The place was very clean and beautiful! My technician she was truly wonderful! So sweet and asked me if everything was okay multiple times before she did it! Im a perfectionist when it comes to getting my nails done and she did them absolutely perfectly! This was also the best price Ive ever paid for a full set with gel!

I wanted to come in a second time before I wrote this review, so I can be able to give me honest opinion. The atmosphere of the salon is great. Its super clean! The staff made sure everything is sanitized and were constantly kindly reminding everyone to wear masks. I havent had any issues about waiting for my service. I mean it shouldnt kill anyone to wait 5-10 minutes it happens from time to time. They try really hard to make everyone happy. Love the salon and the staff!

I have been coming here since 2016 for a reason!!! If you want to love your nails this is the place to go! !!! The customer service level here is off the charts incredible! Every person who does nails at this salon is talented, I can say from experience that I have gone to different people at nails and more salon almost every time since Ive been coming here, and I have not once hated my nails!

I love Tinas i go there a lot and its usually a good experience but the last time i got a pedicure, they gave me an infected ingrown toenail and i had to get surgery and my toe nail which is still infected. They are very good at acrylics but not so much pedicures. they also seem to over-book a lot so if you do go there make sure you have time to spare because you most likely will be waiting.

Worst service ever! I do not recommend going here! I will never go back! The owner Tina is very rude, she needs to work on her communication skills because the way she talks to people is so nasty! She rushed through my nails and half way through had me switch stations so she can do another client! The shape was terrible! Foundation of the acrylic was thin! And at the end When it was time to pay I tried to use Apple Pay and their machine wasn’t working( mind you I called before hand and asked when I arrived if they had Apple Pay because I didn’t have my card on me) they ensured me they had Apple Pay but when I tried to use it they looked at me like it was a problem on my end! So I ended up having to quickpay the money to them! But Tina was very nasty and I don’t appreciate how she handled the situation! She needs to learn better customer service! Worst shop ever!!

I am a straight guy and I keep coming back because it is a tremendously enjoyable experience!! Ive been going here for 2 years and I get a pedicure with wax and hot stone massage...what a high! Staff are all so pleasant and will make you feel like a king. Especially the owner Tina and Mai and Helen who have much experience. Dont be shy guys..give it a try!

I went here with a friend for pedicures after many other places were booked and not accepting walk-ins. We found it to be very professional, extremely clean, with all tools sanitized and individually wrapped. We got great pedicures with massage. Paraffin wax, and gorgeous polish. Definitely will be returning soon!

I recently moved to AH and this place is great. They open earlier than some other nail salons and are clean, organized, and very nice. Tina walks in every day looking fabulous and the staff takes care of you. I haven’t gone anywhere else since I came here for the first time.

My sister and I came here to get our nails done as I have wedding to go to this weekend. The girls at the salon were so sweet and helpful picking out colors and styles. I went for gilded in gold and my sister got the cat eye gels - both came out so well but the cat eye gel is just so cool. Ill definitely be coming back and getting the cat eye gel in the future!

This place is fantastic!!! I got a gel manicure from the owner, she is so nice and talented, a real artist! And an amazing massage from another gal. Definitely coming back! Prices are good too.

I stopped by few days ago. When I came they asked me what I came for. I said that I want to have non chip manicure + pedicure. One of the twin sister (think they are owners) said that I can wash my hands first. So I did that.. after 10 minutes waiting came onther women and she said that she had appointment 30 minutes ago but she still want to have her nails to be done. So they said (after speaking something in their language) that she is going to be next. So I asked them HOW LONG I will be waiting then. They (not really happy that I’m asking) said 15 more minutes. After 20 minutes I JUST LEFT THIS PLACE because nobody was even close to finish their job. SO PLEASE If you don’t want to lose your time stay away from this “SALON”. There is a lot of them with nicer and more professional people.

This nail salon consistently does a crisp good job. The shop is so pretty and clean. They have good parking. The staff is accommodating and quick. Their massage chairs are very comfortable and they do wonderful massages. Ive been to a lot of places in LA to get my nails done but for a very reasonable price, this shop does an amazing job.

