Its a nice place to get a quick wash. Its not extravagant but its convenient and well maintained.

Dog wash charges you 20$ every time. I also hit the stop button every time like they tell you too and it still charges you 20$ (Rather than their minimum of $10) I only use 4-7 min because of how our dog is with water. I also called there to have it taken care of and no one answers. I also left a message to which no one has called me back. I will be using petco instead.

This is a great independent car wash! They offer unlimited car wash packages for great prices! They have soft touch and touch free car washes. They also offer stalls for you to wash off your own car, and have a Dog Wash on the property. Joining Shiny Cars unlimited package was a great decision!

I have been going to Shiny Car Wash for 13 years and always use the soft-touch. I absolutely love this car wash, I would never go anywhere else, the management and employees are so helpful, respectful, friendly and go out of their way to ensure you leave a happy customer. It almost feels like “family” when I drive in. I have never once been disappointed. Nor have I ever once had anything except exemplary service and friendliness by all staff and employees, so I would advise people reading negative reviews about the owners with a BIG grain of salt. People are disgruntled because of their own actions and take it out on these review sites. The fact that this wash has a diy bay that includes a dryer seemed to be a great idea! Too bad the dryer barely blew any air out! Other than that, the wash itself was great!

Love Shiny Car, been going to there self wash for over a year now. Premium products and everything is always in good shape!

The attendant was pleasant and the process was simple, but the car didnt come out clean. All the surfaces that were not flush with the body of the car, such as the curves on the back hatch and the bottom half of the passenger doors, did not come out clean.

They do a good job and keeping their equipment in good shape is most important for a thorough job.

Great place always clean I do enjoy the handheld blow dryer when you choose to use the manual spray wash. Coin machine always works cant beat that LOL

I was completely taken aback by the customer service and quality of the wash. The young man attendant was pleasant, helpful and did a prewash scrub of the very filthy portions of my white Toyota Highlander. I had low expectations when I arrived, but was completely impressed and satisfied by the value I received. Well done. I shall be back.

This was a very simple car wash to use, I give it 4 out of 5 because of how quickly the machine eats up your money versus the time it gives you! However, a benefit is that it does accept card!

Great place. They sorta keep up on their equipment. But their driers could use some work. Went through the soft touch and the outside driers miss half my driver side. Like someone pushed the bottom outward

I have used the car wash a couple times and its one of the betrer automatic washes in the area. But today i used the dog wash for the first time after going to the dog park and loved it. Loved not having to bend down to wash my dog in our bathtubs, the soap choices, conditioner and warm rinse water along with the blow dryer. She hated it but she hates being wet. She is so soft and smells great! Will be back.

Loved the self wash...many different options for washing...one of very few with hot water power washers..very reasonably priced with everything you get...will most definitely go back

If you would like proof of my purchases with this company for the last 2 years since I moved here from out of state, plus any other documentation to make an informed decision on this incident please send me a message and I will help you the best I can.*** continue to my review***I used to enjoy this wash, been here so many times, so much that I figured Id go ahead and sign up for the monthly unlimited package. That is until the day I had an issue and was told to basicly go away. I called with an issue I had with a wash and was told to bring in my truck to show them what had happened. I show up to only be greeted rudely and told that I am a liar and that they were not responsible for what had happened before they even looked at my vehicle or understood what happened. To top it off they had already cancelled my account before I even showed up. What had happened was their touch car wash side had left scratches all over my truck that morning. The sides, hood, mirrors, tailgate, roof, and new chrome trim I had just placed on my vehicle that weekend. When I tried to show them that the new chrome had even been scratched, I was told they dont cover after market damage anyway, and to leave without understanding that the scratched chrome proved consistancy. They refused to do an incident report or give any insurance info. So I just contacted my insurance and I am going to let them handle it. (My insurance stated they will go after damages on my behalf due to photo proof and receipts of new equipment installation) A police report has also been filed per my insurance companys request, and was instructed this was not a new occurance for this business. So if you love your paint job beware! Also read the other low star reviews of issues with scratched vehicles. Thank you.

Used the Dog wash. Everything worked great and had smocks to use.

The employees are very nice here. Both of the car washes work great, but I really like the soft touch wash. Plenty of vacuums for afterwards. They also have a monthly pass (fast pass) with a couple of different options... I drive a lot and my bf works 45 minutes away so I use the carwash almost every other day. The fast pass is great! Keep up the good work!

Shiny car gives an okay wash but it needs better dryers. My car is always dripping water and soap after Im done.

This is our go-to car wash (and their dog wash!) for the area. It seems like its the only one that seems to actually wash the car.

I love that they come out to your car and help with payment and then scrub off those nasty squished bugs off the front of the car!

