Cut super clean, and super friendly people! Whether your hair is nappy or straight they cut it neatly! Walking in looking like a bum you come out looking you ready to handle any type of business! I’m definitely coming back! And they use blades!!!!!

Went for a haircut. Worst salon experience in my 50 years lifespan both price-wise and work-wise. They have workers who dont speak or understand English and rely on a single person. They cut the hair as they want, your desire has no value. THEY DO NOT TAKE CARDS AND WILL MAKE YOU PAY IN CASH (EASIER TO ROB IN THAT WAY). I have no clue how they have many 5 star reviews, I guess fake. SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I’m from nyc I always prefer Dominican barbershop, but I wouldn’t find in Texas where I live right now. So I knew That shop almost similar like in nyc. I’ve been attend there since maybe all the time. So tomorrow I’m gonna go there to get me shade up. Gotta keep me look fresssshhh

Terrible. From out of town and didnt have time to get a cut before i left. Came here for a simple fade. Awful. I had to go to Kroger next door and buy a set of clippers to to straighten everything out. Front tape crooked and took the neck line up to the middle of my ears. I gotta wear a hat for the rest of my trip now. Owner just sat on his butt. If the barber was new he should be watching.

My very first and last time coming here! I went in at the beginning of this month, I asked if they knew how to do a mohawk? One guy in specific jumped up with the quickness and volunteered to cut my hair. After I repeatedly instructed him on how I wanted my haircut he still managed to screw it up...And they charge $25.00...cant be VIP if you got barbers with no craft and are hard of hearing working for you!GET IT TOGETHER BARBER SHOP!

Told my husband to try this place because it’s 2 minutes away from home. He got there at 3:47pm his appointment was at 4pm. He didn’t walk out of that place until after 6:30pm. He went bald and there is still hair on his head. I shouldn’t have to go over spots with another razor for spots the licensed barber missed. I figured you can’t mess up bald. I feel bad for telling my husband to go there. We’re good we’ll go back to his regular barber 20 minutes away. I’m giving one star because there’s no option for zero. $30 for nothing!! 😡😤😡

Got a very clean fade and hair cut from Usvaldo.Recommend setting up an appointment if you want Usvaldo to cut your hair. I have Latin hair and he has great skill for it.Other barbers are available for walk in but calling ahead is best for any barbershop 💈

Leudy does a great job. He is timely and exact. I appreciate his service and doing business at VIP KUTZ.

While the master barber/owner is a pretty good barber, he has really poor customer service. When calls are placed to schedule appointments he doesnt respond, when he does pick, hes full I will not be going back.

One of the worst place to get a haircut, they had me waiting about a hour & 30 minutes just for them to have a old friend get a haircut & cut in line before me . It smells, cockroaches are on the walls & the employees are disrespectful . Its one of the most horrible experiences Ive had getting a haircut & I advise everyone to go anywhere else
