All was great on my last visit, except the advance check in. I checked in and drive to the shop, only to discover my selected hair stylist took a walk in ahead of me. She said walk ins were always taken first. So what isvthe point of advance check in? Incidentally, there were 2 other hair stylists there with no customers. I feel I am treated as a customer, not a client.

Good, fast, friendly and professional service. Was able to book a time ahead online. Checked in when I got to the store. Everyone was acknowledged as they came into the shop. Seating was well sized for the few people waiting. I was called back after a couple of minutes. Had my hair cut by Kala, she asked a number of questions, provided some options and I was happy with the result.

I book my haircut at the app, and according to the application, the wait time should be no longer than 22 minutes. Upon arrival, the lady asked me if I have made my reservation online, I told her yes but the screen that was showing online when I arrive suddenly changed to in-store. After waiting for 45 minutes for my name to be on the first place of the computer, the first available stylist calls the other customer that was below my name on the computer list. I stand and left the place to never return to this location.

Crystal is flawless! Her professionalism and service to the customer showed! Before starting my cut, she cleaned the area and wiped down the equipment and chair. The whole time from start to finish she practiced excellent COVID-19 safe practices. When other people came in she ensured they signed in while at the same time tending to my hair care. She truly is a leader in the store! She delivers a “championship haircut experience” every time I visit! Only she is allowed to cut my hair! Promote/pay increase/ or give her a bonus for her going above and beyond all the time...especially in this COVID environment!

I signed in to app said to be there at 1002am, I left at 1035 after my stylist finished the person before me, came up to the front and then just returned to the back of the shop without saying shed be right back, sorry it was taking so long, nothing, just acted like I wasnt there. The other stylist took another client as I sat there, not offering to let me in either.

I mainly come to this sport clips and every time I come I get a really nice cut. There is this one specific stylist who always outdoes herself, I have never received a bad haircut from her. I wish I could remember her name but I don’t know it. However, that being said all the stylists will do right by you.

New client mvp as advertised on the sports clips site wasnt provided which includes a Precision Haircut. Additionally If I hadnt said anything to Aubrey I would have walked out with a hairline bumpier than New York St in Arlington. Secondly the other advertised New client MVP perks werent provided. That means no Legendary Hot Steamed Towel, Massaging Shampoo, and Relaxing Treatment. I should have gone to Scissor Clips nearby even though Ive never been to Scissor Clips they would have surely provided a better cut than my stylist at Sports clips. Who cares about the MVP treatment, I needed a decent haircut.

I would still be hair-farming through this desolate life, alone, if it wasn’t for Crystal & The Entire Staff @ SC Arlington, TX... ‘till death do us part.

If you are a African-American male that is very attentive to the way your hair is cut, do not go here. They managed to almost completely ruin my edge-up, causing my regular barber I go to to be completely confused in correcting me, which took extra time. Additionally, whenever I told the assistant manager to cut “with the grain”, she did not follow those instructions. Is the 30 second massage, shampoo, hot towel, and moisturizer really worth $25 when you could more than likely do the same thing at home for virtually nothing? This place is great for any other hair types, but not african-american hair, which requires the utmost attention to detail.

Crystal has been my stylist for over a year and every time I come in there I make sure that she cuts my hair. Every time, she goes above and beyond to ensure I look professional for my job. Nobody cuts my hair as good as she does! Trust me I’ve looked for a long time to get the perfect cut! She is the one! Her courtesy is always top notch with me and others in the store and she runs a smooth operation! Her customer service skills are what you would expect from a professional...excellent! She has also recommended and I have purchased the TreeTea shampoo product from her in the store. My hair is great and she is great! Promote now!

The stylist has a great way with customers and followed my suggestions well. I got a great haircut and wash as well as good conversation.The app let me check-in in advance. I may have waited all of two minutes before taking a chair.Ill return to the Arlington location when Im in the DFW area. Otherwise, Ill use the app to avoid long waits, and when Im travelling.

I just got a regular hair cut this time, not the MVP like I usually do. They always know what cut I prefer, and give me a good haircut, consistently like the one before.

