This is the most overpriced nail salon. Originally I wanted the last picture. She could not find the color and also didn’t put the effort into finding the color. She tried to show me white acrylic and asked me if this color worked…. The picture was right next to her. The she tried a lite white and white to demonstrate what it would look like. I told her no that’s not what I wanted. Then I chose a different color pink. She tried to do the marble on my ring finger & took it off before she could show me. She then ended up telling me she couldn’t do marble. After being fed up I just told her to do glitter. I hate the entire nail set. After I asked her to fix an obvious spot that she forgot she said she would fix it later. Later came & all of a sudden she was unable to fix it. She said she couldn’t add more acrylic to the nail because it would be too much. As you can see how thin my nails are.you can even see the lines from her drilling and filing. Not to mention she started singing… worst nail place EVER!! I will never use this nail shop again & will spread the word that this is a terrible nail shop! For $55 I could have went to Walmart & got what I wanted for $35🤬🤬🤬

The best nail salon i’ve ever been to. I’ve been going here for about a year now and have never had a bad experience, never had a nail tech I didn’t like, and never left with nails I didn’t like. 10/10!!! I don’t trust any other salon :)

I have been to this nail salon 3 different times and have had a different tech everytime. Not a single one was bad. Everyone was very kind and lovely. This place is pretty busy, so I suggest calling ahead to get an appointment if you dont have time to wait just to be assured youll get in okay. But overall, fantastic experiences!

This was my second time going to Eva Nails and I was very pleased with my experience!!! I’m pretty sure I’ve found my forever nail tech. Her name is Athena and she did amazing...I simply picked a color and she did everything else!

The last technician was experienced & took care of my pedi correctly this time.

Jenny has my nails looking right. Great service. Good conversation. Her station is nice and clean and they give you a choice of drinks while being pampered. Go check her out shes great!!

After a week my nails started lifting and one broke in half. Went to get it fixed and Tom refused to fixed them. He said he could fix the one that was broke but not the one that was lifting. He pretty much said it was my fault my nail broke and two were lifting after a week of them being done. He was extremely rude about the situation. I would recommend to not go here but if you do don’t let Tom do your nails or they will break. His beading of the product is sloppy which is what caused the breaking and lifting.

This was my first time here. I told the tech the nail was shorter than the others she proceeded to just trying file my right hand finger down instead of fixing the left finger. Looks like I have seeds for finger nails I asked for medium nails. But Im not the type to make an out burst so I just left.On top of that she charged $50 and $10 extra for the diamonds. I ve gone to other places and I ve had my nails done with this design and diamonds on same finger and have gotten better service for less price and better quality. Only reason I went there was because my bestfriend lived on that side of town. Never again will I be attending this nail salon.

The people over at Eva are very professional. They all know their job and I am always very satisfied with the work . The have a lot of beautiful nail colors. I am addicted to this place🤗

Wish I could do 4.5! It was a little warm in there but everything else was great. We only waited a couple of minutes for pedi chairs to open for two of us. The staff was very friendly. The wine is cold. 😁

The service was quick and attentive. The quality of work was stellar. Id pick Kayla again, she was fast and knew what she was doing. She even removed an old set of nails without using acetone or damaging the original nails. Id highly recommend this place.

