Just had the timing chain done on Our 07 Acadia this guy really knows his stuff, and is great at explaining the issue and what he does to resolve it. I came to Klug Family Repair looking for a new mechanic that I could trust after not finding the right fit for my family of vehicles over the past few years in the Fox Valley. He took the time out of his busy day to just talk to a potential customer and honestly, thats what got me to schedule my service. By the way, that service was a service nightmare as far as PITA labor and detail are concerned and he knocked it out like a professional. The team at Klug truly do work on everything for makes and models and that ability to not turn down more complicated work is why I will be back.

Wanted to go somewhere else since my place I usually go too was extremely busy. I understood itll take a bit to get in here but the owner worked around my schedule and his busy schedule and fit me in, in great timing. Hes very very professional and he and his staff know there cars and installations. Very appreciate the owner taking the time to explain and tell me what he was doing. Id highly recommend this place to everyone and anyone in the valley! The owner takes pride in his work and is very professional in what he does. I cant thank him enough for helping and installing my new back up camera. Very reasonable for pricing as well!! He even suggested something I never thought of doing until he brought it up. Prices all quoted were fair and no surprises on billing. Work has all been on time. My family has had two vehicles serviced with them and the experience was nothing but positive. They do great work and are transparent with prioritizing repairs.They helped me with any emergency tire replacement and they got me back on the road same day. Very appreciative. So we have Genesis Rspec 5.0 that needed a new motor. Never met these guys in person but talked to him on the phone once. Had my car flat bedded to Appleton - I live in Menomonee Falls. He called me back the next day with a price. It didnt faze me because I knew what had to be done and told me 3 weeks estimate to fix which was fine. The job was completed in 2 weeks. These are good people to deal with. We need more people like this in our world, honest and overdelivered on his promise. Simply a great person to do business with. Thank you Paul and family. Paul took great care of my brakes-on my f150truck. Replaced the bad calibers pads rotors and brake lines for A very reasonable price. His shop is very nice and clean. If a problem came up he called me right away which happens with fixing cars. The new brakes are working amazing and I would recommend Klug to friends and family.

A month ago I developed a flat tire while I was driving. I pulled in a parking lot across the street to try to change it. One of their employees came up to let me know they may be able to patch. I drove it into their shop where they patched it immediately. When I asked how much I owed, they told me it was free. I told them I would be back for the new tires I needed.When I called foe the new tires, brakes and oil change price, I was afraid to find out what it was going to cost since they are a small shop. The pricing on everything was in line with what I was getting from the big stores. I had them do the work and they had it in and out.I would highly recommend them.
