Large nail spa. Many employees. Three of us walked in on the 23rd of December and we were immediately accepted. The girls are expert and friendly. I will go again.

I recently moved to the area and was referred to this spa by a coworker. I am VERY pleased with my manicure!!! I got a full set, coffin-shaped with tips and it took less than an hour, but my nails look like they took longer. The place is clean, has many seats for both manis & pedis, and is reasonably priced for the area. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because when I asked for a few quick fixes (straightening the tips of a few nails, filling in some polish), she seemed annoyed that I asked. I’m OCD about my nails being perfect and was somewhat turned off by this, especially since I’m paying a decent amount of money for this service & asked politely. It could have been a language difference, but I’m not sure. In the end, though, she fulfilled my requests and my nails look AWESOME!! Will definitely be returning, possibly for even more services.

Worst place. Nails even before leaving were already a disaster I asked them to fix them and instead of redoing them, they did one more layer leaving a terrible 4 layers color in my nails. One day after and my nails are already all broke down. Never going back!!

Not friendly to people of color (blacks) they treated my cousins and I less than. Had an appointment for 1:45 got there early the door was closed which was fine because of corona but nobody came to greet us had to knock on door, and even call and still no one even made eye contact even though they were sitting right there, until finally someone left and then they had no choice but to open the door, we told her we had an appointment and she said ok we can’t let to many people in which is fine but someone could have acknowledged us instead of letting us stand outside, we finally got in was told to have a seat, no one attended to us others ( whites) who came in after us was not treated the same way, they let them in the door spoke politely, we were so disgusted we ended up leaving. Treat all customers the some we are also paying our money

Im new to he area so I decided to give it a try to this nail salon. I needed to get my nails done for my civil wedding. I request a French manicure and the lady couldnt explain to me that she wasnt able to put color on a French manicure. As you can see she colored my nails so bad with lines between the white and the pink color. So disappointed and they even make you pay before you get your nails done so I couldnt request my money back. Waste of $22 dollars and waste of my time. I will never go there again.

Oasis is by far one of the best nail salons in Arlington (specifically in the Rosslyn, Courthouse and Clarendon area). The service is always stellar and the polish stays on for weeks! The decor is great and the prices are affordable. I highly recommend their gel manicures, spa pedicures and massages. I look forward to my next Oasis visit!

This is a really lovely salon with reasonable prices and they do a good job but the service technicians can be very rude. They didn’t like the way I wanted my acrylic nails done (didn’t like the shape i wanted) so they asked that I not come back and find a new salon. Disappointing.

I love this place, been coming here for 3 years now. I always get French tips and they do a very good job to make sure you like them. This place is always clean and the back pedicure room is very relaxing. Prices are reasonable for the service you get. For pedicures they are really good at taking care of the cuticles and giving your feet and calves a good massage. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone that is particular about their nails

Oasis spa name fits very well. The experience I have gotten was such a nice splash of water after some stressful days. I would seriously recommend this spa to anyone who requires high service and overall a relaxing time.

Booked an online appointment for Lee. Went to my appointment and Lee comes and tells me - no apology whatsoever - “Did you book your appointment online? I am busy.” And she just took off. No one told me who was going to replace her. This is the second time I booked an appointment online and there was a problem with it. A friendly person finally came and took over Lee. Not mentioning the name of the technician as I was not completely happy with the result BUT since she would not have been my choice at the first place and was given me to replace Lee, I appreciate she jumped in. She was polite. I will not be going back to place again, nor will I recommend the place for any of my friends. If you have an online booking system available for your clients, you should make it work. It does matter who does your nails. We pay for a certain person to do the job, not just anyone. Basic manners and courtesy is one of the basics of a successful business. Sure, everyone makes mistakes, not a big deal, but to be rude about Your mistake and not taking any responsibility or even apologize for that is not acceptable.

I always have a lovely experience at Oasis. They welcome walk-ins and I have never had to wait longer than 5-10 min without an appointment! During my pedicures, Ive relaxed in their massage chairs enjoying a complimentary drink while one of the technicians provided great attention to detail and made my feet feel as though theyre walking on air by the end! Plus at less than $35, this is a deal that cannot be beat. Highly recommend this salon!

The quality is high. The deluxe spa pedicure is worth every penny. The challenge is customer service. You never get the person you request. You are up-charged without permission. Your card will be charged for an amount you didn’t agree too and then you’ll be given cash back?

Made an 11:15 appointment. Waited for over 30 minutes to be seen. Once seen, no apologies for being late. Rough service, cut me twice. Will not be returning. There are so many other nail salons around that are cheaper and better.