I’ve been to this nail salon 2x. My first time going was off the recommendation of a friend. I was pleased with my first time enough to come back. Having been sick for some time, my return took a few months, but again being pleased with the longevity of the solar set I was cool to go back. This 2nd time, I did have a weird burning sensation with a finger on my right hand; just the one. The male tech said I could have a cut or something, even possibly dry hands. In my line of work, I don’t deal with paper and always, ALWAYS, putting on lotion because I loathe dry hands. I will have a small bottle of lotion within arms reach at all times be it my car, purse, coat, etc. Anyway, he puts some sort of chemical on it that makes it burn more. Finally he just uses water which dulls it. Mind you, there was never any cut on my finger. Moving on, nails are done. Work is ok. I say ok because in washing my hair a few days after, I had a couple strands get caught in my left thumb nail. I had to check to make sure it’s not lifting. It’s not, but it’s not as flesh so it catches on my hair. Not good, but I’ll manage. However the issue is the polish change on my toes. Having gotten services in a nail salon, not just this one, over many years I know a polish change should last longer than a week. I got my nails and polish change done on Tuesday, 11/19. I have been off of work until Sunday, 11/23. On Saturday, 11/22 I thought I saw the polish on my right big toe look chipped. I thought maybe it was my eyes. It did look a bit off, but not to where I would say it was a huge issue. Again, thinking it was just my eyes I didn’t do anything. When Sunday comes around and I get ready for work, there’s indeed a problem. It’s late so I call on Monday, 11/24. Everything I saw online says the place is open: Yelp, Facebook, Google, etc. Yet when I’m calling, 95% of the calls were busy tones. When it actually rings, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! How are you a place of business that you can’t answer the phone, have call waiting, or a messaging system?? I called 24x yesterday to get no one. I don’t have Facebook messenger so I asked a friend to reach out to them and leave my contact information. You think they ever reached back out...? NO!! Now today, I called this morning. No answer. It’s afternoon, and I call back. 5 calls later someone finally answers. I ask if they’re open on Monday. She says yes. I said I called over 20x and no one answered the phone. She doesn’t offer any apology. Fine, whatever. I tell her that I want to come in so my polish change can be fixed tomorrow. I said it hasn’t even been a week and it’s broken in places and off when it shouldn’t be. She asks when I got my service done. I said it was Tuesday or Wednesday then say no, it was Tuesday. She says hold on. You can hear her conversing with someone then she gets back on the line. She says ok we can schedule you for tomorrow, but I’ll be charged. Excuse me??!! I said why am I being charged. It hasn’t been a week, and I tried to call y’all yesterday to get this resolved and got no answer. She said if it has been a couple of days, but it’s been a week. I said it happened before a week, but y’all didn’t answer your phone. I said I’ve never had a polish change or a pedicure polish not stand up to a week. She says she asked her manager and it’s a charge and apologized. I said what are you saying sorry for it you’re not going to fix it? You can’t reach you and then there’s a charge for work not done right? She said it’s been more time since getting it done so that’s why I have to be charged. I said don’t say sorry if you’re not truly sorry for the lack of service then and now. I said if that’s the case I’ll be sure to take my business elsewhere and won’t be back. She didn’t say anything, and I hung up. What type of customer service is that??? Trust me, if I was able to get to the location that day as opposed to calling over 20x, I would have. I’m away for work so the soonest I can get there is tomorrow. My job is very simple that I shouldn’t have polish chipping like it did. Won’t go back!

Ok, Im a guy, a GUY guy and it was my first ever pedicure. I commend the lady that worked on my bear paws!! It was aWONDERFUL experience! I didnt know what to expect and got more than i thought! For it being a pedicure, i got a calf massage, hot towel treatmennt, exfoliation treatment and heel treatment tunrning my hooves back into actual feet!! All for a really great price! Pretty sure this will be a regular thing!

Ive never had a better experience at any other nail salon. I live 3 and a half hours away and am almost willing to drive that just to see Anna. She was above and beyond. She was through with her work and she was super sweet. I felt comfortable and welcomed from walking in until walking out. I would give more stars if I could.

Took my daughter to get her nails done for her 16th bday. She showed Kyle the pic she wanted, and she got exactly what she asked for. She was so happy! Great way to start her bday!

So I went and got my nails done here last Wednesday they were really pretty save the fact that Tran was rushing so she tried to file my dip before it was ready. By today I had 5 chipped nails. I went back up there to get them fixed which after about 35 mins and them calling the manager they agreed to fix them. Erica fixed my nails. Well I mean she did my nails. She asked what shape I wanted I them shaped like I told her I loved the shape I had she said ok but filed them any way. She filed so bad on two of my fingers that I was wincing and had to ask her to stop AGAIN. I basically have one nail on my right had thats a stiletto nail. It is noticeably smaller. My other had has two nails that are completely slanted with chunks of my skin missing due to her EXCESSIVE UNWARRANTED filing. I tried to call back and speak to the manager but they would not answer my phone calls.I loved my nails when Tran did them now my fingers hurt and my nails look uneven and like an old lady. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I thought I had finally found my nail shop... guess not SMH

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. They are rude, aggressive, argumentative, and unprofessional. I ended up having them soak off and remove my manicure and pedicure. This is after I was cut, scraped and burnt with extremely hot water. There was no way I was paying for the utter mess of a job they did. Save your time and money and find another salon to go to!

This is my first time here! I had seen the yelp reviews and just needed a quick fix! I filled out a piece of paper that was the sign in sheet and they gave me the receipt colors... I picked my color sat down was in and out in an hour. Love my nails!! I will be going back for pedicure and eyebrow wax!