By far the best nails I have had done in a long time! I have been to a long of places & have been getting my nails done for years but Tinas is definitely the place I will continue to go to. Very clean, professional, great service! Drinks are offered when you sit down. My Lee does everything by hand & has been doing nails for 35 years. She will do your nails accustomed to your life style. Absolutely amazing!

So Ive been going to this nail salon for I think over two months now and I am definitely a happy customer. I dont know what the tech does my but nails stay forever! Theyre perfectly shaped and painted. No lumps. Even length. Such great service and very detail oriented! Clean and pretty :)

Visiting from Boston and my sister brought me and my nine year old to this place. They were very nice and offered refreshments as soon as we sat down for services. They gave us a menu for our mani/pedi service that outlined what you be paying for and described the process as well. We got the full service pedi complete with special oils, sugar scrub, paraffin, hot rocks, and message. It was amazing! I was being treated, but the menu listed ours at under $60. I would definitely visit again, but like most things, the early bird gets the worm. For the apex of service, go when they open closest to 10am.

Love love love this place. Always clean, promptly greeted. Great color selection. My technician was nice and friendly, was awesome as well. They back their gel manicure with a 14 day policy and they serve drinks. What else do you want?

I have to start by saying I gave the manager the HARDEST time today with my indecisiveness and she was THE BEST. Soooo patient, kind, and professional. Everything looks perfect... she is perfect. Cant wait to get my next set with her.

Came in as a walk in today, They were very friendly and quick to help me. They made the process very easy and also helped me pick out nail colors. I tried a new acrylic nails called gel x and I love them! Way better than using powder. Definitely will come back :)

I have been looking for a reliable nail salon I can go to thats nearby, and does exemplary work. I made an appointment and arrived to the location, which is stunning in and of itself. The beautiful aesthetic of pink delicate flowers on the wall really complimented nicely. My nail tech was resourceful and kind. I showed her a picture on how I wanted my nails done, and she did that, and beyond. They are gorgeous. The woman who did my pedicure also did a superb job, although I didnt get her name. Overall an amazing job! I cant wait to go back.

I love this place! I have been looking for a place to commit to for a long time. They make you feel like family. I like that they have M-T specials, they also offer beverages which is very nice. They take good care of my 11 year old daughter too. Peter is excellent, hes my favorite!

Absolutely love this place. I usually always have my favorite nail tech who I go back to religiously.. but this place is so great, I enjoy every girl here. Owner is always on top of it, and greets you with a water as you walk in. My regular manicures from here always last 6-7days without even a chip.

The worse Customer service ever !!! Tina thinks she is doing some kind of community service . She said thanks for the tip but last time you didn’t tip . This place is convenient for anybody working and living in town. It is expensive but it is worth the money. They do a great job and get you in and out.

I have been looking for a place to stay loyal to when it came to my nails. I hate changing nail technicians because it is luck of the draw when partnered with a new technician. I then met Miley! She is amazing. I love her work, she is so good at what she does. I have always gotten compliments on my nails since I have been working with her. And her personality makes me feel like I am visit an old friend. The issues I have had in the past were taken care of and with sincerity. It is because of her that I keep coming back! she is great!!

I had an appointment for a simple fill in. She did the gel then stopped to do 3 other full sets. I mean she put there whole set on. Then came back rushed on my filing which I did not like. I’m a paying customer too . Then gets up again and goes to start in someone else again. Still not done with me. I also had appointment so I was not a walk in. I will NOT be going back there. My money is good anywhere. There are to many mail salons in Arlington hts to have to get this aggravated . That is NOT acceptable .

Don’t make an appointment because they are just going to put your feet in the water and make you wait and keep telling you that someone will be with you in “just a minute.” And then feign like they are sorry. Thank you for wasting my one free hour today.

This salon always takes good care of me! I made an appt with my favorite nail tech for 6pm today but couldnt see him until a little after 7 because shes very popular and phenomenal at what she does. The salon offered me a generous discount for my wait which was pleasant. I didnt want to reschedule since my nails always come out perfect! I will continue to recommend this salon.

