There is no option to give Zero star. She don’t even deserve one star. New Management is worst. I am surprised the customer service lady I don’t know her name, (once I know her name I will definitely update it) how she got this job. Super rude behavior, never greet, never smile and never repsonse any maintenance request. She never wants any tenants go to the leasing office. Now they messed up everything, I missed the previous management Manager Nicole she was so nice.Central office, Wesley Property Management help tenants please nobody is living this aprtment for free. So we want good behavior from the office staff.

I love living here however the apartments are a little on the small size the convenience of living so close to transportation, dining, & movies balances thing out

Honestly seems like they barely care about the smoking and seem care more about letting people have pets or not. Literally the Plastic Smokers Receptacle thing starts smoking up and all the smoke comes out and not only does it smell bad but it’s very very dangerous in many ways. This incident has happened so many times and no one cares to fix it. It would be better if they made a rule like no smoking rather then a rule saying no dogs/cats allowed even though it only says no dogs allowed.

Smokers community! Be aware of people smoking in the building, office staffs would not take it serious and you will end up living in hell of smoke! Do not risk your life, your lung and your loved ones living in this place. Not recommend at all.

The management is unprofessional and I’m talking about the whole new staff. Stuff is always breaking down without timely response. Don’t want to live in this nasty area where I see mouses outside on weekends. I’m getting ready to move out... it’s been rough living here plus they let anyone in. Not safe for small children.

Our new place is perfect. Living in chicago and Arlington is a feat but we absolutely love it here. Family friendly. Dogs everywhere. Fun young crowd.

Great place to live. Walking distance to two metro stops and entertainment. Neighbors are friendly and has a park like feel.
