech and asked, Where do I go to dry? She obviously has an attitude. (She was well aware that it was my first time.) She then interrupted and pointed to the drying station saying, The light is already turned off. Me: Well, turn it back on. Am I supposed to leave with my nails wet? She stomps over to the station to turn the light back on. I advised that I will N E V E R step foot into that place again. Never.

The nail salon is very clean and appealing to the eye, and the service is okay for the most part. You are offered something to drink, but the nail tech that did my nails made me feel very uncomfortable. I asked for a color on my nails and she said that it would not look good on me, and I do not know if she said that because of my skin color, or because of how I look, or if she was being genuine. Secondly I felt like I was being talk about the whole time my nails where getting done, the lady who was next to my nail (p.s the lady who did my nails was named Cici) she was laughing with my nail tech and they were both looking up at me. I felt horrible, probably never going back they again unless I try to get the place another try.

Considering it was somewhat busy by the time of my visit, didnt make an appointment and the wait wasnt so bad, technicians and receptionist were professional and friendly, & did a good pedicure. Very relaxing with red wine 🍷 excellent for the price i paid, my toenails look great, i had a very good experience.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Today I went in to get dipping powder on my nails and a pedicure. The pedicure was decent however, Susan did my nails and made me bleed twice. She left some of the powder on the nails super thick so they look ridiculous.$75 later my nails look like I tried that crazy 99 layers of polish thing you see going around on Facebook.I will never be back and am headed to another salon in hopes that they can fix this mess. So glad I get to pay twice as much as I should have to.
