I always love this place. I drive 30 minutes to see Amy every 10 days. Shes perfect with her work and soo sweet. The atmosphere is nice and everyone is always so kind. Monday-wed slower, but Fri, Sat they are packed. Make an appointment it always helps no long wait if you book appt, plus its professional.

Amelia did an amazing job, I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she adjusted to my specifications. This set costed me $70 but was worth every penny! The reason I gave a 3/5 stars was because I had made an appointment for myself, sister, and friend but we still had to wait awhile before being seen. Also my friends nails looked terrible and the guy who did my sisters nails was in a foul mood. My sis and I also got pedicures and it was one of the best I’ve had.

It’s been 3 WEEKS since I’ve gotten my nails done from them. Almost 4weeks, my nails still look decent and have stay on. I was new to the shop when I went and they’re honestly so kind and affordable. I fell in love with their service and my nails, wish I had a picture when I first got them💜!

Not really worth the money for a pedicure Id say. It was hard to communicate with my specialist, I kept saying I didnt want nail polish at the end, but they did not seem to understand, so I just picked a random color only for the nail polish to come off the next day in the shower. The whole procedure was my feet were soaked, foot massage, cuticle remover applied, cuticle pusher scraped off dead skin, nail trim/file, and nail polish despite my wishes. There was one big thing they missed and it was that the sidewalls of my toes were not cleaned at all during the pedicure, so I had to remove the build up myself at home! On the surface the pedicure looked nice but the actual care of the procedure is reduced by half since they didnt really clean under my nails. It was relaxing though, Ill give them that.

This was my first time coming here and when I tell you I absolutely loved it ! I forgot the ask the guy’s name who had done my nails but he did a great job, he took his time wit each nail didn’t rush and made sure that if he made a mistake he would fix it to my liking! This is the best nail place I have ever been too AND the best nail set I’ve ever received! Was great with shaping as well.

I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in the door. There was a bit of a wait, but I waited for my pedicure in a pedicure chair soaking my feet, drinking a margarita (given by the shop) and receiving a massage. I spent $23 on the pedicure and had 2 drinks. Good service. I would have paid less had I come on Mon, Tues, or Wednesday. The chair massage and foot massage was much needed. They did a great job on my feet. Im definitely returning.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE these guys they do an amazing job!! I moved here from Minnesota over a year ago...it took me so long to find the perfect place to go!! I am VERY picky...so after my first visit with them I was so pleased I have gone no where else!! I will ALWAYS be coming to see these amazing ladies!!!

The staff is so friendly, kid friendly and good drinks!!! The dip was the cleanest manicure me and my daughter ever got. Edges smooth right to the cuticle, very gentle and didnt over trim my cuticles. Very fair prices. I highly recommend this shop

This is the second time Ive been and I just love them! All of the workers are so nice and professional. I wish I got the name of the women who did my Mani/pedi because she was so kind and thoughtful. The place is clean. They serve water, soda, and margaritas. You can tell some of their customers have been coming for a while because the workers greet them, be name, see they was in. Definitely recommend.

Love this place! BEST nail shop best in Arlington. I recently moved here & have been to multiple nail places around the town & this place beats them all. They truly take their time to perfect your nails, from the shape, length, thickness, to the coloring is all perfect. And for a good price. I go to Kim, but the other ladies are good as well, ladies next to me always love their nails too. Oh and they have wine hehe 💅

Super nice people, offered drinks over and over, fit me in an hour before they closed, massage portion of manicure was great... and then completely didn’t care about my nails, basically shipped off the ends with clippers and barely filed. I have these weird flat short nails with scratchy edges on them. None of them are even.

I am new to the area and I needed a new nail salon to go and pamper myself. I decided to give this salon a try and immediately when I walked into the salon I felt welcomed and taken care of. The staff were extremely kind and courteous. Their service and hospitality made me feel very welcomed from the start and made experience very pleasant; they constantly offered me drinks and made sure I was comfortable. I will definitely be coming back to treat myself and relax in the future.

I love coming to this nail shop I drive from Dallas to Arlington just to come. I always have felt welcomed every time I come and like they really care... Everytime I bring my 2 year old with me they give her lollipops and help her to not feel bored. They are always offering drinks and asking if you are okay...Aside from the amazing customer service, the quality of pedicures exceeds anywhere I have ever been they truly take their time and make sure you get your money’s worth. Their full sets are always amazing and neat, the nails also do not pop off like I have experienced. I just tried their individual eye lashes yesterday and they look great.I just love coming here, Mary did my service yesterday (nails toes eyelashes) and she did AMAZING and I felt so happy being there and my 2 year old did too. Shout out to a great nail salon with even better customer service.

My usual salon only has 1 technician bc of Covid-19 so I had to find somewhere that could give me a pedicure. I found this location w pretty decent reviews so I tried it out. I’m extremely impressed w the measures they took and their ability to see many clients unlike my usual salon.They had a plastic shield for the workers and then a plastic curtain b/w clients. And everyone was required to wear a mask. I appreciated how clean and organized it was and thought Mimi did a fantastic job on my pedicure. I also liked that they had decent hours and many technicians. I will be back.

