They did a great job helping get rid of a mouse urine smell from my car. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to odor removal. They also got rid of a stain in my back seat thats been there since I bought the vehicle. Ive had the vehicle detailed at other places over the years but they were the first to remove the stain. Thanks!

They did a superb job! We had a week of dry weather after this was done. I LOVED looking at my car and seeing it shine for so long. I work on chimneys and fireplaces, so I get my interior smudgey sometimes. They got it all clean! Because of a misunderstanding, I wasnt able to pick up my car until after their normal business hours. An employee was willing to come back to the office and get me my keys - otherwise I would have had to make stressful arrangements. This meant a lot to me - THANK YOU, BRIE!!! I highly recommend them, and I wont go anywhere else to spoil my car!

On a Friday I made an appointment for Monday at 9am for a headlight restoration. I showed up 10 minutes early no one was in the shop. A neighbor of the shop got ahold of owner who was on a run for a car. Finally someone showed up at 9:50am. The couple that were there did not know how to do the work. I left my number on voicemail and no one has yet to call me back. Very poor customer service and professionalism.

It was the worst. Told them I would drop it off. That I’m working out of town so I won’t be back till the end of the week. So I had to line someone to pick up my truck. Then when I finally saw it, the seats were not even clean/ vaccuumed off. Mind this is the showroom package for almost 300 bucks. Engine bay wasn’t clean, truck bed wasn’t clean. The small tiny scratches they told me they could get out, never happend. Streaks everywhere. It was god awful! Should recieve 0 stars!

Very disappointing. We reserved a U-haul for pickup at a specific time. When my husband showed up to pick it up, there was no one there, and no one answered the phone, even though it was open business hours. Because of this, we were panicking and scrambling on a Friday night to find a replacement U-haul. We had a limited window of time where we could move, which is why I made the arrangements to pick up the trailer at that time. I also missed an important work conference call because instead of being on the call, I spent that time on the phone trying to find a u-haul before every place within a 30-mile radius closed for the weekend.

We have been using OCD for years. This is the ONLY place we will take our vehicles. Consistently high quality service and great, honest people. Definitely 5 stars!

Me and my friend decided to get our cars detailed for the first time considering we’re harder on our cars . We take a lot of trips with our dogs. I had mud stains on my leather/ cloth seats and when I got my car back their was still mud spots that i could just pick off with my hand, so I’m unsure while they were missed . My head rest also just had a huge thing of mud on it and the door . My friend tried to get a hold of them because a set of her car mats were missing and her radio had a line through it . We both tried calling, and have heard nothing back . Two stars for the fact that they put some work in . Not 100% but some .

I just had my car detailed at OCDetailing today and it looked AMAZING after the work was done. They did a quick walk-through with me when I was there to pick it up and I did a more thorough inspection at home and Im very pleased with their work. Their attention to detail seems quite solid and their cleaning techniques are strong. The cars carpet and floor mats had salt left over from last winter and they were cleaned back to pristine condition. The wheels absolutely shone and the wax job on the body was beautiful. Our car is five years old and looks like it just rolled off of the showroom floor. I highly recommend them. Be sure to call for an appointment well ahead of when you need it. They were scheduling out several weeks when I called. The great work they did leads me to understand why theyd be so busy.

Very kind and friendly place! They were able to get the chocolate milk my daughter spilled out of my seat within 5 minutes. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

They arent the greatest. There were some spots that were missed when I inspected it a few days later. I would definitely not be happy if I paid full price. Even then it shouldve been done correctly if that is what theyre advertising.