I didnt know where to take my nephew, who is 3 by the way, for a haircut, until I just gave up and stopped by this location. The staff are really friendly, it wasnt too busy so he got attended really fast. Alma was his hairstylist and he made him feel comfortable and didnt get agitated when he started fussing around. Kept her cool and very patient. The price was reasonable.

I come to Sport Clips regularly and real excited today when they said on the news that the hair salons will be re-opening. I was hoping today they would be re-opening (4/24/2020).

New electronic check-in was nice. Didnt cut my sons hair the way I asked--it was a good cut, just not the way I asked. I have found this location understaffed in the past, which means a longer wait. The staff seems friendly and courteous. Ill continue to get my hair cut there (but probably not if Im in a hurry).

My stylist did a great job. My 1 and only complaint is that in order to put your name on the wait list ahead of time is by using the app.

Just moved to the area. Went to Sports Clips in Maryland. Seemed a little understaffed (Just two stylists) but it could have just been that day. Aliza was my stylist and was very nice. I got the works (Haircut, Shampoo, Cold Towel, and Massage). Aliza did a very nice and professional job. I will use this location and stylist again.

I needed to get my hair done for a wedding and I heard that the stylist Aubrey could do up dos. Was extremely pleased. She did a great job and was very professional. I will definitely be sending my husband to her for a haircut when we are in the area.

I called to get a price... $19 for a haircut? Way to high for an older balding guy like me. I could see it on a womans longer hair. I went a mile up Cooper and it was $14 and Super Cuts was $16. Too bad because it sounds like a good place and I work near by.

Its my Go-To. These guys hire the right talent and I have yet to have a bad hair cut even when my regular stylist isnt available. I always get the MVP because that hot towel and massaging shampoo are perfect after a long day.

I had to go back to fix an error. In general I like the place but they have a high turnover of stylists.

Worst place to work at! Manager shows up late, never in attire, always in office when store is busy. Gives schedule at 10PM Saturday, 2 hrs before the new work week. Owner is money hungry. Doesnt care about if store is running correctly just cares if your reaching numbers and bringing in money. Made us stop giving loyalty to cards because she was losing money by giving them out. But, when corporate was at the stores we had to hand them out so she wouldnt get in trouble. She didnt pay me my last paycheck when I worked! Hung up on me on the phone after her bashing me down because I denied her offer since she didnt want me to leave.

They don’t have the hair shavers like the other sports clips. They only have a zero for men’s fades not the shavers. Now I have to get another hair cut in a couple days from a place that does. I won’t go back here again because of that. My fade is horrible

The haircut and cleanliness overall is fine. The atmosphere is a bit, apathetic? The staff seemed a bit annoyed to be working.

I am picky with my hair. So much so that if I dont like my cut I will just shave it myself. Ive been getting my hair cut with Alma for a year or so now, and she is the best!!!

I did my babys first hair cut and the lady was amazing.

This is not the typical Sports Clips I go to. My first time here went great and thats why I have given it 2 stars. The reason it isnt five stars was because of my trip today. It was the fastest haircut I have ever had and was done horribly. I was surprused when I was told she was done. Too many assumptions were made by the stylist. I asked her to clean up what I could see at the time. When I got back to my vehicle I saw patches thay were missed and a shoddy fade. After this visit I will not be back to this location again. Luckily Sherri at the Kennedale location cleaned the haircut up so I could look like a respectable member of society again.

I never see the same person more than once except the manager. But the people here are good at what they do.

Never going back again. Ive had to go back for two of my last three haircuts to have glaring mistakes fixed like crooked bangs. Last time I went, the stylist identified the cause of a cut looking uneven, then, rather than addressing the issue, merely parted the hair and pushed most of it to one side so you cant tell. The cut I didnt have to have fixed didnt have any glaring problems, but it was an okay cut at best.

Went a few months ago messed my haircut, it was uneven... Went back they saw it and tried to fix it made it worse. Went in again and again uneven this time Im not going back. I came to this location because its close to my job, but now I think Ill go to my usual sportclips in Bedford... stylist name was Karen, she was so rough.

Always seems understaffed. Walk in, get told to sign in and Im the second person sitting down. 50 minutes later Im still there and everyone that has come in behind me gets told a wait time of 15-20 minutes. Staff seems to be there for a paycheck and dont really care to be there.