This was my first time ever going to Unique Nails. I had Amy (not sure of the spelling) remove a set and got a new set put on. She took her time and was very attentive to details being that I had a picture and I wanted my nails just like the picture and she delivered! 🥰 If you want great prices, beautiful work done by professionals then Unique Nails is definitely the spot to go! I have gone here before and dealt with the job they did for me, but today being my birthday and me letting them know this they did the sorriest job ever!!!!they knew the nails didnt look anything like the picture I showed them. You live and learn. I tried giving them another chance but after today I will never go back here again. They only want your money they dont care about the job they do. If I could do a minus star I would. So unhappy with unique nails😡

I went in the first time today to get a full set of acrylics. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and within 5 minutes was in a chair. The guy that did my nails (sorry didnt catch his name) did an amazing job. He shaped them just like I asked and they are the smoothest acrylic set Ive had in a long time and they arent too thick. I am definitely pleased with the service I received and will be back!

We are from out of town and I had some chips on my no-chip manicure so I went in based upon all of the good reviews. The one lady I assume is the owner was very cordial and accommodating so that was nice. There were a few things that I didn’t like. Firstly the place just seems dirty. There was dirt/dust all over and fruit flies buzzing around. When the man was doing my gel nails he trimmed my cuticles so rough that I bled. He also hurt me when removing my current no-chip. I said ouch several times during the whole process which I’ve never done before. I habitually get my nails done biweekly for months now, albeit local to me. I can’t wait to file these down to get them feeling nice and smooth as the guy never did so they’re rough. If you see the pictures they’re extremely uneven and lean to the left. I asked a couple times for adjustments and after a while I got tired of asking. And honestly if this is his job he should know how to do it. It was very inexpensive but it shows. I would have paid more for a better experience and nails for sure. If I was local I would never go there again, even for the margaritas.

I love getting my nails done there. I was nervous about the shop not being as “glamorous” as I was used to in the past but the workers are the true gems! I drive across town bc of the quality they do! Nothing is ever rushed I always feel taken care of! Tony is my fav to do my nails! He’s super patient!

Linda is my favorite! She does an excellent job on pedicures. Shes very professional and kind. I never mind waiting for her, if shes already with a client. Its worth the wait! You can tell she enjoys making her clients look and feel good. I highly recommend anyone get their nails done here.

This was my first time at this location. My nail tech was Amy. She was very nice and detail oriented. I didn’t feel rushed through my massage during my pedicure like normal.Prices are listed in the front of the salon and they show you the calculator to verify the prices match up. AND they are open on Sundays! Will definitely be back!

Horrible service was provided, nails were very cheap. I got French tip acrylic nails and less than 24 hours had to go back because my nails were already lifting. We are in the middle of a pandemic and social distancing was not in forced as well as poor sanitation.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and they checked up on me often. Got eyelash extensions done and they did a great job! Will go here again ☺️

Very nice staff. Even though they closed at 6pm they let me come in around 5:45. Another nail shop down the road turned me away 30 minutes before closing.

I asked for a design and she said she could do it but it was really bad and I paid a lot of money. I could have had a 2 year old do it and it would have been the same.

I brought my family (3 children) myself & my husband for pedicures, my daughters and I got manicures as well and this was by far the most professional & clean! The best service I’ve ever had! & Mary did my nails...so BEAUTIFUL!!!

I usually don’t get many pedicures or manicures, but today my sisters came to visit me and I had the idea of going to get our nails done. Thank God we found this place. The prices were the best I found, and the quality of their work was pretty good. I had gel manicure and deluxe pedicure 25 each. My sister had also the same as me and was 25 each . My other sister had acrylic nails with the French tip and deluxe pedicure, also 25 each. The interaction with the client was very descent, they did not just interact most of the time among themselves. I really loved the work my nail technician did on me ( she goes by the name Mary).

Every time I go they do my nails very thin so I can come back and get them done again and they come off in less than a week... then they overcharged my card ....when I was there getting my nails done a lady had came in and said that they had overcharged her card too... they steal extra money for a tip when the nails are not even good...SAVE YOUR MONEY‼️ I went last week and 3 nails already came off

I left feeling so relaxed. Linda took her time with my pedicure and was so kind. The manager was very hospitible and LeLe made my nails look great. Im speaking from experience ladies, dont go down the street. Come to this establishment for just as nice work and much better treatment.

I called to ask for pricing and availability and the lady I spoke with was very short and rude. I wanted to know what the pedicures consisted of since everyone does them differently and some massage and some don’t. She didn’t even give me a response and said “we’re busy, bye” and hung up. I was really excited to go to them since they had glowing reviews about their great customer service but I didn’t get that from that phone call. Happy to take my business elsewhere.

Very nice people but the place is very unsanitary! It wasn’t even that busy for the location not be clean and I arrived relatively early. It didn’t look like any tools or my area was sanitized or at least wiped down after me. My towel they used was old and didn’t look fresh. Seats were dusty/dirty. Even just the floor entry was covered with dirt from outside. Dust was everywhere on counters, tools boxes, and even near the register. Brushes and tools looked old/rusty/dirty. The brush holder near the sink was an old ceramic vase with a sharp rusty handle. Nail services are cheaper than most, but they need to clean!

Amazing customer service! Lee-Lee did my nails last minute right when they were about to close and still gave 5-star service! The management is amazing as well!

I requested coffin shaped and I specially said “Can you make sure they don’t look square, I want coffin”. Well this what I got. My nails is big bulky and not at all coffin shaped. Never again. They so big and ugly I’m taking them off and going somewhere else. A complete waste of money(For whatever reason I can’t add picture.)

It was a clean place with nice people but the lady doing my nails was watching a show on her iPad and kept on pulling my hand then said dont move but I wasnt moving and also my moms nails that were acrylic came off not even 1 week she had them on I would go again but I rather not
