Absolutely love love love this place.. it’s nice peaceful and they keep the area clean. Ms monique is one of the best landlords I ever met she so sweet patient, and friendly. I enjoyed my stay here and most definitely would recommend it to live here
I thought I would come back and share that I have resided here now for over 2 years going on 3! This place still deserves 5 stars. I have never seen a pest (bug). The front office staff and Manager goes above and beyond to help with any issues that may arise. Packages can be deliver straight to your door without concerns. Management keeps everything nice and neat! I feel safe living here.
I moved in March of 2020 and will be moving out in July 2021. I have had a great/safe/comfortable experience living here at Riverside Apartments. There were a few complaints that I had upon moving in. To be specific I had some of the noisiest upstairs neighbors I had ever experienced and I simply notified the leasing manager Monique. She qas extremely prompt as to inquiring about my complaints and she quickly handled it and my living experience was most enjoyable after that. I must say, with any apartment complex, there are will always be noisy/disrespectful neighbors. To be honest, I have never had a more attentive, caring manager than Monique. She was always quick to respond to my concerns and ever more so, extremely quick to make sure any complaint i had was resolved in a fast manor. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone simply because Monique takes care of her tenants. I can not praise her enough for always following up on my problems and making sure that I was more than satisfied with the resolution. If anyone is interested in moving into these apartments, make sure you talk to Monique in the front office. She has your back and the complex, in my opinion, is better because of her. If it has not been for her, I probably would have considered breaking my lease, but since she made sure i was happy, it made me feel safe and more comfortable living here at Riverside. She is, hands down, the most attentive leasing manager I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Hands down!
I have resided at Riverside since it opened and the only reason Im leaving is for a job relocation. Monique has done a tremendous job not only professionally managing the property, but also making everyone feel welcome at the property. Whether its bringing popsicles to kids and adults at the pool or just stopping by as she inspects the grounds to ask how everthing is going, you couldnt ask for a better representative of the company.
I can’t say enough good things about these apartments and the office staff- specifically Monique. I lived here for 2 years and the only reason I moved was because I purchased a house. The apartments are very well lit and I never had any issues with with my neighbors or any safety concerns. The apartment interior and grounds are beautiful and very well kept. Maintenance was amazing and always very quick and efficient with request. I had an issue with someone parking in my covered spot and Monique was quick to address and fix my problem. I would highly recommend theses apartments to anyone looking!
Ms. Monique is very pleasant as well as understanding. I can say she is very professional and personal within limits. I have truly enjoyed staying at the Riverside Apartment, I can say the best experience ever while living in an apartment. I will highly recommend.

