Love this place! No matter how many times I have been there and how many different people have served me, I have always been satisfied! I usually go for a pedicure, and my feet need extra special service, and, although I am always afraid that it may not be that good at some point, I always get it right. Consistently. I truly appreciate it!

Amazing pedicure for only $32 the services included went above and beyond in the essentials level... where else does a basic pedicure include a hot stone massage and towels?!!

They were right on time for my appointment and Niki was very personable and did a great job on my basic pedicure (that included hot rock massage and hot towels!) And ombre dip nails. Love how my nails came out.

I had my nails done by Alexandra and she saw me on time and did an excellent job. The salon was clean and following COVID precautions. I highly recommend!

Marisol (I apologize if spelling is incorrect) was very attentive to listen to I wanted for my pedicure and took the time to explain different styles. I had a regular pedi with art two weeks ago and still looks good. Got many compliments on it. I highly recommend her because she is very friendly. Thank you.

It seemed like they were either understaffed or busier than usual when I was there, but a service that typically takes me 30-40 minutes took an hour 20. The lady in charge was running around, bouncing between me and other women. I didnt mind by the end because her work was impeccable. I loved my manicure and I would absolutely come back, Id just make sure I didnt have any plans afterwards.

Very professional, staff very kind and make your visit very comfortable and relaxing. I am always pleased with all services I receive. I get dipped nails I am not sure that it is not called something else but I love it!

Gave them several chances to improve. Tyler is too busy looking at everyone who walks in instead of focusing on the nails. First time there were several large air bubbles even went back to have them fixed yet they still had bubbles...unfortunately he is the only one who ever has an opening. Will find another place to get my nails done.

Initially I was upset with the service that was provided by one of the techs. I pulled Linda to the side and expressed my concerns with her. She went above and beyond and even stayed two hours past closing to fix what the other tech didnt complete. Its hard to find good service like this anymore! I work with my hands/cutting my clients hair 5/6 days a week so my nails/whole appearance is very important to me and the tips I even receive. Lori is the best, always on time with my appointments without rushing and remembers conversation from my previous visits. the whole staff thru my ~4 years coming here has always been clean kind and talented. Amazing list of relaxing and pampering pedicures. Great gel sets/fill ins. theyre black with silver sparkles toward the bottom fading up. I was happy they were close to the skin so it didnt already look like I needed a fill like some other places. Great service and results for a great price and quick time in the chair.

I wanted a simple set of matte black coffin acrylic nails. the male technician doing my nails took 1 hr. 30min - 2 hrs., made one of my nails bleed, the matte finish was streaky, and was overall just rough with my nails/hands. If you’re looking to get a pair of acrylics done, don’t go here. this place should not have more then 3 stars, even that is generous

First time I went there I had some very young girl that didnt cut my toe nails straight. This time I got an older guy that was rough during my pedicure. Then to get home and find out that he cut the skin on my pinky toe.

Fair prices, $41 for a regular mani and pedi, which comes with hot stone massage. Great ambiance as well, lovely relaxing music, and two TVs with good programming on. Very nice quality massage chairs! Will definitely be back, and recommend to all my friends!

I went to this place ounce before Covid and it took the guy two hours to do my nails and they never stayed. I thought I’d give it another try and I had the manager give me a new set. She did and my nails were all lifting. Also came back to try again. Had a girl fix my nails and it went ok. So I made an appointment. When I called yesterday they said no Jenny works there. Then I repeated her name again. She said she just does no chip. I said she did them last time she does acrylic. So she said ok ya she doesn’t work Tuesdays. Then said she did. I come in and get sat down with the wrong person. An I said I thought this girl was Jenny. An they had to move me around. So I said ok because I was out with the person I wanted. I waited 20 minutes for my pedi and that was my last service. An I booked both. I also got no massage and a rushed pedi. I was over charged 10.00 on my service as well. Both times the girl told me I needed a new set. This place lies and over charges on services you don’t get and then charge things you haven’t gotten done. I’m a stylist and I’ve never done this with my clients. It’s disgusting behavior. I do NOT recommend anyone to this place!!! Such a disappointment!!! Also the girl who is Jenny didn’t do my service. She was a different person. So this isn’t about her. Please just don’t bother with this place you will be disappointed.

Made a super last minute appointment for a full set acrylic coffin. Told them I was in a time crunch since it would be during my lunch break. Marisol did a wonderful job, she double checked everything for accuracy and is damn good at shaping. All in about an hour! Definitely going back. I love my nails.

I come here every two weeks to get my nails filled. Best acrylic nail set Ive ever had, they never come off. The service is amazing they make you feel so welcomed right when you walk in. Prices are perfect. The place itself is extremely clean and very cute. Love this place highly recommend it.

I had gotten a no-chip manicure and pedicure. One of my nails cracked the next day. I went back that day to get it fixed and did not get charged. Later that night I noticed that the polished chipped on my toes as well. Service is great but quality is not so great. Definitely not worth the price they are charging you.

