Today I had a new person cut my hair and although I was a little nervous, I watched him cut a womans hair and she had a lot of it. He did a beautiful job so, I knew he could cut mine off with no problem and I was right. He did a really good job, his name is E.

They did me right! Wasnt terribly expensive either. Was in and out in decent amount of time. No injuries 😁. Clean. Doesnt smell of smoke. Ill be coming back!

Do not recommend. From the pictures yes they might have decent work but they are rude. I walked in to ask how much for a haircut, told them I would come back. The guy then gets out of character and starts saying rude comments.

Didn’t finish the cut and charged a ridiculous price

I just got back in town and took my son to get a hair cut I drove back 8 hours and finally got a chance to take him. He’s 4 I’ve been there multiple times with him I loved this place. It’s 8:00 I walk in I know we had an hour left to get his haircut. There were 2 barbers one lady with short blonde/black hair and another man. And they are talking back and forth complaining how there are people at the last minute here ACROSS THE STORE. Obviously where we can hear it. So we left. WE ONLY GO TO THIS BARBER SHOP. To make more money and a tip and to receive that kind of service (actually no service at all he didn’t get his haircut) is ridiculous. Go take yourself to another shop if you can’t do a 4 year olds hair which takes 20 minutes with a fade and a short cut and tips 20 every time regardless of who or how much the haircut is. I wouldn’t dare have those 2 touch my sons hair because with Those actions I would expect a bad job from them.

This was my husbands first time visiting this barbershop. According to their website, they open at 10am and we got there between 10:10 and 10:15am. When we entered this location, the barbers all looked at us but no one said anything. We kept staring at them until one barber finally asked how he could help. My husband informed him that this was his first time here and asked if the barber could explain how it worked. The barber told us that it would be a short wait. We sat down with the expectation that we should not have had to wait any longer than maybe 30 mins since there were about 4 barbers present at the time. Well, an hour and a half later we were still sitting there when a different barber offered to cut my husbands hair. The only problem was he only accepted cash. If most of your barbers only accept cash, there should be some sort of sign that explains this so newcomers so they would know what they are getting into. So we ended waiting for the barber we originally spoke with because he was the only one who could process payments with debit/credit cards. This barber kept reassuring us that he would cut 2 little boys and then my husband would be next. Fast forward to 12pm and he finally finishes the cuts of the little boys. My husband and I felt relieved because he could finally get his haircut after waiting almost 2 hours. But the barber weve been waiting for this entire time says that he has to cut the hair of another guy who had a 12pm appointment.My husband finally finished his haircut at 1:03pm. Waiting 3 hours to get a haircut is beyond ridiculous!! Initially, this was going to be a 1 star review but my husbands haircut came out better than expected so i changed it to 3 stars.

Got my hair done here it was my first time. my stylist coco was amazing. i would not go back because the bathroom was out of order i had to go all the way to sears with my hair half done. and i almost broke my neck tripping over one of the stylist mates they need to clean up.

Terrible customer service. I walked in and they just look at you like you are lost. I asked if there was a line and he said somebody would get with me. I waited about an hour and multiple people who came after me were taken care of. I thought that they May have had appointments, but then some barbers started taking breaks and leaving. It was a weird experience. My advice is if you are new here is to go somewhere else. Their work is good but not so outstanding that you couldnt get it done somewhere else.

Terrible experience. There is no waiting system and they have the attitude of Ill get to you when I feel like it. I left after 40 minutes of waiting and not ONE person greeted or said anything to me. I also called and the person who picked up had an immediate attitude. This is the first bad review I ever gave anyone truthfully, but this place definitely deserves it.

I have natural hair, I do understand that my hair is not as easy to work with as someone who has chemically treated hair. However, that does not give someone the right not to put forth as much effort on my hair as they would for someone else, because I still paid. I got there and my stylist was already there -which is a major plus. She asked me to comb my hair out myself, which I actually appreciated because Im a bit tender headed and I dont like heavy hands. She washed and deep-conditioned my hair and then moved me to the dryer. She left me under the dryer for a decent amount of time which was also appreciated because being left under the dryer for an excessive duration is also another one of my pet peeves. We were fine until she actually started on my hair. She moved me to her chair and began to blow dry my already dry hair. There were only a few spots of my head that were a bit damp so it only needed a few seconds of blow drying on the lowest heat. Anyone with natural hair knows that we prefer the least amount of heat possible on our head to maintain hair curl pattern. She blow dried my hair as if I hadnt just been sitting under the dryer for 40 minutes. And she maybe sprayed three squirts of heat protectant in my hair (I know, the less product the better) but she didnt even rub it through... And mind everyone my hair is thick, so three sprays only in the middle of my head didnt cut it. She then begins to press my hair down to the ends (that I wanted to be cut, it was the entire point for even coming). After she finishes pressing my hair, she cuts off my ends, I had no issue with that. But by this time it is already 4:20 and I had gotten there at 1 oclock and I needed to go to work. When I was on the phone with her, I did mention that even though I only wanted my hair to be washed, flat-ironed and trimmed, I wanted a little style. So she goes through and bumps my hair, but when I say bump I mean literally all she did was bump my hair, she didnt even go section by section, she just sort of lifted up some of the good pieces and curled them under. And in the front she didnt even try, it kind of looked like I did it myself. For all the heat that she had already put on my hair she might as well have just went through my entire head. Because now I have a few pieces of my hair that are not near as curly as they were when I came (indicators for heat damage) . I didnt have a horrible experience but for what was done on my head, I would have expected that from a school, not a professional salon. She cut my ends off (like I asked) but she did not do the best that she could have done which was frustrating since I ended up not leaving until it was almost 5 oclock and I had gotten there at 1.

