I have lived in the Marbella Apartments for a little over 2 years. The staff is always so nice, and provide GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Every time I have had an issue it’s always such a smooth process and they are so willing to get the issue handled! Maintenance can be a little slow on certain projects that need to be done, other than that no complaints.Ivette, Leslie, Brianna and Juan has helped a lot with the concerns that I’ve had!Oh and definitely want to give a huge appreciation to the woman that cleans my building every Tuesday! Every time that I come home the building smells great and is very well kept! She’s always super kind and smiles at my puppies when I take them for a walk!I truly appreciate the staff and it’s very comforting to know they are always people I can count on with no hesitation!

I have been living at Marbella Apartments since 2016. There have been a few different office personnel since. Some were ok and some were rude. But this new staff is GREAT! They are friendly, attentive, understanding and dependable. I am greeted by name with a smile and a how are you doing today They will do what is necessary to accommodate you in any situation(within reason). They are all about the satisfaction of there tenants and future residents.Id give them 10 gold stars and an A+Best staff ever!!

Neighbors dont respect the rules, some of them drink and especially smoke, this is very disgusting because you can feel it in all the building, in addition bugs and mice, not a good place to live.

Cant wait until my lease is due!Mice issue, bug issues, people are so loud!great for young latinos who like to drink on the stairs around 1-3am, pee on peoples cars make noise and race their stupid coupe cars.Not for families!!!!!!

Bad and getting worst.

It is a nice place to live, a very cheap rent compared to the high cost in Arlington, a very safe area and the maintenance of facilities and the attention to each resident is excellent. Definitely a nice place to live.