Had to break up with my Tech Janet. Always having to return because my No Chip peels off. This is literally the next day after a fill. When I went I to the shop for the repairs I was told she doesnt know whats wrong, its just me. Going back to the shop across the street. They may not be fancy, but I can get a mani to last 2 weeks. I really tried to like the new shop. Tina is a great Gal. Janet, eh... wouldnt recommend.

The service while I got my manicure was fair, it wasn’t until it was time to pay I asked the woman doing my nails if they were still doing their promotional 15% off of first time customers and she walked away without responding to bring back the manager. The manager who by the way doesn’t enforce mask wearing and struts around without one as well, gets in my face as to intimidate me, looks me up and down several times before asking it’s your first time here? After answering her several times she asks for the payment, asks for my name,& continues to stare me up and down ?! Never going back don’t advertise something you don’t want to abide by terrible professionalism.

I wish I could give zero stars. I came in wanting a full set and got told no and to get pedicure because of a “special “ it was $75 for a full set and regular toe polish.... that doesn’t seem like a special to me. The lady cut and burned my fingers and they were bleeding. Not everyone is wearing masks inside. There are bubbles and hairs in my nails. None of my nails are filled. What a disappointment this place was horrible do not ever go here. I will never go here again

I’m never coming back I spent $60 for my nails to be no chip on Saturday and by Sunday my thumb nail was chipping, it came all the way off . Then the color looks sooo ugly now and I’ve only had them for 1 week 😩 all my nails are chipping . I’ve never experienced no chip, chipping on my nails and I usually get a fill in every 2-3 weeks most horrible experience I’ve had with my nails 😩

I finally found the nail salon that did my nails perfect! So very happy with the job they did! She put Acrylic nails, added color and designed my nails so beautifully. After trying four different establishments in the area I gave up on getting my nails done again! Very disappointed! This place changed that today!

I came here twice first time my no chip chipped off after a week on acrylic nails. I came back wanting a different person they put me with the same person and I didn’t want her. She did a new set and then it was all shaped wrong. Both times no one except a couple people including myself had masks on. So if you want Covid then go here. After not even a week. Four days my nails came off. I’m a hair dresser I know how nails are done. She didn’t Seal up the nail therefore it starts to lift and pop off. I called to have them fix it and she says it must be me. Wow really! Worst customer service ever. The worst nail salon I’ve even been to in all the years of getting them done. An it was my brothers wedding. Bring in this kind of business this literally disgusts me! Good Luck!!!

Before going on vacation l heard from a friend about Tina’s Nail Salon—all good! Went & had all 20 nails done. First the toes & they look so PRETTY. My soles feel soooooo smooth! Next l had tips put on & dipped in powder that matched my toes beautifully! I’m back & my nails look like the first day that l had them done & the soles of my feet are still smooth. I am happy to tell people about Tina’s & have received compliments on my PRETTY NAILS!!!!!Lorraine

I was told my nails are not even. (Look how uneven color is or old it is) The worst experience ever! Not neatly done around the nails and color is on my fingers. The picture is made right after I got my nails done.

I’ve been here once before and had a pleasant experience. This time was okay. I felt like the lady doing my nails was rushing. I got a few cuts around my nail beds from the machine but that’s fine I guess. I wanted my nails on the longer side and was asked a few time ‘if I was sure?!’ Yes I was sure. However they really look just awful. Shaped weird and quiet a few “lumpy” spots. I was able to kinda shape them to my liking at home but not ideal. Also the gel doesn’t even cover my nail, as in edge to edge. For $45 I was hoping and expecting better but you win and lose some. Maybe just an off day. I’ll try again another time.

I love this place. Have been here 4 times and I will continue coming. Tina is so nice and attentive. She took me as a walk-in and even though I had to wait a while and they weren’t able to get to me until closing time, they stayed after and she did not skimp out on my massage or rush through the pedicure . I’m sitting in the massage chair in heaven right now as I type. Can’t wait for the next visit!

I went back today after 2 months of quarantine and was so happy i did. Tina and staff were as accomodating as ever and setup per corona rules. Got a fantastic pedicure and manicure from Mai and im a guy! Would recommend anyone give this fantsstic salon a try at least once. Guys dont be embarrased..

