The prices were very inflated and did not match the prices on their website. I got a simple gel manicure and I was expecting to pay $30, per their website. I ended up having to pay $50. This is a common issue at nail salons, so I understand that updating a website isnt always on a businesss radar, but I definitely wish I would have known that I was going to pay $20 more than I expected. Aside from the price issue, the manicure was good! My nail tech was very wonderful and kind. Great service, but poor price communication.

This is hands down the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. I got there early and they took me right away. Very professional. Communicate well. She talked to me the whole time which made the experience better. I am very happy with my nails and the price I paid for them. All of the staff was friendly and the salon was very clean and organized. I will definitely be back!!!

I give it a 3.5! The manicure for myself was great however, the polish looks slightly sloppy! The pedicure was great but I just took a bath and the polish is mostly damaged! Could have been the Epsom salt! The brows are great and my disabled mother got a full set and pedicure with no complaints!

Everyone here was so kind and helpful! Very friendly environment. The skill of the nail tech was amazing, she was so gentle and did great work on my dip nails with tips. For as great as they did it’s also relatively reasonably priced! 10/10 recommend

Having recently moved to the Fox Valley I had to find a new salon. I literally went to about 4 or 5. The application was horrible. The quality was unacceptable. Most employees I dealt with weren’t very effective. UNTIL THAT IS I DECIDED TO GO TO GLAMOUR NAILS. They are great! Effective work under pressure in a fast paced work setting. Good communication. Great management.

They were amazing! The place I went before for my nails were friendly but my nails just didnt feel right and I struggling with them for two weeks. I walked in with such and mess and walked out feeling confident and beautiful! I will definitely be going back!

After a recent nail appointment, a couple of my nails (probably my fault) needed attention. I stopped in without an appointment. It was very busy. I had groceries in my car and said I could come back to get them repaired. They took care of me right away. They did a good job and I was on my way within 15 minutes. I love them!

Everyone was friendly and very efficient it took less time then expected. The guy that did my nails explained that there was an air bubble in my nail from when they were done last and said if I felt any pain let him know as it may get hot. Amazing job! Im definitely going back.

Gao, was very nice and took her time with me, I did not feel rushed. They don’t run like a production line; in quick out faster. GAO makes you feel like you are her only focus. Staff was s very friendly and prices are clearly marked. I give this place 5 out of 5 stars.

To the response to the owner: regardless of what you charge for services, my nails should not have to be redone on 4 fingers and then have me pay more than I ever have at any salon for the same exact same services. And still not like it very much when I left! No where near perfect. Polish you can see though, glitter mess on other nails from one of the dip shades. Wrong color on two nails still. I know I asked for something a little more difficult but I didn’t think it was impossible. Yikes. Mediocre at best for super expensive. Also the response from owner is laughable at best. She told me it’ll be $65 for what I asked for and then didn’t give me what I asked for? Also we’re just ignoring the fact that I don’t like my nails??? Also you should change your website because it says $40 for dip polish, $5-10 for tips. It says nothing about a fee for shaping, assumingely that would be in the fee for tips. That’s what I expected to pay when I went in. So I’m not sure where that extra $15-20 came from but that’s what I’m mad about because every other salon I’ve gone to is like $45 for perfect nails. Maybe I’m too picky but I think I deserve to be as a paying customer. Also having to over pay twice for my friend too as well as myself was like an extra $40.paid so much more money for this manicure than I ever have before for the exact same thing. Like $20-30 more than I usually pay. I’m sorry but it shouldn’t be $65 for dip and fake tips glued on. Also I had to have two nails redone completely, and another two were the wrong color so I finally gave up and had her paint over the one with the wrong color. I just wish for this price that I would’ve gotten a better quality manicure. This is like a $30 manicure not with $65 plus tip. Kinda ridiculous.