The staff and management here at Riverside Apartments are great. Management is very responsive. The maintenance crew are quick to respond as well. The environment around this property is well-maintained. Never a issue with parking. I am pleased to call this location my home!
Greatness!First off, this apartment complex is very well managed by Lauren and Monique. You have an issue or need something, they are in it to win it. They get stuff done and seem like they truly care about their tenants and the complex. Besides being responsive, they are clear, concise, and very friendly. Maybe Im just a likable guy, but I doubt thats the reason. Just sold a 3k sqft home, decided to move into apartment for the first time in 20 years, came here first because of appearance and location, and Monique sold me on the complex and Im happy she did. Lauren handled the particulars of paperwork for me flawlessly.Second, the amenities are relatively standard these days with granite counters and standard stainless appliances. However, the grounds and exterior are immaculately maintained. They accept real dogs and even have a legit dog park, sand volleyball court, BBQ pavilion, and nice sidewalks throughout complex. The tenants are nice, its a safe environment, and everyone seems respectful.Third, maintenance has been spot on. From day one, I noticed some very minor things needing repair. I signed into website and filled out maintenance request and was immediately contacted by Arturo. What a great guy!! Dude jumps in and and gets it done. He likes coffee, so hook him up. Two creams two sugars, thats the way he gets down.After being a home owner for so long and moving into an apartment, I could not have asked for a better scenario. I am very happy with my choice and recommend Riverside. I sure hope Valiant Residential is taking care of their employees as well as their employees are taking care of the complex and community. If youre not, shame on you because these folks here are why yall are making the big bucks!
Ive been here for 2 years this month and Ive been very pleased with Riverside Arlington. The office staff is wonderful and maintenance requests are handled in a timely fashion. Its a great place to live in a quiet, clean community.
Excellent experience with Loren Farrar at Riverside Apartments!! Very straightforward, extremely responsive (and I had a LOT of questions!!), professional, personable and helpful! The complex is new and beautiful (inside and out). I have visited/looked at several complexes (especially in the last few weeks) and Loren Farrar sealed the deal! I just want to say that the service and kindness shown at Riverside by management and staff has just been so heart warming. During this time there has been curveball after curveball thrown at me and my family and Monique made sure that I was not stressed or worried about anything other than taking care of my family. If you want family service, this is the way to go.
With everything going on with Covid-19, it has been an interesting journey looking for apartments and condos at this time. My experience at Riverside today has hands down been the best out of the 5 plus apartments I’ve “toured”! The property manager (I believe her name was Monique) was extremely kind, informative and personable. She went above and beyond to make sure I was able to view the unit of my liking and informed me about the property without making me feel like a number. The units are beautiful and sell themselves, but the exceptional customer service is what sealed the deal for me!❤️
This apartment complex is amazing! Absolutely one of the best places I have ever lived. I moved here during Covid-19 after months of planning to move, I was unsure what touring apartments would be like with everything locked down but this apartment complex came through! Loren and Monique were both amazing and quick with getting our paperwork done and moved in... and the apartment itself is absolutely stunning. I am so happy we decided to move here!
Scheduled an appointment for 4pm on 11/21/2020. Leading up to the appointment, no one was answering the phone at the leasing office. I had to do an hour and half round trip drive only to find that for whatever reason they are closed. How are you going to let someone book an appointment and then close super early???? Staff are supposed to be here during office hours. Such a waste of time. Dont rent here.
My daughter is moving in here and Monique and the Riverside Team have been truly amazing!! I hope that everything will work out.Previously:Do you only take care of residents’ requests after we give bad reviews on the website?I don’t want to erase my Four-Star positive review on your service from last year as I would like to recognize what you did to finally solve the problems. However, I am really frustrated with following up with you on and on and learning again and again that you didn‘t get a chance to take care of my one simple and reasonable request. As a result, I have to use a separate google account to write you an One-Star review. (I know that I, as a resident of Riverside Apartments, might be ignored again, but at least I keep trying to communicate with you. It is totally up to you on how to respond to your customers)It is the time again to decide whether to renew the lease or to move out. You require us to provide a 60-day notice in advance if we are moving out at the end of the lease term; otherwise, we will be charged for extra rents. To me, it means that I need to make the move-or-stay decision by 07/01/2020 and provide you the notice if I decide to move. However, I am not given access to the resident portal for checking the renewal lease prices.How can I make the renew-or-not decision without knowing the prices for different lease terms? I have been following up with you for two weeks via several phone calls, and you said you I didn’t get a chance to give me the access each time.Is it a difficult task to give me the access? Actually not. My prior roommate moved out, and we both notified you several month ago. I become the primary resident since then. You simply need to change the primary resident from my prior roommate’s name to my name. I addressed this issue to you through the portal but got no response. Then I called your office to address the problem since two weeks ago, and I am still not able to get full access of the resident portal as a primary resident now. I could’t even get access to my current lease contract after actually being the primary resident for so many months.If you don’t value a customer who always pays rent on time and only send one simple request annually (for renewing issues), then I couldn’t see what kind of customer would you value.
Monique and the staff at Riverside have always gone above and beyond! I loved my time there, always felt safe and the office was helpful if I ever needed anything. Special shout out to Monique - after moving out, I accidentally shipped a package to my old address. She went above and beyond to find my package and bring it to the front office! So helpful and such a class act! Thank you Monique and Riverside Apartments!
My fiancé and I just got approved to move here and we have had so many questions for Monique! She always answers them and is so sweet about me calling up there! Her and other staff have shown to be very attentive and actually care about residents/ future residents. Makes me the process so much easier to have people on your side!

