This was absolutely the worst barbershop Ive been to. I brought a kid who has ASD and is special needs in the shop to get a cut and we wrote our names down. I saw numerous people who signed in after us go ahead of us as well as people who didnt sign in go ahead of us. I saw several of the barbers give the kid I came in with funny looks. We eventually left. This place is horrible and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Pure trash.

I forgot to get his name but his booth is #3. He did a great job on my head. He made sure I was satisfied & happy. He even spoke on how hes going to remember how I like it for next time. So yeah, I will definitely be coming back. Ill take pictures next time!!!

My first time at in and out barbershop. All Hispanic barbers. My barber must not have understood English because I said just a light trim especially around the ears and he began with the clippers shaving up all around the sides and leaving the hair still touching my ears. Even after explaining again please cut the hair just around the ears he took the clippers and cut more all around the sides. I will certainly not go back.

If I could give less than 1 star I would!! Young kid finally cut my hair. What he didn’t realize was that I understood Spanish. So in ignorance he spoke to the other barbers about me. I acted dumb until he was done cutting my hair. Then I addressed it with him then he acted dumb!!! Very unprofessional place. If you don’t know Spanish you might want to go somewhere that has a level of customer service!!! Signed in and waited a while they started to take people that came in after me. When they called my name a person who spoke Spanish was upset so they took him and scratched my name!! So waited again until I finally complained then they took me.

Very disappointed i take my son every other week to get hes style on point blow out that is cause he likes it i dont honestly but i just take him there because the first time he got it they did a great job and it was a thin guy with long white beard but ever since then hes never available to take my son 😞 so we end up getting the worst job ever all the time all they do is shave the bottom and thats it! They do not even touch or style hes hair at top Something i could do myself at home without paying $20 a visit yesterday i noticed they didnt like me asking for that certain guy to do my sons hair i over heard a comment and saw one of the guys laugh it made me feel very uncomfortable to a point that i will never go back again or refer anyone else to go there 😠

Cheap, quick, and excellent hair cuts. Have to pay in cash to each barber which is in convenient on your first visit but you can get used to. After my visit here, I can’t ever go any where else.

I will no come back this place again. My barber unfortunately doesn’t keep his station clean instead to apologize start excusing saying his place is better comparing other places. I felt his saying to me “if I’m no happy there’s others places I can go” it’s funny this because some people think they doing us a favor when we go go to his business.

Long story sort. I have been going there since a long time ago and on 01/15/2020. I went there to get my hair done so I wait there. And after someone come get me. Then he started cutting my hair. A minute after he start hurting me so I told him and he didn’t said anything. The. Second time I pull to the front. He just keep doing the same thing so I told him for the 3rd time that he was hurting me and that was the 3rd time that I been telling him and he didn’t care so I told him to stop so. And I ask him how much was it and he was $15 which I don’t mind paying but he was just not good. Plus when I got home it was hurting me still so I check in the mirror and I had which I have still 1/18/20 I left that place with 8 scratches in the back on head it was just rude. His name was ANDY or that was the shirt that he was wearing. Never letting him touch my hair again!!!!!

They reorganized the shop system including barbers and better customer service. Walk ins are by order. Good quality haircuts. Full service for good price. Nice place. Very clean barbers. Good designs. Best shop in Apopka much better than before.

I asked the Barber if he took cards or cash only( on the door it advertises that they take cards) the barber said yes. At the end of the cut he went around asking to the other barbers if he could run my card they told him no. So I was asked to go to the ATM and get cash after being told her could take the card. I was charged $3 to use the ATM . The barber did a great job with my hair. There needs to be a system in place that keeps the customers from being skipped and better team effort for the customer.

My friend got butchered even after she showed the guy a video of what she wanted. He did exactly what he wanted. He never said sorry his response was oh well.

Got a cut from eddy the owner. Asked for 0 on the sides a hard part and trim the top which I comb back. Dude cut down past the hard part and damn it looks bad

This was for their In and out 3 store on goldenrod.Crap haircut for my son. I asked for them to take about half off the top and they cut it down to 1/4 inch ( it was almost 3 inches). Damage was done so I let them finish. They started shaving the edges of his hair and I lost it. Hes 6 years old! I dont think they know how to cut a white persons hair. Stay away!

Sat there for over 40 minutes as there were two older barbers sitting around and pick who they wanted to cut. Other customers would come in after me and got and get sat with no issues. So unless you know the barbers dont expect to get cut anytime soon. I didnt even get looked at or acknowledge the whole time there. Good luck if you go there.

Most barbers do great work and others are lazy.

You guys should have a receptionist to acknowledge customers when they walk in. We walked in Saturday and no one acknowledged us. We waited about 10 minutes and nothing. So we left.

Good barbers. Sometimes the customer service is horrible. You can walk in and they wont even acknowledge you. The sign says walk ins welcome, but you definitely dont feel welcome.

I wanted to try a new barber shop for my son. I brought him and was very full which I thought is a good sign meaning they are very good. As I waited 3 ppl walked in and were taken care of. I thought maybe they had appts but to my surprise they were also signing in the walkin notebook. As the last person walked in said hi and was signaled to go the barbers seat I decided my 1 1/2 wait def wasnt worth it. Not even a glance or a hello or a can I help you! Unless you know any of the barbers and are friends avoid this shop.

Horrible Customer Service. Went to this barbershop expecting a reasonable price. The haircut is $14 beards are $8 so if youre wanting to get a haircut and your beard touched up for $22.00 be my guest. Tell them to clean their razors. Went for a haircut didnt want him to touch my beard but he did and I got charged for it. He didnt speak English... -_-
