As noted by other reviews, Aron is located inside a fancy jewelry store. I walked in and asked him to look at the clasp and change the battery of my old Swiss watch. He took the watch, had me sit down and a few minutes later handed me my watch back good as new. Very affordable too.

Went here to get a watch battery replaced: Fast, friendly service for an extremely reasonable price. Like others, I was worried about how much it would cost considering its inside Ascot Diamonds, but everyone there was helpful and down-to Earth. Will never go to a mall kiosk again.

BEST JEWELRY & WATCH REPAIR IN THE DMV! Aron is a master of his craft, to say the least. I brought him my favorite watch that I’ve had for almost 20 years to get a second opinion. The first guy I brought it to quoted me over $400 for the repair. Within a matter of minutes, Aron was able to tell me that it was a different problem entirely and fixed it for half the price. Not only that, but he cleaned it from the inside out after he found some rust inside. It looks brand new. I could not be more thankful. He is professional, kind, and easy going. He’s already fixed another watch of mine and fixed/cleaned some of my jewelry. I will never go to anyone else again!!!

I had no idea this was here until I searched for a watch shop. I needed 2 batteries replaced and Aron had to really fight to get one watch back open. He got both done quickly and the price was very reasonable. It is located inside Ascot Diamonds so I was worried what it would cost but it was less than the mall kiosk I have previously visited!

I appreciate quality of performance and those that are knowledgeable and conscientious in the execution of every detail of what they do. Replacing a watch battery seems simple enough, you remove the back and put a new battery in. However, I’ve learned that process requires more care than you might think. Aron is outstanding. A professional. He cleaned the back of my watch before opening to ensure debris does not enter the inside of the watch, sets the battery properly and then cleans and seals the gasket all at a cost lower than what I experienced elsewhere. I highly recommend Aron’s Elegant.
