Went to get my mani pedi done. They have new supply and new owner now. Pedicure spa with hot stone was the best. Got no-chip and its been 2weeks already. Still not chipped and bright. Highly recommended.

I called at 1pm on a gloomy Thursday after purchasing a mani/pedi for a groupon and asked if they have anything available that day, the lady on the phone simply said no. I told her Im available the whole weekend and she responded with groupon people only on slow days, so I asked what a slow day is and she said during the week???? I asked when a good time for HER would be since the groupon doesnt mention any specific days and she started talking to somebody else. She then went on to explain how she doesnt make money off of a groupon and thats how businesses are run. I was left very confused by the phone call, I wasnt even able to get an appointment and thankfully groupon refunded me right away. That is not how a business should be operated, if you dont make money off of a groupon, then dont use groupon! You should also explain that on the actual groupon and not argue with customers.

I have to give a one star because I was informed my Groupon is not valid on the weekend. This information was not included in the description, if it had I wouldnt have wasted the money. Considering this I dont feel this is an establishment that I want to give my money and time. And yes Ive contacted Groupon and no I cant trade it in.

I did a pedicure it took more then a hour massage plus stone massage then free paraffin wax omg i was so relaxed i love it !!! Worse place to get a manicure i told the lady please dont take off my three acrylic nails on one of my hands. She soaked all my nails in aceatone to remove my no chip. She put a steaming hot towel on my hands and burned three of my fingers. She kept going and by the time she got to my hand that had my acrylics on them they were almost gone. I changed my mind on getting a color on them and just got a clear coat when I said I didnt want anything on my nails. She charged me 5 dollars to take off my no chip and then 13 for a manicure that was done very poorly. Very disappointed wont ever be back.