Honestly there are ways to deal with customers, and the way the lady treated us was just not it. Just because we went back to discuss the charge. My friends hair was left a mess and we believed we got over charged. The lady, CoCo, threatened to have our ass whopped. We went in to speak to a manager, or someone in charge, and she out of the blue came up to us and started to yell at us, she claimed we were causing drama when all we wanted to do was talk to a different person about the situation. I will not argue with minors. She was the one arguing, we just wanted to have a civil conversation. Cruelty, Thank you .

I took my children to get a haircut here.... and OMG the place was so philthy and disgusting!!!!! The restroom was horrible!! I took my son to use the bathroom and when he flushed black watery dirt came up from the floor and he slipped and fell.... On top of this all they had the nerve to be selling dinners out of such a nasty place. Whoever is running this store needs to shut it down!!!

Just left this place. Awful experience. If your going to provide services for kids then you and your employees need to be kid friendly or at least be able to work well with kids. I walked in and there were only 2 people cutting hair. The lady asked what I needed and I said I needed my sons haircut. He is mixed and is 4 yrs old. She told me to come here so I walked up to her and she asked me if he has ever had his haircut. Ummm if you look at his head you can tell it has been cut. Then she proceeds to ask me if he is going to sit still or act crazy. I said he doesnt act up when he gets his haircut. Hes 4. 4 yr olds dont sit completely still. Then she told me that one of them would get him and that there were 2 people ahead of us. 3 people went before us and thats when I got up and left. Being rude like that is no way to run a business. If you dont want to deal with kids then offer services for kids.

Please be Aware..Dont go here for anything..I got two haircuts here before one for me and my son..Horrible service...dishonest employees with trashy, ghetto, RUDE, service barber Rick....dare I SAY BARBER...Not no....chopped and destroyed inch after inch of my at least 4 to 6 inch growth in major areas i specifically asked to keep long for my bun...top know with a fade..he said he could not do a part or a line up...things i guess barbers here dont or refuse to do...he picked my fro with no spray or notion and refuse to communicate with me on how I wanted my hair..I kept trying to work with him..each time I looked up he destroyed more of my length which cannot be taken seriously with this cut at all at work..here I even tipped this fool..Managed to get off with $30 of my money..I should have went with my first instinct his haircut was mediocre himself and he doesnt take pride in details of himself let alone follow customer request or basic procedure if you need to do a wash charge for that and say so ..dont just skip valid steps..i have gotten plenty of haircuts in barbershops around the u.s.a...i dont appreciate the lack of customer appreciation...no ability to deal with children..cursing and swearing here...barbers discussing tips and not style and being classy...rushed me out the door without alcohol or edge up or anything I asked or paid for...i completely cried all night while wondering why did this happen to me...Im a good paying customer, called ahead of time and was patient as he chopped and decided how he thought my hair should be...he had a very lazy indecent rude attitude...He said I cant do an edge up. Nevermind here are me before and after and what i showed him i wanted also...mind you i grew my hair for months for this and waited...asked him to leave my top long. I got this and a foot in the ass out the door

I went to this so called barbershop if youd wish to call it that.....with a very close friend who asked Rick about a particular cut?? Showed him multiple pictures of the desired cut before they were seated he looked at the pictures and said he could do the requested cut he saw in the particular pictures shown...he seated my friend!!!! BEGINS TO DO A HAIRCUT WITHOUT THE PROPER STARTING METHOD OF A BARBER THATS FIRST AND FOREMOST! He grabbed his clippers and immediately began chopping of the nearly 9 months of FULL growth that was intended to be shaved around the edges ALSO MY FRIEND REQUESTED DONT TOUCH MY TOP FOCUS ON THE EDGES IM GOING TOWARDS THE MAN BUN STYLE. OK HE REPLIED i got you..well smh he DIDNT HAVE IT EVERYTHING THAT WAS SAID HE COULD DO BEFORE HE STARTED!!! HUH went to i cant really uh like this?? Well no Fade me and line up the sides and edge me up dont chop the top WHAT SO EVER OK. Saturday night it was about 8:45.My son needed a hair cut,so I decided to try your salon.I walked in with my son.We waiting at the front counter for about 5mins..There were people still in the establishment working,a women was getting her hair worked on by the window.Others were towards the back.Not one person ecnowledged us.We are caucasian (other then blk).We hope your establishment is not racial profiling customers.My wife is a manager at the mall she was disappointed also.All my son wanted was a quick $17.00 haircut a foehawk,I,guess thats what teenagers call it these days.We had money,that wasnt the issue.I,work retail also,I,say hi,or how can I help you to all my customers.That is the real issue here ! Ive been visiting that mall for over twenty years.For the most part its a pretty friendly place. But,when you get disrespected,especially in front of your child it hurts,it makes your stomach turn.Then it makes you turn around and never return.😔