Basically if I could give it 0 stars, I would. No air conditioning, so I was very uncomfortable the entire time. They had loud elevator music blasting the entire time that was not relaxing at all, I wish they had NO music playing. That would have been better. I had a man who was rude the entire time. Never said please or thank you. He rushed me to choose a color. He was very rough with my hands. Wouldnt even talk to me or use words to tell me to switch hands. He would just smack them. Dissatisfied customer all the way.

I went today to get my nails done it was my first time Tina did my nails but I am totally dissatisfied for the job she did she put the fake nail on two fingers completely out off the way she said thats the way my finger is nobody never told me that she was working so fast I never get my own nails cut how usually has to be no cuticle remove nothing just fake nail and file until my skin burns this is so bad service I request to do a design she put a lot of product my nails look so thick no shape and if we paid the money we need a good service she was so fast and I will never go back to this place I do not recommend

I’ve gone there twice, and both times I’ve been satisfied with the nails . they do tend to make the nails uneven and a little clumpy or thick . my nails are chipping after two days despite getting three layers of no chip polish . do not come on a Friday, it’s insanely busy where customers are sitting in the chairs for dozens of minutes to almost an hour without service . I made an appointment and came in and had to wait about 15-20 minutes before being serviced . the lady was rushing and managed to cut into my skin twice, once on my thumb another on my index finger . I do appreciate the complimentary drinks you are provided . the people working there are very nice . overall come in the middle of the week not on the weekend .

Great service and great prices. I never feel like I am rushed out of there. Even when I come in later, they are more than willing to stay to finish my mani/pedi after close. I offered to come back and they had me stay! Their staff is so sweet and so hard working

My dip manicure did not last a week and Ive had them last 3 +weeks at other salons. I went back in a few days after my manicure to have them fix it because there were these spots all over my nails. The nail tech said it was my fault for bumping my nails. I did not bump my nails and I have never had this happen in the past two years Ive been getting dip. He put a no chip clear coat over them and they still look spotty (like it was buffed ), super thick, and one nail is now cracking already. Me and my fiancé needed to get our nails done for our vacation. Went in as walk-in and hoped they would be able to accomodate us. Tina was very nice and personable. Tina did an amazing job. Strawberry did my fiancé nails, he really enjoyed her. We will definitely be going back! Prices are very reasonable.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would.Poor service and rude staff. After getting my nails done every two weeks for most of my high school career and the last 3 years of college, my regular nail techs moved locations. After my mother had found Tinas as her new place, she suggested I try them over spring break. I went and got a dipped manicure and it lasted 3 weeks without lifting, cracking, or peeling. I recently came home for summer break and made an appointment to get another dipped manicure on a Tuesday. By that Tuesday night one dipped nail had completely fallen off. I went to get it fixed that Wednesday morning and they said it was because the tech who did my nails hadnt roughed up the surface enough. About 2 hours later 2 more nails came off. I returned that Thursday to get them fixed and was met by the owner telling me my nails were too oily or I had been picking them, which is not accurate. Later that Thursday, I had to call again because 2 more nails came off. I come to find out from a friend who was getting her nails done that Thursday night while I called that Tina was speaking to coworkers in front of customers in an extremely rude manner about me. She was extremely rude and created an environment where I, nor the other customers we know who go here, are comfortable enough to get our nails done.I went to another nail salon very close, explained my situation, and my nails were done beautifully. They were dipped and lasted over 2 weeks.

This place is so bad. I make a appointment for 7:30 and waited 30 min. On top of that another lady went before me. Than the owner told me they dont do walk in only appointment. Than why I had to wait? When I got a appointment.

This is hands down my FAVORITE place in town. everyone that works there is so sweet, friendly and good at their craft. i’ve been searching for a place like this. now that i’ve found them i don’t think i’ll ever be able to go anywhere else!!

The experience overall was ok until the girl working on my feet put a hole in the side of my foot with a pumice stone and didnt tell me it was bleeding. Super sore the next day.