I’ve been coming to Oasis for two years and love it. The staff is always very friendly but ask for Lee! She’s been doing my nails for about a year now and every time I am so happy. She always makes sure they look perfect. I can’t say enough great things about Lee!

Im from VT and my friend and I came down here on a whim to get mani-pedis as a treat and we couldnt have picked a better place to go! We walked in without an appointment late in the evening and they took us in warmly and smiling, attended to us, pampered us and made us feel like they had all the time in the world! If you want to be made to feel like glowing royalty with a glass of wine and beautiful work that will last you 2 weeks, I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend going to Oasis Nail & Spa, they were MAGNIFICENT!! Will definitely return whenever Im in town!!!

If i could give zero stars i would. This was the worst experience of my life!!! I made a appointment for 11:15 it is now 45 minutes later and i have yet to be helped. They just told me now that no one here does my type of nails aka acrylic. Didn’t offer me a water but gave water to everyone else. I’m just confused and would not recommend

Every time Oasis nails it (no pun intended!). The first time I went, I asked for almond shaped nails and asked if I should use acrylic to add length to get the desired look. Kelly advised it wasnt a good idea because it would destroy my natural nail bed. She wouldve made more money if she had let me but she advised what was best for me. Nails ended up looking great. The second time I went, I got a gel manicure. It lasted me 5 weeks!!!! No chipping, lifting, or anything. Of course if you looked closely you could see the gap between the polish and cuticle bc my nails grew, but I had a light color so I got away with it. Wish I had gotten the technicians name. Every time thereafter has been great. Will not go anywhere else!

Calling health department!Disgusting place with rude employees. This is a factory for nail service with girls who either do not have licenses or are 100% inexperienced. In fact I just got my nails done and called to speak with the manager who apparently doesn’t work most of the time. The floor and facility is filthy – I will be calling the health department, especially after viewing the tools that are not clean.The girl totally ruined my nails which will now take me a good 2 to 3 months to grow. She took the coarsest of files and “buffed” rigorously on my already thinned out nails. I have scratch marks all over my the top of my nails. She also removed my nail polish and kept the acetone on my fingers for close to 30 to 45 minutes. When I asked her to remove it “she said it’s not ready”.I ended up walking out with unpainted nails and totally disappointed. There was no point in finishing anything bc the attempted service was horrible.

Just got a pedicure and it was not good.here is why1. she cut me and didn’t even apologize2. she forgot to file my nails on my right foot3. the whole time they were speaking in their native language, made me feeluncomfortableNot happy with the place, definitely will not recommend to anyone

Ive been coming here for a couple months now, they always provide great service, amazing works and take their time on customers. The interior is bright, clean and well decorated which make me feel extremely comfortable each time i visit. I love getting Spa pedicure and manicure here because they are thorough and tough when you need it and soft and gentle too. Highly recommended!

Great for mani/pedis. Tried to schedule a facial appointment several times, but they never have the staffing available.

Appt was at 7 and I’m still sitting here at 730. Least they could do is wrap my nails as I currently have gel on. I usually come to this place but as my normal nail tech is out of town I have to let someone else do it and they really don’t care about me that’s for sure!

Pretty much everyone Ive used has done a really great job. The atmosphere is aesthetically pleasing and relaxing, and theyre always friendly and polite. I specifically try to use Jane if I can - shes exceptional. It can get busy in the evenings, so even though they accept walk-ins, I call and make an appointment earlier in the day so Ill get taken right away. 9 times out of 10, they can take me within 5 minutes of arriving. Im a repeat customer and typically there several times/month.

My technician wasnt the best. Im sure other technicians are much better and take their time to make their client happy. I dont know if this was normal for her or if she was having a bad day.However, I did not have a good experience. I was in town with my girlfriends visiting and we decided to go in for Pedicures.1) My tech made my nail bleed and took too much of my cuticles off so my toes stung when she put on any products.2) My tech didnt use the same tools for my Pedi as my friends techs used.3) My tech blew threw my Pedi. My friends techs spent at least an extra 15 minutes on them. My massage was short and there was little to no time spent on me. I didnt get the same experience and was very disappointed.In conclusion, I was upset I had to pay for an experience and service that was not given to me. Ive had many Pedicures and this was one of the worst experiences.

Probably the worst manicure I have ever gotten. It took her 15min to get the whole thing done- no soap, no lotion, and my cuticles are so dry now that they have been shedding skin and bleeding for over a week. She had no interest in doing my nails and could not wait to get hers done while my nail paint was drying.