I’ve had 3 sets done by ricki ( some 3D) and hands down he’s the best nail tech and has the best nail tech team I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. I went in for a 45 dollar pedicure and was expecting a massage with it considering it said it comes with it. I did not receive one at all. Unless you consider putting lotion on someone a message. Then for my manicure I wanted short French tips. When they finished I realized the sides of my fingers were not filled in and there were gaps between my skin and the acrylic. I told them about it and they said thats how they are supposed to look. I asked two other shops and they said absolutely not. I definitely think the staff are sweet and do a good job at long nails but I wont be going back.

I had gotten a manicure and pedicure exactly a week ago today before heading to wedding. Half of the nails do not fit my real nail, the polish is not smooth on my nail bed, and 2 have fallen off. I also got a pedicure and a majority of my polish chipped away within the first few days. With the price I paid for all of this, I am very disappointed. I would not recommend.

Most likely the worst **SET I’ve received. Not sure who did my set but he kept trying to bend my fingers in ways that it just did not bend. I politely told him that I can’t relax it any more than I was already relaxing it and he kept telling me that I should just not be so tense. He dug pretty deep into my nail bed as well as my cuticles leaving my whole nail bed sore for two days. I got shellac and he did not even apply it evenly allowing my set to last not as long due to it appearing as it has been growing out for a while. I’ve been getting sets for a while now and tried this salon due to time restrictions and this was the first one that I’ve had that left me so upset...EDIT: I received a full set of acrylic nails. I am sure I am talking about the correct location. I did not mean manicure. Thank you.

This place is very professional & everyone is so kind. I have visited 3 times since moving to Appleton & will keep going for sure! I used to go to a nail place in Green Bay, & it wasn’t great. I would always get cut & my nails would break, but they were affordable & closest to me. I love this place is close, affordable, professional & very clean!

In this day I just let Michelle do what she wanted and she tried all the stuff she got today in the mail. The salon is amazing with an amazing staff, they are always up on the latest trend in nail art. They take walk-ins but I always call and ask for Michelle.

Jenny and Alex were very nice. They did a good job on my granddaughters Princess mani/pedi. They were not rushed. The massage and hot towels were a nice touch. The nails look great.

Fantastic service, flawless nails, and if they accidentally get chipped or gouged theyll fix them for free! I always get the sns dip there and theyre never chunky or weirdly round looking like Ive gotten at other places. Gemmy is amazing at what she does, long story short I highly recommend this place.

This was my first time at this salon since moving to Wisconsin, and I have to say, this is my new salon! The pedicure was great, even though the lady seemed tired and cranky to be there. (It was, however, the end of the shift). Ricky did such an awesome job on my SNS and Elly was the sweetest. They did exactly what I had in mind and it turned out beautifully. The price was more than fair, and I will definitely be back!

I normally like coming here, however I scheduled an appointment for 1:00 and was waiting for over an hour and a half. I had work at 3:15 so of course we were rushing and my nails didn’t turn out anywhere near close to what I showed for the reference picture. I actually just told Elly to stop because I was so close to being late for work. Usually very pleased with what they’ve done but this time not so much.....EDIT: they redid my services with no charge and got me in right away. Very happy 🥰

I went there with my mom and sister and we had to wait like an hour and we even made an appointment. Then when it was finally my turn he kept getting my answering the phone and watching a show. He then cut me really bad and my nails are not even. They are already chipped. Then when I got them painted the lady was really nice but they aren’t smooth.

A simple french manicure with many mistakes. I was clipped three times as she clipped my cuticles. The clear top coat pooled as I held my hands to dry, creating bumps as it dried. I had two crystal-looking chunks on two of my nails. Its two days later an my finger is sore and beginning to swell. Im disappointed and wouldnt risk going here again.

Did a great job on my nails but they really need to focus on cleaning the entire establishment. No matter what time of day (but during this pandemic especially) this type of business should not lack basic surface cleaning .

