Great service!! Very honest!! T&P has saved us a lot of money over the past several years - we’ve compared prices on many occasions and when the “other guys” want to fix things that shouldn’t be fixed, T & P tells us when something is not worth fixing when they could make more money on us otherwise. I highly recommend T & P!
Thomas is excellent. He offers an honest opinion, stands behind his work. Priced very fairly, must better than dealer or other shops. He doesnt make up stuff that needs to get fixed to get more money either. We have been loyal customers for over 5 years.
Thomas is first class, and he runs his shop that way too! If youre tired of disappointing results with your vehicle repair experiences, you should know that it doesnt have to be that way.T&P Diagnostic Center will take an objective approach with your problem, and they will get to the bottom of it. Thomas saved me a transmission rebuild in my 1995 Chevy Blazer, and he gave it a tune-up that has the 4.3 L V6 running the best Ive ever seen it at ~140,000 miles.I had two other mechanics attempt to fix an oil leak in an oil cooler line before I found T&P Diagnostic Center. Neither of those mechanics could correct the problem, and yes I paid them for their work. T&P fixed it when I took it there, and I havent seen a drop of oil since. They also replaced a transmission seal that had caused the transmission to nearly run out of fluid, and there was no need to take it back. They did the job right, the first time.Parts and labor will always cost us, as vehicle maintenance and repair always does, but if you prefer a guy who will shoot straight with you, you should call T&P. Thomas and his business puts their efforts into doing first class work, not seeing how cheap they can complete a patch job while charging you for an entire replacement.Ive been dealing with mechanics for a long time, and have spent most of my life frustrated with them. If you want only the best for your vehicle, then T&P is the place for you. Thanks T&P!
He is nothing but detailed when it comes to finding the issue, then showing you the parts hes replaced. Hes always been super helpful and even flexible to my schedule. Best of all, he costs a lot less that my previous mechanics. Ive been a steadfast customer since October 2007. Highly recommended!
Thomas at T&P (the owner) is OUTSTANDING!! Hes passionate about his work, hes priced well below the competition, he delivers high quality service!! I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend him!! Every time I bring one of our cars in to his shop he delivers that extra level of service. He doesnt have to but QUALITY is in his blood!!
I am a young woman new to the area and when my car started cranking weird I wanted to go to someone who I felt wasnt going to rip me off but also seemed to know what they were doing (Ive had bad past experiences with being over charged or leaving a garage only for my car to break down again a few days later). I only had one day off the week it started acting up and Thomas the owner told me they really didnt have time to see me that day, however when I told him what was going on he decided to cut lunch short and see me as soon as I could get there. He and the two men working for him were very friendly and I felt very comfortable and confident that they knew what they were doing. I was in and out within 45 minutes and was only charged for the price of the battery I needed. They also topped off my fluids and air in my tires. Very professional and friendly environment I will definitely be back in the future and recommend them to others!
I gave them 2 chances:First visit I felt like they Guessed, Tried, and Charged Me. On pickup I was told he wont be able to diagnose the problem until the car Failed Completely.Second visit the price was significantly higher on pick-up than I was told in a phone call because they Had time to try something else. Id very directly stated Dont put anymore into it, Im coming to get the car right now But I guess he felt like he had the chance to make a few more dollars, and juked me.
This guy does surprise stuff that the CarTalk guys call classic scams.
Amazing! Tom we miss you!
