By far best dentist I’ve been to. Dr. Relias doesn’t recommend treatments you don’t need and clearly explains anything he does think you need. His office staff is friendly, helpful and very competent. I highly recommend this practice!

I found Dr. Relias and Arlington Comfort Dental via Google search, and opted to visit his offices based upon the wonderful reviews. I have now had a regular cleaning and a cavity filled, and I have to say, the reviews were correct! I found everyone at the practice friendly and calm. I had not been to the dentist in a few years, but the team was patient and kind, and kept me informed and reassured as I get back into the routine. I would highly recommend!

No waiting. Efficient and professional staff. Never had to get Novocain shots. I always leave with a smile.

I have been going to Arlington Comfort Dental since I was young. Their customer service and dental expertise are both exceptional. I have anxiety about going due to the noises so it was very helpful when they suggested for me to bring in earplugs to drown out the sounds. They also are allowing me to bring in my weighted blanket in the future when I need to have a filling and crown done. The secretaries are the sweetest!! Diane is the best and most gentle hygienist, and Dr. Relias truly cares about every single one of his patients.

The dental hygienists at Arlington Comfort are knowledgeable and educate you on different products that might be useful or techniques that could be helpful for good dental hygiene. We switched to Dr. Gary Relias practice after 25 years of being with a dentist who opted out of our insurance plan. We were initially hesitant to make the switch after so many years, but are very glad we did. Dr. Relias provides top quality care--both for dental health and for cosmetic care. He provides options that allowed us to get the care we needed at a price we could afford....and left room in the budget to get an upgrade in care and a cosmetic touch up. Ive never been more pleased with my smile.The staff is always friendly and glad to go over all questions--whether related to billing or dental care.

Ive had several years of cleanings, as well as both crown and bridge work done here, and the quality is incredible. I cant recommend Arlington Comfort Dental enough.

We have been coming to Dr. Relias team since we moved to the US 4,5 years ago. Even though we have moved to another town, they still are our dentist office. We come for regular check ups, hygienist appointments and even had a dental emergency during the lockdown. Always friendly and professional, they also always look for the most reasonable solution for your problem. We will stay with them as long as possible.

Dr Relias is wonderful! He is very gentle and really listens to me. I am not a great dental patient ...kind of your classic coward. He and his staff always make me feel comfortable and safe. His work is high quality as well. He and his staff are my heroes!

I have been going to Arlington Comfort Dental for about 8 years. Everyone in the office from Dr. Relias to the receptionist is pleasant, knowledgeable, and understanding. They all do everything possible to keep you comfortable and pain free.This was my first visit since the Covid-19 outbreak and many new safeguards are now in place. Temperatures are checked when you arrive, hand sanitizer and social distancing in the waiting area, and frequent glove changing. I felt about as safe as possible in these trying times. It was another pleasant experience as always!

I had a chip on my front left tooth so I scheduled an appointment to have it fixed. I got there and was greeted by what is probably the kindest staff there is out there. When I was in the chair actually getting my tooth fixed they made sure to explain everything and ask how I was doing throughout the process. I walked out with a tooth you could never tell was damaged. Dr. Relias is truly amazing and so is the rest of the staff. Definitely 5/5 stars!!

The whole staff was so accommodating and kind to me when I had an emergency after hours. They shifted schedules around so I could be seen first thing the next morning for my broken tooth. Always so efficient and courteous!

Gentle pain free cleaning and Diane RDH was very professional in her work and instructions of the importance of good oral hygiene. Dr Relias was very warm and friendly while examining my wifes teeth.

Just wanted to update my previous review. I visited the office for a checkup in October 2020 during COVID. I am happy to report that everyone in the office was following safety precautions, of course :D And my previous review is still totally accurate :D(Previous Review from 2018) Dr Relias is terrific! And, so are the dental assistants!! Everyone in the office is thoughtful and careful. Its easy to get an appointment, too :)

Just walked out of my best dental visit experience to date. Somehow theyve mastered the art of charismatically telling you like it is without it sounding like a childhood scolding. They even explain the science in easy-to-digest laymans terms whenever necessary. Never intend to switch to another office.

Most gentle place I’ve ever been to!

I broke a tooth eating popcorn, was referred to Dr. Gary and they took me in right away. Put in a crown and my mouth feels better than it ever did. With my past dentists and fillings my mouth never closed correctly. Now it does. Staff was also very easy to work with. Thanks Dr. Gary!
