This complex is roach & wood rat infested. They are very cheap when it comes to sending maintenance to fix things, because after fixing one problem something else breaks. You cant control your own temperature inside your unit. The carpet inside the units are very old and has caused my family plenty allergies, also the air vents are starting to mold. Office does not respond to email But send you multiple emails when it involves money( money hungry). They rarely send pest control & feel as if they can enter your unit when they are ready, no privacy. Besides all of that, the units are very spacious.

The apartments are nice and spacious They have a major roach infestation. Will not work with you if you late on rent

Really need to be able to control your own air this is ridiculous!! The apartment complex are so hot this happens every week where the air stops working !! Im pretty sure peoples kids and pets are at stake due to this problem!! Im so ready to move! The air inside feels exactly hot as the outside maybe even worse!

WARNING WARNING WARNING!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! I have lived her 2 weeks and am ALREADY wondering if I lost my mind doing this. The first week we lost over $100 in food because the fridge did not work and took them a week to get one that half works. Woke up this morning to go to work and walked out finding my car had been towed. They did NOT tell us we needed a new parking sticker every month nor did they offer us one when we paid the rent. The manager tells us now to bad that is not her problem but ours and we now have to come up with $300 more to get our car. To say I am upset is a understatement. It cost me $1700 to move in not counting the now $400 more I am out because of mismanagement! And I have not even said anything here about all the things wrong with the apartment they told us would be fixed the first week that has not even been looked at as of yet. UPDATE: 10 Months living here and CAN NOT wait until lease is up we are moving out! For five months we reported rats in between the top and bottom apartment /aka the attic. Nothing done to fix the problem until a neighbor called code enforcement, so with the ac out when we came home smelling dead rats in the attic with maggots falling out of the ac vents and to top that all off now all the apartments have a bed bug infestation carried from one apartment to the next by the rats. The dumpster is overflowing with mattress and sofas. I have NEVER lived in filth and this is what this place is. THANK GOD I AM ABLE TO GET OUT! I will be praying for the poor elderly people here that can not afford to move.

My daughter was visiting a friend and her car has been towed 2 times in the last 2 weeks - to the tune of $550. The complex requires visitor permit or your car will be towed. The tow notice on the entrance is not fully visible. How do you acquire a visitor permit after hours? Predators - the complex and the towing company. FAIL!

Signed the lease went to move in dead and live roaches everywhere from the steps to the back of the apartment. A roach was on my sons carseat, I went right to the office the next morning to tell them I was not leasing there and needed my refund they told me no I Circle in the lease where it said I was owed my money back they still said no. I started the paperwork to take them to court and they gave me my money back, 5 months later. They are roach infested and crackhead walk around the complex all day and night

I dont believe anyone that gave this place a five star ever lived here. They dont tell u they control the heat which is steam heat and will cause you to be sick. No matter how hot it gets in Texas they wont turn the air on til May. Cant wait to be out of here when my lease is up.

This has been the worst experience of my life . Literally things gradually started falling apart in my apartment. I only moved here because I have bad credit but I honestly do not deserve this bad credit or not... there’s rats and roaches people out at all times of the night ... no maintenance request ever gets done . I wouldn’t wish a place like this even on my enemies.

I give Casa de la parque 5 stars. Mrs. Rose and the management staff are wonderful and are really changing the apartments for the better, truly a blessing to be here. Come check out the property, you will be glad you did.

No star for dis wacky apartments no kind of management and also no manager only bla bla bla with this new “manager”.. where did u go Rosa at least u would do something for my apartment wait to all this apartments putting all this rules while I’m just suppost to be ok with it when my hot damn apartment is falling apart and when I say hot is freaking hot the unit that control all the apartment broke down Like I said bla bla bla is all I hear, this is going to be fixed at this time, and the other thing tomorrow, we’ll that tomorrow became never the bathroom is creating mold from the water leaking in to my restroom we should have better management and real managers this is not worth 950$ she going to be ready for that rent money but not ready for apartment labor which all this apartment needs, she is going to be ready to call wrecker and take cars also ask late fees, but still gets cars towed and still get that late fee money which is not professional i guess I’m just going to have inside pool whoa whoo good for the second families moving here....

Only reason I gave one star is cause i couldnt give zero stars these apartments are nasty roach infested they dont fix anything there supposed to be fix these apartments are under investigation as we speak you have to record yourself every time you talk to the leasing manager I only been here a month and Im breaking my lease dont waste your money or time!

The only reason I gave this place one star is because Google would not let me post my reveiw without it.............Omg!!!! I just moved out of this hell hole, my husband and I just recently moved here from Mississippi and Lavista Del Parque is a horrible place to live. There is bedbugs there and the roaches are so bad it will make you sick, people comes over there to fight in the courtyard and they will get your car towed as soon as you park and get out. My sister still lives there for now and her apartment floods from the hallway to the point where they have to wear rain boots in the house. Code Compliance and the news station has been called on this property several times, they have received 10 property violations from the City of Arlington within the last month. They dont even have maintenance to fix anything, they just grab people off the street to come in and do work if they need money. To be honest this place needs to be shut down and If you are looking for a place to live, please pass this one up.....runnnnnn if you can!!!
