The price listed was shampoo and cut, she did not shampoo and charged the full price. I told her to my hair below my shoulders but she cut above. Consistently trying to sell me product, always telling need what a good job she did, but there were hairs that i had to cut myself bc she left them uneven.

I love the lady who own it. Shes great. She can cut your hair by looking at a picture. Im sorry you guys I dont know her name. When she says her name thick accent. She cuts my hair frequently. And she does waxing too. Shes great at that too. She also has a $ 10 head massage that is great too. Been going to her about two years.

I saw the sign $10 for 15minutes shampoo and relaxation on the door so i decided to come in. The lady ask if i also want blow dry, i said yes she said it will be $20. I think shampoo should already included blowdry, but I am fine with that because i thought 15mins shampoo would at least include alittle massage But NO, only like 5mins for shampoo and then blow dry but didnt even blow it dry completely .. Never come back :)

She does do a good job on her haircuts. Only one complaint another Asian had walked in and she all the sudden blew through my haircut and the Asian guy seemed to be in a rush (don’t know what he was saying) but very unprofessional of her to do something like that.

I went yesterday at this hair salon and very disappointed about our hair( my baby and me)First of all, she cut my hair look like she hate me before with a bad scissors. She said she didn’t shampoos my hair because she said that I have a long and thick hair. And she was unprofessional at all. She treat her customers very bad.Second, she cut my son hair all the way down such as you cut the grass at home.Only her working yesterday.

Worst experience. Never going back. I showed one kind of picture to cut my hair but she cut it within 5 minutes, the way she likes, nothing like the picture I showed to her. I know my hair was damaged and split ends but not that much that she had to cut my medium long hair which was way underneath my chest all the way above the shoulder, like really short. I showed to her one color and she put drug store kinda cheap brand color all over my head, way different than I wanted and still said that its coz my hair is way too dark and that is not her fault whereas I had the color I wanted before from different place. And She charged me $95. She washed my hair after color and said $5 for blow dry. Like who does that?I just went coz it was near by my home and could not get the appointment where I usually go, but never ever going back there in my life.

I just got my hair cut here after going a year or so without one and stylist Dao did so amazing!!! In a very quick and snappy amount of time she cut my dead, horrible, long, thick, flat, unbrushable hair into a whole new soft, perfectly layered, perfect length, tons of volume, whole new look! For a really great price, I got a high dollar hair cut. I recommend Dao to everyone, she actually cares how hair looks and wants every single person to have their perfect haircut.

As a cosmotologist myself, I went here to get my hair cut, and found the 1 and only stylist working that day and time to be inadequate at her skills. Several times I nearly walked out, only refrained that lobs of hair was cut off. This stylist did not follow procedure that is common practice, or follow the state laws of her license. I asked for a certain haircut, and got something I didnt want. She cut my hair dry, which doesnt result in a good cut. When I asked for it to be wet realizing she was actually going to do the entire cut dry, she tried to tell me this form was just as good. Finally she got a water bottle, and barely even misted my hair. I asked where she went to school seeing no displayed license out ( which at all station should be one shown for the patrons) she gave a vague area but not a certified school. She followed with the 2nd cut I came with, not sweeping her station or sanitizing the same comb ( another state law violation). When it came time to pay, she charged for a cut and shampoo price, and when asked why we didnt get the shampoo, her speaking little English, really couldnt give us an answer that made sense. The board shows a price for cut and shampoo, OR shampoo and style as same price regardless of length. So, not only did I get a crappy haircut for the holidays, I got ripped off. I have tried to find a corporate number, but seems this is a private owned shop, meaning, they can let unlicensed people cut hair there.
