Correction to my earlier rating, the rent jumped $100 a month for no reason whatsoever. They don’t fix anything, they mow 15’x15’ lawns for $40 each. That’s overpriced just like everything else in the trailer park. Don’t move here, better just to move into an apartment with amenities and better management.
I lived in this community for 2 years. When I first moved in it was under different management and there were some rowdy neighbors and possible drug activity. The new manager Quickly cleaned house and the place has really blossomed under Shaylas care. She always treated me kindly and made me feel like I was a valuable member of a great community. I even recommended the place to friends of mine who still live there. Thank you. I was sad to leave.
I have been first on the waiting list for an RV spot for more than three months now and I cannot get anyone to call me back. I would really like to live there... Although its kind of difficult when no one will call you back
A very nice well shaded RV park.
My grandmother has lived here for decades, and shes never had any issues here. The maintenance is quick and they know what theyre doing. Communication with the office is simple. The pool and the park are usually taken care of. The only thing you have to watch out for is people driving the wrong direction while exiting. All the roads within the park are one way only.
So clean and nice....... quiet and a calm place to live....nice neighborhood.....
My biggest complaint is with the new management. They dont do anything for the residents, there are no amenities. We went from having 4 showers to one and then to none. There are convicts who were given no trespassing warnings by the previous manager who moved back in.They used to maintain the rv landscaping, they do not want to do that anymore either. All they want to do is to keep raising the rent.
The assistant is a nice lady, havent talked to the manager much but he also seems like a good fella. The rent keeps rising. I want to sell my trailer and move though. Maintenance guy and I have some issues. Yes its quiet but Im just tired of living here.
Friend lives there and theyre nice.
Very clean Rv park.
It was very nice my daughter and son-in-law just bought a house and they really like it as well
It may not be Koa campground, but its economically affordable and a lot cheaper, but also quieter.
They dont like my pit bull running lose all the time even though I let her lose at night. Howard told me I was getting kicked out by last month if I didnt get rid of her. Im still here and got to sign another lease to stay HAHA pregnant lady!
Good
Very nice and friendly people and a lovely park to live in. 5 stars.
Worse place to stay in Texas. Managers are total idiots and there are zero amenities. This is not an rv park as listed, its a mobile home park with a few rv spots. The spots are dirty, they do not open the pool, you cant get management to answer in timely fashion since they are on vacation every other week. We paid for a month in advance with a deposit and they took over 3 weeks to get the deposit back to us. My children were not allowed to play in the park without complaints and you are not allowed to use your atv for transport to the showers. The community center they acclaim so highly is nothing more than tables and chairs in a drab dark room that management complains if you turn the lights on...definitely pass this place for a better one!
The people here are the most nosey people Ive ever seen. Its mostly 50+ and they all know each other and gossip a lot.
Nice place, location and staff. Down side is way over priced
Great place to live
I think the pics say it all.
Nice mobile home park.
They keep raising rent 😬😞
Lived here for 95% of my life its quite, lots of old people and a pool though this year they couldnt open it all summer
