I bought a rust free truck from Arizona, brought it home and had Ziebart “winter proof” the truck and they did a great job. I take it back once a year for touch ups. I highly recommend them to everyone I know!

I bought a 2015 F250 long bed crew cab in Oklahoma. a one owner very clean 100% rust Free Truck. I had Ziebart of Appleton Wisconsin do a complete rust proof service. Now that I have it home I took my Scope wired camera and looked inside the rockers and the doors. I also carefully inspected the frame and suspension for rust preventative coatings. The Job is Excellent! I am extremely pleased and certain this clean rust Free truck with stay that way for many years!!! The pictures are difficult to detect but there is very good coverage inside. the picture with just white paint is a non coated area for comparison.

They have maintained two of my vehicles over the years and they have always done well!!!

Avoid this place at all costs. I called twice to find out about undercoating and to say I was bringing my truck in - neither time did they say I needed an appointment, or wouldnt take the truck without one. I brought it in Monday morning per instructions, was told I needed an appointment, but they agreed to do it by Wednesday afternoon and would call me when it was ready. Didnt hear from them by Wednesday afternoon, so I called them, and got a gruff reply that they hadnt done the work. Well, technically you needed an appointment, and we got way too busy. No apology, just an excuse. I said I was coming to pick up the truck before closing, and they said OK. When I arrived, theyd closed early and left my truck open with the keys in the ignition. It was only at this point that I read the Google reviews, many of which describe identical experiences, and include one from a former employee saying they dont use promised materials and he wouldnt recommended taking your car there. So I guess they did me a favor. Im taking my truck to BC Auto Body which has great reviews and a BBB A+ rating. Hope you read this before taking YOUR truck to this place.

Poor service like the rest of the post say. I had a bed liner installed “rhino lined” the bedliner and itself looks OK other than there’s some overspray between the box and the cab of the truck. Irritating Part is my truck is white and looks like they over sprayed from another vehicle with black tar on the rims and the side of the vehicle. there air hoses probably have this on it and looks like it was drug on the quarter panels while spraying in the bedliner spent an hour buffing out small scratches and cleaning nasty black tar gunk off my truck and rims.No thank you for your business and no professionalism.

I had the complete undercoating and clear coat on the paint done on a new a cargo van. They did a great thorough job. Plus once a month for a year they have washed and vacuumed my vehicle making look and feeling like new again. I checked with the dealer I bought the vehicle from and they did not offer a complete package like Ziebart offered. The dealer would have sub-contracted the work to a place in Green Bay. This Ziebart also did a nice job on a window tint on another vehicle. I highly recommend using this Ziebart for your next complete undercoating, paint protection and window tinting. Chris and his staff are great! You wont be sorry!

Third vehicle taken to this location for window tint. Last two vehicles were perfect in the past. If you’re looking for permanent damage to your vehicle and a window tint job that a rookie would do and a owner that can’t keep a verbal agreement. Look no further Ziebart of Appleton is the place for you. Do yourself, your time, your money and your vehicle a favor. Go somewhere else.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!! Find another place for undercoating. My girlfriend took her almost new Durango SRT to this place and was the worst experience. From horrible customer service, to a absolutely horrible job undercoating (so bad that they actually owe us money). They also have no regards for safety and peoples vehicles. They allow a small little child in the shop to roam around and play in the vehicle. This child got glitter all over our car. The carelessness from this place is disgusting. They sprayed electrical, driveshafts, heatshields and even got some on the exhaust. They also got it on the body and inside the car. We spent hours cleaning everything thing up and still need to have the vehicle detailed to get the scratches off of the paint. They gave us a full refund but still doesnt make up for this. To corporate.... Dont bother replying to this telling us you to contact you, we did and you did almost nothing. You told us that this is a independent branch and you could do nothing.

I had them put a new Rhino spray-in liner in my new 2016 F-150, as they had done one previously in my first truck, an 03 GMC Sierra. The Sierra was used at the time (2007) but the Ford was brand new. Both linings came out awesome! No harm had come to any other part of the truck while they were doing that process, and Im extremely pleased with the results. Ill go back with the next truck, Im sure!

Had my truck undercoated They call wanted me to pay for my truck before I came and got it I made the mistake of doing so. Showed up to get the truck at 2:54pm no one was there at all checked the door and it said open tell 430pm walked around my truck found that the spare tire lock in the bumper was missing opened the truck found it in the door broke then opened my back see found my kids car seats half unstrapped lucky I saw that or could have put one of the kids in it and worst case crashed and killed one. All the jack and tools where just thrown under the seat not put back where they were so payed for a job and they only did half it called the district office they said they would have someone call me. 30 mins later some one did told me to bring it back and they would fix it so drove the truck 20mins back and the kid could figure out how it went because he wasn’t the one who did it I had to put it all back together will never recommend this place ever very poor quality job and very bad customer service Even there corporate facility said it’s a franchise and there’s nothing they can do nice!!

Took my 16 gmc 2500 to these guys for a full detail and undercoat. When i got the truck back the vehicle was not even polished. They sprayed some sc1 type product on it and called it good. The interior was absolutely terrible, the leather was wiped with some garsh chemical that made the leather look dry and dull. They sprayed something on my gauge cluster and ruined the plastic on it as well as the vents. When i confronted them, it was the basic answer and they did nothing wrong. They did offer to take my truck back for a couple days and redo it. However i run a business and it was with them for 3 days the first time.

I worked here and the owner takes shortcuts where ever he can. When you pay to have your car buffed or polished as he calls it. He has his workers use 2 ounces or less of compound. This is called dry buffing and can damage your paint. When they undercoat your vehicle they spay all electronics on the underside of your vehicle as well. (FYI the undercoating it just liquid road tar. not a special formula like they say it is.) Have also witnessed several of the workers speeding around the shop and doing burnouts with customer vehicles. Would not recommend taking your vehicle here.

Called about having an alarm installed as it says they install alarms on their website. Was told We do not have a technician that does this type of work right now Thanks but no thanks the tone of voice and attitude given over the phone I would rather go to Best Buy and have a high school kid install before I take my vehicles here

Called 5 times over the course of a few days, no one ever answered. Left voicemails. no one ever returned them. Great way to help the competition.

Saw their ad and just decided to walk in. The show room was great and owner Chris Lindberg really knew everything there was to know about the business. Not a single detail left out. decided to bring my 2007 VW Jetta in and came out spotless for their great Diamond Gloss package. I definitely recommend that for your car detailing. The under body coating and rust proofing sounds like a must to keep your car rust free from everyone i have talked to. Also got the windows tinted and the guy was super nice and did a fantastic job! I did some research after leaving and found out they do a lot of help around the community and for larger corporations. I 100% recommend Ziebart of Appleton for anything you might need done to protect your car.

The owners son has no business dealing with customers. No customer service what so ever. Not to mention his temper.

Called about window tinting, was put on hold for minutes. Person finally answered was VERY rude and than said they didnt even do window tinting.

Terrible customer service. The owner treats his customers terrible. My window tint had air bubbles in it and he refused to replace it. Will never go back.
