Pure Barre is a great workout because it exercises the small stabilizing muscles in addition to the larger muscles that contribute to overall toning, strength, and health. Its definitely a place that you get out what you put in, particularly because you have to focus on your body to make sure youre using the right muscles. The instructors are definitely attentive though, and help make that focus easier!
Lauren is amazing! She genuinely loves Barre as well as overall health + fitness (And what it represents/provides for people). She is clear and concise in her instructions and is wonderful at making modifications for people as necessary. Joining Barre wasnt just a workout it is a lifestyle and a network of future friends! Highly recommend to all levels.
Great instructors, always staffed at the front desk during class times, clean studio, great apparel selection - I always leave happier than I came!