Ricky knows how to run a professional and fair business!!! I had my nails painted no chip. However after 3 days it was chipping away. The Polish that was put on was most likely old and had nothing to do with the technicians fault. Gemy was AMAZING. When I called Ricky to tell him what was happening he allowed me to come in so that they could fix their mistake for free. Now that is how you run a business and I will continue coming here. There are so many people nowadays that wont own up to their mistakes and wont fix the problem however this business did and they have my full respect and I will continue coming here because they care! Thank you so much Ricky.

Gemy gave me a pedicure and was so sweet! She is very nice, and I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with her. For $30 I got a decent pedicure. It is a tad bit pricey, but the customer service was nice. I’ll definitely be back!!

The guy there is very nice but he seemed more like a salesman trying to add an extra $5-$10 here n there. My nails turned out nice overall but I did notice some small errors.

First time getting my nails done professionally. They replied to my initial emails instantly! We discussed using nail forms and liquid gel. I got there; there was basically no consult.. she knew what she was doing, so that was good. An electric buffer was used on my entire nail bed. I dont know if that is normal but, I wasnt expecting my nail beds to be torn up like that. I emailed again asking for my next appointment. I havent received any reply yet. At the end of my visit; they started to get busy and I felt rushed out of there. Overall, the employees are super friendly and kind, they know how to do nails. Just wish I wasnt rushed out and a better consult with explanation took place, especially for someone like me who never had their nails done.

Amazing nail salon! Came in town for a wedding I was a bridesmaid in and made a last minute appointment. They took me right away and service was fast. Also got a brow wax and she did the best job I’ve ever received! Wish Glamour nails wasn’t 4 hours from home, I’d be there all the time!

I go here Everytime I get my nails done. I go to Julia, who is just wonderful. This place is clean, staff are nice, and they do a good job. Prices are on par. They also have online booking, occasionally Ill book and they text to tell me it wont work and help me reschedule. Its a really nice way to book if you dont like calling or they arent open at the time.

I just came home from my visit to Glamour Nails. I think it was the most elaborate Christmas/new year design ever. Cherry did the work and design for me. My husband likes to see what clever designs shes come up with at each visit. He thought they were beautiful and so festive.I stopped at several places before I got home. I had a set of French Tips done last week at another nail salon that looked absolutely horrible. I walked into Glamour nails today without an appointment and got in right away. I was seen by Michelle who normally only takes appointments but had a cancellation and so squeezed me in. She turned my ugly, poorly done nails into nails that Ive already had compliments on. I will definitely be going back and would absolutely recommend her to anyone else.

This is a wonderful place to get nails & foot care. They autoclave their tools so they are not transferring fungus, etc. I appreciate the light, friendly atmosphere. It has been fun trying new styles & colors! They have been willing to fit me into their schedule when I call at the last moment.Jenny did a lovely job! She was pleasant to talk with, too.

Had an appointment for 5 and waited until 5:30 before I was greeted, and taken back to start. They started my process and then went and worked on other people, waited another 20 minutes before they came back to start/finish. The nail tech ticked my hand and asked me if I was okay, I said no and they continued doing the same thing. I guess it doesnt matter that they hurt the client, they just keep going. It doesnt feel like the polish will last more than 3 days if Im lucky. Normally I dont have to go back for 3 weeks. Very disappointed I would not recommend this place. This was my first and last time.

The worst place Ive ever been. Filthy. Acted as I was a huge inconvenience, due to the fact he had to move his computer off the station and put his phone down. Wouldnt speak at all. Rushed so fast Im not sure all my fingers received a manicure. Paint was all over my fingers. Confronted him about it and asked him kindly to remove it. He told me no, it will come off in shower. Paint that was stuck to my skin was also connected to my nails and it all started to peel off 5 1/2 hours later. Awesome. What a waste of $40. Please dont waste your time.

With being 40+ weeks pregnant he was gentle and and had patience with doing my pedicure. My feet are soft and toes look amazing. Not even one mistake! Love it here!