On average I was spending 10-12 dollars per wash and need to keep my vehicle clean for clients. I stumbled upon this place last year and tried out their ultimate wash for 14$. BEST THING EVER! My car sparkles each time I go thru. Late fall/early winter last year I spring for the 40$ unlimited use. I am so happy when I get in the area just for a fresh wash. Keep it up yall!

I loved the place. I had my car washed and it didnt do a good job. So they gave me a free rewash with brushes and fancy stuff. I definitely recommend this place.

The owner is there every day, 7 days a week, to offer great customer service & make sure youre satisfied. He comes out to your car to help you make your choices or reach the selection/payment board, if needed. When there are a lot of bugs on the front of your vehicle hell add a prep to ensure they all come off. They also have a dog wash. When the owner isnt there, another family member is, so you always know youll have a great experience. People make the difference!!!

Best place to go to for the price. Would recommend this car wash to EVERYONE... Best in the valley.. They have the best options and the Wash soap they used got my car VERY clean (it hadnt been washed in over a year... The vacuum I used was really good and cleaned up my floor mats and rug very well...

It was ok.....

Went there for the dog wash with my mother-in-law. The dog was is super convenient and very easy to use. It is also very inexpensive in comparison to most other dog washes in the area. Its nice to be able to select the type of shampoo and level of drying power to use for each dog.

Weve been here twice in the last two weeks. My children will not let us go anywhere else. The guys spraying your vehicle in the beginning of the wash are just the best! They tease the kids by pretending to spray them. My son tried to duck and accidentally bumped his lip on the window. They guy came running in immediately and tried to calm him down and was very apologetic. He then went back out and I saw him and the other guy conspiring and smiling. The next thing you know the other guy was spraying the other one to make my son laugh! What awesome customer service with an amazing wash! We are not allowed to go to any other wash. Thank you for the giggles, happiness and an extra clean car!

At one time I enjoyed shiny car wash. That was until the owner threatened to hit me with a rock because he thought there was too much mud left after washing my truck. The owner is a very large man and proceeded to get inches from my face while yelling at me while I am in the middle of cleaning my truck. I was sincerely concerned for my safety. I was more than happy to pick up after myself and in fact I did right up until I felt that my safety was compromised. I don’t think there is any reason a business owner should threaten patrons or scream obscenities at them. I took a picture of what things looked like when I was done washing. Admittedly there is some mud on the ground but not anything I would consider excessive. I would have even been more than happy to spray any residue down the drain if I had been asked.

Best out there for real no hard water spots after either just roll up to the automatic wash they usually greet you and help you to get on your way and thats so very nice of them and then you pull forward on to the track system they have put the car in neutral and the automatic wash gets you on your way its perfect oh also there is a dog washing room 2 stalls its perfect as well bring your own shampoo the tub has a short leash in it for you with a dryer

Untouched car wash tenant was right there to help with selection. It was quick and my vehicle was cleaned on the out side. Cost me 10$ prices range $7 to $12.

Excellent customer service! I get my jeep washed twice a month, never an issue, the owner is so kind to come out and help you choose which wash to go with. Always smiling and very polite! Highly recommend shiny car car wash to everybody!

I have a Weimaraner. He loves to go here for a bath. He is short haired and takes 2 or 3 minutes for a complete bath. I dislike paying for a 10 minute bath when I have a 3 minute dog.

The dog wash is easier than washing at home, but the dryer blows cold air.

Just tried them, and was not happy. They missed a lot, including my rims. Slush marks still visible on the inside of the doors, only 1/2 of my cargo area was vacuumed, and there’s dried wax at every joint outside.My text to them about the problem went unreturned. Not very professional. Wish I’d checked it before tipping them.Oh, and they only take cash. No tax, no receipt.Grade 1/5

The gentle touch pull through car wash was the first car wash Ive gone to that actually removed the salt off my car. Great car wash. A bit pricey but totally worth it.

They have an attendant during the day which is helpful. The place is reasonably priced and kept clean! If you have a pet, they have a station for that too!

Very very very poor customer service after an incident with a friends car. Will never recommend this place to anyone. The workers need to listen to the customer versus arguing right away that things cant happen in their car wash. They dont even have the decency to call a customer back after leaving a message. Dont waste your money there you may end up paying way more in repairs!

Was here to get bike was was pre soaking bike with my own stuff when guy came into bay and told me i had to put money in to machine or i had to leave Told him I was going to but I wasnt gonna put money and for the time to run out while I was pre soaking my bike Which only took a minute He proceeded to yell at me telling me I was stealing and that he was going to call the cops Supposably he says he is the owner of the place Do not recommend coming here ever

I travel back and forth from Minnesota and this is a great place to wash my car. One of the worker there was kind enough to brush and presoak my car from all the bugs before washing my car. Highly recommend.

We take our English Mastiff here and she enjoys it. Our first time here the owner came up to us and introduced himself as well as showed us how to operate the Dog washing Station. Very pleased!