Couple bucks more expensive than other nail salons around the area but so far the technicians hav the best skills. i removed one star bc i had to wait 40min although i had made reservation and my technician forgot to do leg massage...

They dont know how to do acrylics. I have been here for acrylics twice within a month and had to redo my full set because they shaped it poorly and will have to get a full set again because I am so unhappy with the shape. This is after showing a picture and getting verbal confirmation. It goes beyond not being able to do that shape but my nails are not identical. Nails starting lifting and falling off due to poor application. Dirty workstation and tools reused. The materials they use for acrylics are cheap (you can tell by the fruity smell) and they attempted to take off my nails by picking them off with attachments rather than soaking them for 10 minutes. They will ruin your nails if you let them. I will never come back here again which is annoying because it is close to where I live.

I had an awful experience twice now. Once I went for a massage and left feeling worse than when I came in. I actually had a bruise from him pushing so hard. I used to work at a massage place as a receptionist so I know what a good massage is. He never once asked what pressure and no part of the massage was enjoyable.I just went for a manicure and it was a disaster of an appointment. I have had acrylic nails for a long time now so I know what a proper manicure consists of. When not the entire nail is broken, you do not need to pull the ENTIRE nail off and see me squirm in pain in my seat. Not to mention, yank it when you cant get it and make my finger/nail BLEED. Didnt clean it off or ask if Im okay NOTHING!!! So rude and impolite. Mocked me when I asked to make my nails shorter. I will never go back to this place. the staff is horrendous. I would advise you go ANYWHERE else! I have a picture of my bleeding nail as proof!

They were rude and cold when I walked in. The girl who did my pedicure only painted 2/3s of each nail and then raised her voice at me to tell me I was too picky when I asked her to paint the parts she missed. The staff spent almost an hour trying to tell me why I was wrong and that I should never come back. Then, while my nails were drying one of the women came over and tried to forcefully remove all the polish. She didnt leave me alone until I threatened to call the cops. Ive never had such a terrible and emotionally draining customer experience anywhere in my life. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The experience itself was meh. I was a walk in and I They started on me immediately. I usually do gel on toes and abs on nails, this however meant my pedicure was so basic and no cleaning around my toes. Then the nails. I did sns with a tip added for length. This was Thursday August 22nd 2019, Sunday the 25th 5 of my nails were cracked in half. I called they said come back we will fix it. The nail tech said she will glue it and add a gel cover. Today Monday 26th August the gel is peeling off my nails. I spent $130 with tip and I am unimpressed and seriously disappointed.

I mostly love it here. They do a great job and they are super nice. Just not great with time management. They may book an appt for you, but get overwhelmed by the amount of people.

Only place open on sunday thats why I went, I called ahead and they were confused about my reservation.. Forgivable. However, major price difference. Never was offered a beverage just felt unwelcomed. Tipped 10 on 90 and they asked for more rather than taking the hint.

I have never gotten a manicure until recently. Before my wedding, I asked for a full set of gel nails, with tips. They recommended the SNS nails to me instead, saying they were better for my nails, so I agreed. Turns out they actually just put regular acrylics on (but charged me for SNS)! Having never had my nails done before, I didnt realize it. I had them filled in about two weeks later. When I asked for them to be taken off after another two weeks (once my own nails had grown out to a decent length), they filed/drilled them down and then literally ripped them off my nails, damaging my nails and making me sit through the painful process (instead of soaking them to take them off easily). I was almost in tears while they were doing that. Luckily my paint jobs have looked good each time. I will not be headed back, though- there are other salons in the area that will hopefully take better care of my hands.

I live in Norfolk, VA and came up to DC to attend a special event. I googled nail salons in the Rosslyn area and was pleasantly surprised to see the # of great reviews for Oasis Nail Spa. I looked at the photos and booked an appt an hour from my call. I walked in and it was beautiful! It looked just like thhe photos. A stunning chandelier hangs in the center of the salon, with clean stations and a beautiful waiting area. The entire salon looked spotless. I cannot say enough good things about his place. Jane was my nail tech and she was meticulous! She had a steady hand and was so gentle and detail oriented in my French manicure. I highly recommend this salon. I frequently come to DC on weekends and Ill definitely be coming back!

I went to Oasis & everything was going swimmingly until I mentioned to the nail tech that I didnt like the shape of the nails. She HUFFED, PUFFED & told me that no one would notice...I NOTICED! Another tech came & fixed the nails but the original tech did the final buffing & shaping. Now, 5 days later, my nails are lifting & looking TERRIBLE towards the cuticle. Never again!
