We have absolutely loved going to Coco since we started getting my sons hair cut. My son is mixed, half white and half black, so getting his done well can be challenging. But Coco is amazing! He puts these little designs in my sons hair that have all of his little friends at school and football jealous lol. Its so cute! Hes also very good with kids. I HIGHLY recommend Downtown Barbers, and Coco in particular. (This is a really bad picture...this is about one week after he got his hair cut and the design done. So it needs to be done again, soon. But I just wanted to give yall an idea of what he does. It looks about 100xs better than this picture, though, lol)

Awesome barbers with complete Covid compliance

Made an appointment online, arrived at the shop and was told they were texting to cancel it because they forgot to block that time out, I asked if I should come back and they said no just wait and I will get you in real quick.... I waited with my toddler for over 1.5 hours until they finally took him. His haircut is fairly simple, it took about 10 minutes total and that was it. The haircut itself was fine and the other clients hair look decent as they left, we might give it one more try but if the wait is that long again then we will be going elsewhere (not worth it for a 10 min haircut).

Amazing job

The appointment was pushed back. Then on top of that I was asked to wait outside with my 3 sons due to covid19. Only to see later several people(several men, a woman, and several children sit unbothered at the lobby in the shop)and the same hypocritical guys (including one young man who asked if I had an appointment and another who talked about them getting in trouble with people in the lobby) who asked me to stay outside not say a word to anybody else. It took everything in me to not to black out. I let my sons finish their haircut and decided not to get one. The cuts were okay at best. I only went there because the other barbershops were closed. Not because of quality(there are better ones like Just Blaze in Apopka among others) or service(again better ones available). Now that the shops are open again, your best bet is to find other ones in the area.

My Sons have been getting their hair cut here for about 5 years. Great Barbers. My Barber is like family to me. They take walk-ins. I always make a appointment to make sure we get in.

Went in with my two sons to get them hair cuts. Atmosphere was not for us. We were not greeted and there was language and conversations that were inappropriate for kids.

Good cut but they didnt even really acknowledge the fact that we came in and one guy who was doing someones hair when we walked in finished his guy then walk to the back. He came back out a couple mins later and proceded to cut his own beard for 15mins or so and then go to the back and i assume leave because we didnt see him come back out. But the guy who cut my cousins hair did a pretty good job.