I just finished my mani pedi and my lady Sonya was great, however my wife’s technician was not as great. She was not very attentive, she was trying to paint her toenails without even cut or shape them. She took a long time with her manicure and it did not look good at all. Her nail color looked uneven and just messy. She had nail polish all over her fingers when she was supposed to be done. When we asked if someone could fix it, they sent the same person, no apology was given, not even a slight sign of customer service. This was only our second time here, and we liked it enough to come back, but not after today. The ladies tried to tell my wife the way it looked was fine, and that she could just remove the nail polish from her fingers with her own nail, and I’m sorry but if I’m spending $160.00 on this service I am not fixing their terrible job myself. Over all, the experience felt very uncomfortable and we did not feel valued as customers. Their work ethics gave us a lot to think about. Definitely not coming back, definitely would not recommend. If you want a good job and good customer service, drive a little farther and go to Simply Nails, that’s what we’re doing from now on. We only started coming here because we moved and this was closer, but it is not a good business to give my money or loyalty. This was a nope for me.

I love this place! The manager Lori is always sweet and helpful and the staff is amazing. The manicures and pedicures cannot be beat and they provide you with neck warmers and anything you would like to drink (including wine). This is a great place to come with friends or a group as well!

Ive only been here twice & both times it was for a fill. I went there the first time because my regular spot was packed, but once I got the fill done by Mirabel I loved it & thought she did a much better job than my normal place does. So yes, I will keep coming here 👍🏽🙂

I recommend Simply Nilas it is the best place to get your nails done they product Is always new and my nails never chip. I’m stay home mom I clean and my hand are in water all day and my nails never chip or break.

I went to Simply Nails a couple weeks ago for a pedi and no chip. My no chip lasted a whole 3 days and the for my pedi all the tech did was wash my feet and paint my toes! I paid for a better service than this. The tech seemed mad throughout the service and was not attentive. I’ve came here before and service is excellent and my no chip lasts more than 2 weeks. I think it is just this specific tech. If i go again I’ll be sure not to go to her

Very clean and well decorated, staff is very welcoming and friendly. They do amazing nail art and the hot stone massage with a basic pedicure is the best thing for achy and tired calves. Have been going here for two years since they opened and wont go anywhere else. They have a reward program, which I love, but FYI bring cash for tips. Nail techs keep up on all the latest nail trends, so give them a call if youre looking for something new.

Went here on a whim today. Just randomly stopped by and needed a Pedicure. The man that works there did my pedicure. IT WAS THE BEST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD on my Nails. So excited to come back next week to do my no chip manicure. Everyone was very nice and accommodating.. lol I was asked if I wanted anything to drink, by 4 people there. The massage chairs were awesome. But I have to say that my favorite part was the perfectionist detail on the work they did on my feet. My feet were like brand new and they didnt even look like mine. I give this place an overall 5 star or more if I could. Service, atmosphere, attention to detail, and QUALITY is definitely worth stopping by here. So Glad I found a diamond in the rough. Im usually a very difficult client when it deals with handling my sensitive feet!

I go here every two weeks for a no chip. The service is incredible & all of the employees are very friendly & personable. They offer you a beverage upon arrival & always want you to leave with a smile on your face. They also offer a referral program. I am always excited to go & have my nails done by Zula! :)

I didn’t like there service specially pedicure they finish in 20 min she make me wait 30 min when the lady was applied nail polishes I told her she skip polish in middle and side but she didn’t finish with good job top of that she ask for tip no one would like to tip after they got bad service not happy with there service want go back. Polish came off already feel so bad after spending $32 and not getting good pedicure.I want recommend anyone this place.

I have finally found a nail salon that I am going to keep going back to! Staff is so nice and friendly, they offer you complimentary water, pop, juice, wine or champagne. They took there time and did an amazing job and made sure I was being pampered. Price isnt bad either! About $60 for a mani pedi no chip.

I requested a dip manicure- no cuticle care was done, no moisturizer or hand/arm massage, and it took much longer than previous dip manicures. The most positive part of the experience was that the employees were extremely nice.

I normally wouldnt give a rating this low but I made an appointment for my spouse and I to have a mani-pedi together. The woman on the phone said she scheduled it so we would be taken at the same time. I also said that after I would need an acrylic fill in and no chip after. She said no problem. I confirmed twice and asked the total for all of this. Everything sounded great.When we got there they said they had us down for a manicure and pedicure and regular polish. When I explained I asked for acrylic fill in too, after the Mani pedi with my spouse the woman at the front said maybe if we have time. I tried explaining again that it was confirmed when I made the appointment, no dice.We ended up leaving. Im really disappointed because I was so looking forward to this especially with the great reviews this place has.

I had the worst experience ever. Im really disappointed. Im a regular here usually all technicians are good and nice never had any bad experiences here and i never write reviews in general. But im really disappointed today i had to write this. My appointment was at 5:30 for reg. Pedi and no chip meni. I was there for 2 hrs and 15 mins. And my nails were clean meaning i didnt need to soak my nails or anything extra. This nail technician seems like shes a brand new and doesnt even know how to do nails in general. My skins were stuck together with nails since the technician put base coat on my skin. So i told her nicely could you please remove some residuals btw my nails and skin cuz its stuck together. She says “if you dont like me to color your nails ill get someone else” and she walked away. So some other technician were polishing my nails and i was hoping shes better but she didnt polish my nails well either. I see some strikes here and there and my side nails didnt even get painted. I dont even know what to say. I hate writing a bad review but im just so disappointed. I still tip them well enough i think. My total was $61 and i tipped them $10. Because I respect their services. Its just unfortunate that this particular technicians made me feel like i never want to go there again.

I got a no chip manicure on Sunday, Jan 21st. Today is Monday, Jan 22nd...and my nails are already chipping?! My old no chip color wasnt fully removed and my nails were filed on angles!!! Horrible and not worth what I paid for.