This is my GO TO nail place! They never overcharge! Everything here is so transparent when it comes to pricing. Making appts with specific techs are easy. They give EXCELLENT customer service and free drinks! I love that if you need your nails done fast theyll make it fast, but then if you want to chill and have them take your time theyll do that too. I walk in with a screenshot on Instagram or pinterest and theyll be like yea, we can do that!. Theve recently expanded for more rooms and tables and im so excited to see how itll look when finished! Heres the BEST PART: whether its powder, gel, or acrylic with added tips... my nails NEVER BREAK, CRACK, OR LIFT(especially after 3/4 weeks of having them on).

I usually am not the type of person who writes reviews, but the worker would constantly say rude things to my face. When i call him out on it he then changed languages to talk to the rest of the workers and laugh pointing at me. Also didn’t shape any of my nails right and put them all on crooked. I told him they were crooked he told me I didn’t know what I was talking about and they would look right after he put the gel on WHICH WAS NOT TRUE AT ALL. If I could put zero stars I would.

I have been to Eva’s on multiple occasions and have loved this place since the very beginning! I tried to call and make an appointment once with Katana and when I got there they said they never had an appointment for me 😬 BUT they got me seated with someone else as Katana wasn’t available and they did amazing! Today I went and saw Athena and she was great!

Mary has great customer service.She takes her time and makes sure your nails are done perfectly!

Normally the service is wonderful. But today I had the worst experience ever. The lady Amy could not polish. She kept trying to cover up her mistake by continuing to add polish to my nails. With that being said my nails look bulky and I am not at all satisfied.

I should have left for another place as soon as I stepped in since they were refusing to fix an unsatisfied customers nails. (Blatantly told the lady no one in the back wanted to do them) Nevertheless I continued to wait for service explained what I wanted and the lady told me it would be 30 after my session has began the tech tells me what I want is 50. After arguing back and forth she gets the original lady who now states what I want is impossible and that if I dont want that she will cut off the nails that are already superglued to my fingers and I can leave. I refused and informed her that I was leaving and gave them 5 for the nails they had glued on already. The ladies were beyond rude. Dont be fooled by the great reviews like I was.

EVA Nails was the spot to get your nails done and feel pampered. However recently the owner, Yen, shared some racially insensitive things on her social media. Its evident that she not only doesnt value her predominantly minority clients but shes not afraid to fake it to earn their money. Where there is one excellent nail salon there are hundreds more and I will take my services elsewhere where they value and respect ALL of their clients.

This is my first time coming here and despite the price Erica did such a fantastic job with my pedicure. She took her time and was engaged in everything she is doing. When she did my massage it was perfect. It wasnt too soft or too hard which I really appreciated. Then I got a full set and Rock did an amazing job. He was quick but still took his time. I asked for my nails to look natural and he was on point. I am definitely going to be back.

My friend and I came here and they sat us almost right away we both left extremely happy and felt like we paid a fair price for what we got. They follow covid guidelines very well and I felt safe. You also get a little goody bag when you leave since they cant reuse your files and buffers they gave them to us.

They do nails ok. Just very expensive. Paid $82 for a simple pedicure and full set. The lady also cut my fingers up so bad with the nail file. I was bleeding and she had to put a cotton ball on it. They do offer complimentary drinks though.

Despite what the lady posted about Kyle, I’ve been with him for 2 years and he had NEVER done a terrible job. He is the most talented nail ARTIST in there. He does amazing 3D nail art and ALWAYS (even when the first time I was with him) makes sure your nails are PERFECT. He will take his time to make sure you leave satisfied. If something is wrong you tell him and he will redo it until you are satisfied. Kyle is a 10/10 nail artist and I recommend him to everyone looking for a TALENTED nail artist like himself.

Simply amazing service and even better customer service! i got a full set (fantastic, she took her time and you could tell she cared about what my nails looked like when i left) then i broke two nails that same day which was my fault entirely not anything to do with the durability of the nails. i came in the next day to get them fixed and they fixed them free of charge. my favorite place to get my nails done! i won’t go anywhere else. thank you, eva nails!

Hannah is AMAZING! I love my nails and I have received so many compliments. This place is on the higher end for pricing but completely worth it. I have nails that I know will last and nails that were done correctly. I also love that the nail area is separated from the pedicure area. My nails and toes were done separately so I could fully enjoy my pedicure.