Great Apartment Complex. I moved in last month and have enjoyed every minute of it so far. The apartments have high quality lighting, floors, and appliances. Office staff is really nice and accommodating. I have no complaints. Plus, the other residents are very nice and considerate. I actually had a neighbor come apologize once for noise that I never even heard. Lol.
Monique Cage is very sweet and helpful. She helps me from A to Z. I’m able to get the apartment I want. My wife and son also love the apartment. The whole process was painless. Thank you.
So far I have been here for 6 months and I really like it. I have to say that I am so glad I got a parking space because the parking is limited. The staff is good and over all a safe place to live! I see myself living here for a while.
I just moved in to this apartment complex, I had a rough time in the search for an apartment to stay in. finally i am so happy that I chose Riverside apartments, great facilities available and the complex is brand new, the kindness and sweetness of the staff there is amazing. There property manager Courtney was so helpful and made my move in smooth. I am excited to spend the next months there.
We have been in this apartment for almost a month and we love this place! The management is super responsive to all of our questions and concerns. They have always been super friendly, although I am in there almost everyday with a new question. The apartment itself is fantastic! We love everything about it- great quality and quiet. Oh, and our dogs love the backyard!
I’m VERY HAPPY with my apartment and the Staff! The Property Manager Monique is AWESOME!!! She is so inviting and welcoming! She made my experience and transition into my new place seamless! Her genuine kindness and warmth was very helpful in making the decision to reside here! One of the maintenance guys even helped when I was moving some left behind items up the stairs! Very nice community, for the most part! The only reason I’ve given the property 4 stars out of 5, is the fact I have some RUDE Neighbors; who placed dog poop on my door! Actually hung a black bag of dog poop on my door, for whatever reason! Disrespectful and Disgusting to say the least! Sometimes one bad apple can ruin the bunch, but not in this case!!! Lol! It’s a GREAT PLACE! Unfortunately, the people who reside in a place can make the experience not as comfortable! Regardless, God is good and I’m grateful for Riverside and their excellent service and amenities!
Monique is the BEST! It was some things needed to be fixed when I moved in and she made sure she got everything fixed. I was a little concerned at first like they didn’t want to be bothered with me And my family but Monique made sure to help me get everything worked out. Besides not having enough parking here for the apartment complex not even enough covered parking which sucks. BUT the community and the apartment I LOVE!! Their modern new fresh its always clean and the appliances are great oh and the tub is awesome lol. I hope everything continues to stay this way while I’m here thanks riverside team you guys are great. Plz get more parking lol!

Zero complaints!We have been here over a year and just re signed for another. From the intial tour to today Im so thankful we chose riverside to call our home! Grounds are always clean and well kept. Quit and friendly neighbors. And the staff is top notch! Maintenance is almost too fast at repairs lol Monique truly cares for the residents & has a gift for what she does. Patient and accomodating with all questions and needs. Brenda is also amazing at making residents feel at ease.We will be here as long as theyll have us😁
I have nothing but good things to say about this place . The ladies in the office Estefania and Karen are just the sweetest very helpful and if I have any questions or concerns they are there to help. The system they have in place to pay rent and submit work orders is so convenient, also they just put in kiosk lockers for our packages and we will be able to pick up 24/7. Great place, Great staff -
My husband and I lived at Riverside Apartments for a little over 2 years, and the management has changed 3 times. First management- great, Second- terrible, Third- pretty good. Monique was very sweet and kind. However, the deposit situation is shady! We did everything we could to keep the apartment in great shape, gave a 60 day notice, and cleaned it spotless before we left in order to get our deposit back. They made sure we couldn’t by charging a $960 “reletting fee.” So from our $1200 deposit, we got a whopping $148 back. Pretty disappointing for us since we’re new homeowners and could have used that money.
Ms.Monique was awesome! She really took the time to help me with the tour! I had a great time and experience touring with the apartment today!

They will do ANYTHING they can for extra money. Since when aren’t cars allowed to be parked in visitors? I will also be filing a complaint as well as contacting headquarters and my lawyer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !
I moved to the property in August. Staff is greatness and was very helpful in assisting me throughout the move in process. I am very happy with my decision to move to Riverside!
Karen and Estefania do a tremendous job running the complex. They are both always available and quick with their response to any situation. Whatever they make is not enough for the job they perform.
Definitely not worth the price, 2nd chance leasing apartment next door always have the cops at them and brings down the value, because the cops sometimes come sit on-site our apartmentsthere are crickets everywhere all over the stairs and every other day there’s a cricket in my home and it so gross and scary my home is empty as of now so it’s no way it’s dirty/nasty otherwise it quiet & nice but not worth 1000 maybe about 850 also somebody is always breaking the gate, parking is horrible unless you buy garage or carport I’ve had to walk from the total opposite side numerous times.
Great personnel in the office. They were wonderful to work with and very responsive. Quite a contrast to the other apartments I considered.
I have been living at this apartment for over 4 months now and am having a lot of problems with the ladies that work in the office. They are never there during their scheduled hours, and leave at 5, which is an hour before they are supposed to. This makes it extremely hard for people like me who work to be able to get what they need. I have caught one of the ladies sleeping on the couch during hours with the doors locked and a sign that said they were out on the property. There is not much communication unless you press hard and ask a lot of questions, and they dont follow through with things they say they will do. Also, on the surface the apartments appear nice, but it seems as if the construction process was rushed, which results in a lot of maintenance requests.
I love these apartments..I live in a one bedroom..love the wood floors, stainless steel appliances, and the design of the apts.The apartments are really quiet.Everyone stays to themselves..Management is excellent and they are exceptional..They go beyond the call of duty to assist you with all problems..Maintenance take care of your issues right away and they are so professional in the office..I love my new home..I am blessed :)

