Just left this barber shop at 715pm, you had two barber sitting down doing nothing but on their phone, three cutting. One ask me if I had an appointment I said no. So he told me that he was full for the rest of the night so I ask about the two who was on their phone and he told me they done for the day so I ask about the other two that was cutting and he told me they was busy for the rest of the night as well. So I said all my son is getting is an edge, so he said Im sorry man and walk away.The point of the story is you advertise your business to stay open til 8pm and had 45 minutes left til 8pm. This is bad customer service especially when you have to Barbaras sitting down on their phone and edge was only going to take 10 minutes.

I most say the professionalism Luis Josuel had with my brother was beyond our expectations. My brother was very impress with the quality of his haircut. Not to mentioned how meticulous my brother is about his hair, but Luis Josuel accomplished something no other Barber done...respect and admiration. You earned a client for life 🙌🏽

This barbershop as a whole allows people to come in without requiring them to wear mask while they are waiting to get a haircut and my barber in particular (Kheron), does a good job with cutting but every time I coming with an appointment, im having to wait 30 minutes after the time of my appointment.

Luis Josuel has been my barber for about a year now. I was looking for one closer to home and found him through an app. I appreciate the attention to detail and how easy it is to set up an appointment. I use the Booksy app and send in my appointment request. Appointment is confirmed in a timely fashion. Sometimes I.pay cash or most of the time I use google pay.

They are all very professional and welcoming! Very clean and sanitary with a family vibe to it!

Took my son in for a cut. This was our first time here. Nobody spoke to him and he sat there for an hour and a half...and they just kept taking people ahead of my son...even someone who walked in and said he had an appointment - they said no, dont see that you have an appointment...and then still took him ahead of my son anyway. I went in to ask why nobody was cutting his hair and nobody could explain because nobody spoke English - all they could say was appointment...appointment.... We ended up leaving and going somewhere else up the street...waiting only 30 minutes and they did an amazing job...they will now have our business from this point on. Horrible place....you must pay your reviewers because we couldnt even get past the wait to get a cut.

Have been driving past this place for the last few years and I found it by chance while scrambling to get a haircut at 7:00 PM. Danny is very nice and friendly but above all a master of his craft. I will definitely be back when it is time for my next haircut.