Only my second ever pedicure but my niece talks me into them and I’m really enjoying being pampered and ladies are amazing here I literally fell in chair! Being a trucker it’s nice getting pampered a little thank You ❤️

My first time going to this spot.I was referred by someone and thought I’d give the place a try. I called ahead and was able to get an appointment for that evening. I walked in, signed my name on a form. I was taken to my nail tech immediately for my on-time appointment. It’s a nice spot. The prices are higher than what I’m used to, so I’m going to have to really budget this in and be careful with my nails lol. The staff was welcoming. Ivy did a great job on my nails. I’ll be seeing her again. Hope it all goes well in the future.

I made an appointment for my daughter for a full set manicure she changed her mind and wanted a manicure when we got there. She changed her mind and they gave her attitude and when I called back to complain the receptionist had an attitude at first. My daughter didn’t get the full service of a manicure and that was her first time to go there. I OVERPAID for a service that was not received. They make excuses and take the employees word over the customers word and satisfaction. No courtesy there.

While I love when a place is clean/modern/professional I dont need to be overpriced! If you want to get a full set or fill in with regular polish you WILL NOT BE ABLE TO. They want you to get gel or dip powder. Save your money and go around the corner

Today I decided to treat myself by getting my nails done and it was a great decision, because I think I found “my place”. Everyone was extremely friendly and very attentive. My nail tech, Huey, was very kind and really took his time. This was the first time I’ve left a nail shop 100% happy. My nails feel so clean and healthy and look SO good. Thank you Huey and Eva’s nails!

Based on my first visit, this place is awesome! It’s nice, big, clean and well-staffed. Even with it looking so busy, they got me right in for a pedicure on a Saturday. They were in the halloween spirit with decorations and costumes. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The nail tech did a great job on my basic pedicure, which was $27. It’s not a budget salon, but it was well worth the price.

I went to get a pedicure and they usually do a good job, but this time the nail tech cut me and just painted over the cut. I tried to give it another chance because I had been going here for about a year faithfully. I made an appointment for the dip acrylic on my nails. They painted over it with gel and my diamonds fell off after three days and the gel started to peel off. When I tried to get it corrected they said I had to wait for the tech who did my nails to come in. Don’t wast your time not worth it.

Wife treated me to a pedicure. The deal came with a hot rock foot and calf massage.. hot rocks were the bomb! Cant wait to go back!

My daughter and I got our nails done. It was $125 for both sets of solar nails with one decorated each. A bit pricey.

I use to go here often. Well yesterday I notice they are going up on prices.. they put a sign on the door..part of the reason they are is bc all their good nail techs are leaving and taking their clientele with them. Eva is not what it use to be. They have terrible customer service now, the nail techs are not good, and they will take certain people over others. I don’t know what they are trying to do but they have definitely lost my business. And I was a faithful 2 week goer. The price does not compare to the service... the nail work definitely isn’t worth the price increase. Lazy pedicures, fill-ins comes up in 3 days... no way.

I’m not from Arlington so I was just looking up places to get my nails redone. And I stumbled upon this place on google, so I decided to give it a try. The place is pretty from the inside and it is a pretty big. I waited for about 5 minutes and I got Donna. Now she is amazing! I would highly recommend her! She was so nice and did a great job on my nails. I had on acrylics and she gently removed them, she was patient with me because I couldn’t decide what color to get on my nails. She made my experiment very good and I will come back to see her for sure!

Unfortunately, I ignored the bad reviews and came here anyway. Yesterday Tom cut me while drilling/sanding. It’s hurt all day and I’ve been wearing a band aid instead of rocking my manicure.The part that upsets me most is they said the manager would call me about it. He didn’t. Then, apparently Tom blamed me (after I left) and told them I moved my hand during the manicure. I didn’t. Plus, Tom explained to me (right after it happened) that he wasn’t used to working with fingers like mine because they are small and move and bend easily (whatever that means). His explanation didn’t make sense, but I didn’t make a big deal at the time because they seemed to be taking responsibility for it... now they’re changing their story.

I decided to try Eva Nails Spa for the first time and when I walked in, it was full blown kindness by everyone from the front desk to the techs. I was greeted by Athena (Lisa) and she was the best . We were having conversation like we’ve know each other for years . I love this place and have made Eva my official nail stop. I don’t plan to go anywhere else.