Have 3 dogs a Golden Retriever, a Pit Bull, and Chihuahua. All shed and all like to leave their signature nose prints on the windows. So you can imagine how dirty my car can get. Adam and the crew at OCDetailing did an amazing job. My car looked like the day I bought it and it smelled as clean as it looked. They even offer headlight restoration cheaper than anywhere around for the what they do. And my headlights look brand new....AMAZING!!!! Everyone was super friendy and took the time to walk me through what was done and to make sure I was satisfied with my car. Any other place you pay and they hand you the keys and they send you on your way. OCDetailing goes the extra steps to make sure the customer is happy. I would recommend them to everyone I know and they have a customer for life. Ive had two family members and a friend take their vehicle here and the effort has ranged from barely passable to downright pathetic. Whether its returning the vehicle with wet seats, leaving a waxy mess in various areas, completely missing obvious spots that need attention, or adding blemishes that werent there to begin with, OCDetailing will likely leave you feeling like youve wasted money. I recommend avoiding this place, even if a Groupon special tempts you.

My husband called several weeks ago to get an appointment to have my car detailed, and the guy never followed up to confirm. Then it was three more weeks until he had a Saturday time available. We were supposed to bring it at 9 am, so we loaded our 1- and 2-year-old kids up and drove to Appleton to find the business locked, no one to answer the door, and no one to answer our calls. We both left voicemails, and still four hours later he has not called us back. Dont waste your time. This guy is clearly not a responsible business owner.

Just picked up my truck. When I dropped it off there were really bad paint swirls and scratches. There is a guy that is a legit expert...he was able to assess the damage and the condition of the paint and clear cloat and know the route to take to eliminate the swirl marks put preserve the clear coat...he said he had been doing it for 15 years....he was very particular and gave meaning to the name of the company....I will definitely be returning for further services.

WOW. I drive a BMW with a black interior, and between paint smears, winter salt, and hunting, I DESTROYED my interior. The guys at OCD made my ride look like I just took it off the lot again. Very professional, organized and timely. Costs were reasonable, and my tinder date was impressed. Thanks again!

I brought my 2005 Volvo in for detailing. They did an excellent job buffing out the light scratches in my hood. The clearcoat shine is back and the interior looks showroom-new. Their attention detail really shows through with the quality of their service.

I took my Subaru to OCDetailing because I had some break dust on the vehicle that was hard to get off. I figured I would get it professionally done instead of trying to do it myself. I mentioned the brake dust to the personnel and they said no problem and recommended the 3-stage buff and wax. I dropped it off a week later and picked it up that afternoon in the rain. I checked it the next morning when it was not raining and the front bumper, rear bumper, back door were not done at all and there were still quite a few spots left on the driver side rear panel. I called OCDetailing and left a message asking them about it. Didnt hear back so I left another message the following day. It has now been over a week and I have not received a call back.Edit: I did now hear back from Adam and Brie, they worked on my car yesterday and it looks fantastic, its unfortunate it took some rework but they did a great job. They also offered a bottle of some professional grade cleaner to wipe the brake dust off if more gets on the vehicle.

They did a fabulous job of getting my car cleaned.

The amount I paid ($15) wasn’t even the amount of time they said they would work on it (they got it done under 15 min). They used a high pressure air blower and blew the leaves out which was all I wanted out of my engine bay but there were still leaves hidden in some “tight” areas. They used this Smokey fog to shine my engine which I didn’t want but I didn’t know what it would do. Assumed it was cleaning it. Left unsatified because there were leaves in there still and they said it will enventually just fall out, didn’t bother to attempt to fix it. Still tipped them though, it wasn’t that bad. It was my first time there and my for my first impression, I wasn’t so intrigued. Honestly I would not refer this place to anyone I know but it was only my first time, maybe I need a little more experience with what they can do. I won’t bother going back though.

I know Adam personally, so it was no brainer for me to ask him first to help my poor car!! Adam has gotten my car from total disaster to brand new looking. I have 2 kids and a logger husband so one can only imagine what they do to the car. Hes gotten the soda stains outta the ceiling, even the milk outta the carpets!!! I recommend him and his employees to clean your car, truck, boat, or campers. Its not called OCDetailing for nothing!!! He really is OCD with His job!!
