A pleasure to work with these folks! They did a great job staying within my price range, scheduled me probably and got the tires replaced in a reasonable time frame! I definitely will be going back for tire rotations and any other tire needs.

Second time I have been here for a full oil change service and all fluids were not checked and filled. My daughter is taking her vehicle back to college and she doesnt know much about vehicles so I wanted everything done before she left. They never checked /filled the coolant reservoir. It was completely empty. Also I changed the brakes on the front and the lug nuts were on beyond tight, not torqued. Some people dont know much about vehicles and rely on you to do a thorough reliable job.

We were on our way to West Virginia when our left front tire was low on pressure!! Set off the alarm!!Brought our car over to Pomps to look at it as we are on a trip!! They found the tire valve was leaking and replaced it for us!! Cant think of any way to say thank you better than to share our story!! Thank-you so much!!

Very honest/ethical shop! Im a newer Semi Truck Driver and I had to replace a few worn drive tires and said replace whatever you think needs to be replaced because Im not fimilar with mixing new and used drive tires. I think a lot of shops would have replaced every single tire even the ones that didnt need it by taking advantage of my inexperience with tires. They did the right thing and only replaced the ones they deemed needed it. I will be buying all my future tires from here!

Great service! I showed up before 15 mins before they opened with a leaky tire. They opened early for me, and I was back on the road in 25 mins.

Very knowledgeable and professional. I stopped in to look at a specific set of tires and ask questions I couldn’t find answers for on the interweb. After all was said and done, I feel like I was sold the best tire for my situation. Two days later I’m on my new Michelin Defenders and very happy.

Went in to get our tire sensor thing changed, pretty fast service. However the guy in the front was really rude and impatient with my mom and I for some unforsaken reason. Give this man a warning or something, pomp’s usually has very nice customer service but this guy proved that wrong.

I like pomps but this last time I went was a little frustrating because my tire was leaking air, they said nothing was wrong with it, that it wouldnt leak air. I had to bring it in a second time, there was a nail in my tire. Its fixed now but my sensors still say my tire is low.