Just another overpriced apartment complex that only cares about the mighty dollar! I tried to lease an apartment starting 45 days out because I have to give my current apartment 60 days notice. They wouldnt guarantee the unit I wanted would still be available. They actually told me they didnt want to lose out on a months rent if someone else came in ready to rent immediately. Ok... bye!
Not even worth my effort to e-mail anyone at Valiant Resident. Considering I waited on a response by phone or e mail for over 2 weeks from the property manager and a regional at Valiant it is clearly not worth my time since residents are not worth anyones time at Valiant. Rebecca @ the corporate office is the ONLY person who responded to e mails about issues I was having so shout out to her! However a regional manager never called me as they promised, but that is not in her control.After the second time my apartment flooded and the floor was repaired very poorly, but the water marks on the walls, the trim separated from the walls, and the paint chipped off the baseboards and door frame still remain almost 2 months later.The freezer is not working properly now but thankfully maintenance went in and adjusted my refrigerator temp and moved items around that were blocking the vent in the refrigerator. This is not my 1st refrigerator, and it is not over packed. What about the humming noise I clearly stated it was making? Was anything even checked? What about a refrigerant leak, failed compressor, thermostat,evaporator fan???I called to clarify and as usual the manager is not available but will call me back, still no call back!! But guess who gets to pay for all of the groceries that have to be thrown out?!All people expect and deserve when they are paying for your paycheck is a little communication. To be ignored over and over and over again is unacceptable and beyond frustrating!!

The Riverside apartments have yet to disappoint. They offer up to date stainless steel appliances, a cool modern layout with gray hardwood floors and beautiful dark wood cabinetry.The apartments are very new with several apartments still vacant. However, with the neighbors that I have met, everyone is super friendly and helpful. Just yesterday I was having trouble hooking up my FREE internet wifi and my neighbor whom I have never met was eager to drop what he was doing and come help. Speaking of friendliness, the staff also goes above and beyond. They are always attentive and really care about hospitality. Shout out to Estefania, who works in the office. Its been a while since Ive lived in an apartment so Im not fully knowledgeable of the new procedures such as paying online. But Estefania is always super nice and patient to help me understand.Of course, being as new as they are, the apartments have their quirks. However, even with the few quirks that I have ran into, they still dont outweigh the pros of living here. Plus, any service request is always taken care of ASAP.

Very Organized an also good managment outgoing friendly; maintenance come on-time brand new apartments everything new you get the most for what you pay best place to stay in this area an has stainless steel appliances, hardwood floorings nice it was worth the wait fast pase assistant close to interstate very convenient. Main office also has 24hr gym an pool table, Swimming pool, vollyball court, petpark friendly. I highly recommend this apartment to any Family who loves highend in for reasonable priceing.
New fees on my monthly rent out of nowhere after 1 1/2 yrs living here with no explanation even after my rent got raised when I renewed my lease - ugh

I have been renting a house for the last 5 years. I recently decided to go back to apartments. I applied online to this company and approval came back that I needed to pay one full months rent plus the 250 as a deposit. This is a total of 2,000 something. I am a teacher I dont have that kind of money to pay upfront. There was nothing posted or given to me that said deposit is based on credit approval. The application didnt as me anything about my current landlord. It use my Equifax credit score and a lease screening company. I wasnt given a lease criteria form or anything. I tired to call and speak with the manager of the apartments. She wasnt knowledgeable at all and couldnt tell me why I would have to pay all of this money. When I ask for the parent company or her boss name and information she wasnt very helpful at all. I dont have horrible credit and I dont have perfect credit but it should be some clear guidelines posted and given to customers before they spend 200 for application fee. I am a teacher so losing 200 is not an easy pill to swallow. I feel like I was ripped off and I am going to file a complaint.

Of all the apartments that I have lived here in the United States, this has been one of my favorites😍😍😍😍 it is an excellent place to live, the only thing they should change is the staff, I had several discomforts with the young women who were in the office, but the rest is clear. And it puts a better customer service everything would be perfect. In fact I think until I live here again, because I regret seeing myself gone from here, they are the best apartment I have ever lived
