I have been going here for almost 5 years. Never had a complaint. I go in today and the stylist name is jasmine I believe. Do not and I repeat do not let this lady near your head. I always get a #2 on the sides and scissor on the top to blend it together. She #2ed me to my part line. Now I have a #2 cut all the way. Thanks Jasmine.

All the stylist at the apopka store are very welcoming and makes you comfortable at every visit. Jasmine in particular has been great and her skills show. I recommend this place to anyone that needs a cut.

Signed in and was the only one there other than the people getting hair done. I was first available. So I sat there over 30 minutes watching other first available people get there name called so after being rejected way too many times I decided to go somewhere else. Now I have been going to the same sport clips over 2 years with no problems. Didn’t stay around to hear any excuses. I will be taking my business else where. Sorry sport clips it’s your loss

Probably one of the best haircuts I have ever received. I drove to this place one night after waiting too long at Tutos, and Rhonda was awesome. I will definitely be back for another Rhonda haircut.

My son had an amazing experience at this Sport Clips store! He was so excited to get the MVP treatment! He felt like a king with the hot towel and massage. He got a perfect hair cut (he has many cow licks in many places). We will definitely go back and I have recommended it to all my friends.

I started off my day by going to hair Cuttery in Altamont. Turned out to be a nightmare and the stylist was absolutely horrible. Her hair looked like Gobo from Fraggle rock and her attitude sucked!I went on down to sports clips in Apopka Florida and met with two young ladies that were working and were very welcoming as soon as I walked through the door. Not only were they friendly and great stylists they were also very professional.Highly recommend going to sports clips in Apopka. Although I live all the way out in Lake Mary if I am in the area and in need of a haircut this will be my go to place!Gina is awesome!

Sami did an excellent job on my 14yr, 1.5yr old and myself! She overcame the challenges of a toddler and still maintained a great composure and cheerful smile! Well all be back!

This is twice that I have gone to this place of business before closing hours (tonight at 7:15 pm) and been turned aways. Both times I have asked why does your sign say 8pm and have gotten the same answer, I have been here since 9am well thats not my problem your sign says 8pm, and on top of that the guy acts like I am a bother. NEWS FLASH word of mouth can make or break a business so I suggest dont put a closing time just question mark. So off to give someone else my 20.00.

Staff are pleasant but the hours posted on Google were not accurate. Drove over at what would have been 1 hour before closing only to find that they were already closed.

Past three times Ive been there have been different people working from other locations and even different states. Seems like they are having a hard time retaining any talent.

Had to reshave my beard/goatee because it was done very uneven. Hair left uncut behind ear. No one should have to fix a stylists mistakes. I cant believe I paid someone for this.

Did a great job on my adult stepsons hair, did exactly what he asked. Not a long wait, I liked that they vacuume the hair off the floor with a central vac system, not sweep.

Showed up at 6:00pm for a simple haircut. Two people working and each had a customer with no one in line in front of me. Walked out of there at 6:45 because they still weren’t done. Very slow

This was the most awful haircut Ive experienced. My boyfriend asked for his hair to be cut in a basic fade, Diane cut his hair and when He got to the car I (girlfriend) noticed long hairs still all over the lower part of his neck and around his ears where it was supposed to be shaved clean, as well as the side burns being cut a half inch in difference. We went back in to address the issue, and the manager took him back to fix it. When He sat down in the chair, one of the TWO hair dressers it took to fix his hair said that when I, girlfriend, explained what was wrong with his hair, it felt like I was getting in trouble with my mom. After taking over 40 minutes to FiX the cut, when He asked for a refund, they didnt even know how to give one. NEVER coming back.

I been there twice and both times they messed up my hair. Im usually pretty lenient with errors but this last time the lady that cut my hair not only ignored what I said but proceeded to mess with my beard without asking. When I got home I had to fix my edge myself and shave off my beard because they messed it up so bad. Nothing is worse than paying for someone to mess up your hair. Dont go here unless you want to shave off all of your hair

This is like the best place I got a haircut in and with many that been looking for something new this is the place.

First time there was one of the worst experience ever from a barber shop, I had brought my 13 year old son that had a free coupon for a free haircut and was treated unfairly. Me and my son were waiting in lobby and the stylist never came to greet or to ask us if we were help she quickly greeted others that she knew and assisted them in placing them first. In addition she went ahead and got others that walked in after my son and quickly assisted them. My son was skipped after waiting for over 30 minutes when I final was helped they registered him last to be helped once I noticed that was the case after she called yet somebody else that was there after him I approached her and told her my son was next she said to me she had no idea what was going on and was trying to work. the other stylist that was there advice her to go ahead and take my son since he was first and she replied that she already called the other guy next WOW are you kidding me this is the exact response that she gave me. Can somebody please fire this woman NO one that really appreciates their job should be there. Her attitude was nasty and when I asked to get my coupon back she denied it and said I cannot have it back EVEN though It was NOT used . I left and my poor son was disappointed that this BULLY of a stylist handled him this way!! This place just opened and they GO to local schools to encourage business to that location I will make sure I speak to the local principals about how KIDS get treated there . I have contacted corporate directly but these are franchises that are individually owned so I had left a message for the owner and NEVER got a call back . Please keep YOUR money GO TO the barber shop behind them right next to Movies they are much better at cutting hair and are considerate !!!! NO bully stylists there .

$25 dollars for a haircut and can’t even cut hair didn’t even know how to edge really disappointed, you can tell they didn’t even want to cut people’s hair . Never again ‘!!!
