Ive bought a few vehicles here. They diagnosed some things that even the dealer missed. Their prices are fair and their warranty is excellent. Service from the front desk to the owner is outstanding.

I called early on a Friday, told them what my problem was and they told me that they could fix it and bring it right in.I had some issues with my windshield wipers not working and told them to perform an oil change. It was completed within a couple of hours. They provided arise home and picked me up when it was done.Great quality service, very friendly staff, and good prices, make this a shop I will continue to frequent.

Having relocated to this area almost a year ago now I tried 3 automotive repair shops with poor results until Christian Brothers on Ten Ten and Holly Springs rd. In Apex.What stands out the most is their high level of professionalism, communication and knowledge that made me realize Ive found a shop I can trust. They found my problem quickly, communicated the diagnosis and gave me a written estimate within 2 hours of drop off. After I agreed to have the work done which included replacing a coil (that another local shop had recently replaced with the wrong one) and spark plug, oil change and fuel treatment I had my car back in two hours performing as it should. My recommendation, dont waste your time and money with amateurs, trust Christian Brothers for your automotive repairs, you wont be sorry!

DO NOT GO HEREWent here thinking I was going to get a good alignment. My father recommended this place because he has taken 4 of his cars here before with no problems. I got an alignment that day on my 07 Infiniti G35 Coupe and felt no difference after I left. Me thinking about how I am new to the automotive scene, I was going to take it to my friends shop and he said that “THE TIE RODS WERE SUPER TIGHT AND HAD NO TOOL MARKS WHAT SO EVER”, meaning they never touched my tie rods. I was furious once I heard this and now I am never going back here.

My mom was the one who actually told me to go to them, theyve always done really good work with her car, and theyre always honest and straightforward with her. Ive only had to go a few times, but theyve been amazing each time and even have gone above and beyond what was necessary.I would definitely recommend them if you have car trouble or even for a simple oil change.

The are the consummate professionals and know their work and complete repairs rapidly and thoroughly. Their work status system is outstanding, giving you constant updates and estimates for work. Exorbitantly expensive. Highway robbery. Taking advantage of those in dire need??These are all things I thought of when I called them to ask for the quote, after I got the email saying my trucks service checkup was complete.Picture this: your valve cover gasket is leaking fluid into your ignition coils, and your spark plugs are all shot. So you have to replace the gasket, coils, and plugs... No big deal right? No it isnt. You can go online and find those parts for a minimum of ~$150. Sure, you probably cant do the service yourself, but it doesnt look all that difficult. Basically just take the valve cover off, pull the coils out, unscrew the plugs, screw in the new plugs, put the new coils in, replace the valve cover gasket, put the valve cover back on. Yes, Im greatly simplifying it, but any mechanic with a year of experience should have no trouble doing this job and it should take no more than two hours.So when I called to get the quote, they told me it would be $1,475 for everything. Even before I knew all the details of my trucks issues, I knew that didnt sound right. I told them to give me a few minutes. So I called my dad, an honest mechanic, an honest man, my Ace in the hole. He immediately knew what was what. He did the math, looked up all the parts, the labor time, and told me that even worst case scenario, he couldnt come up with a $700 ticket.So in the end they charged me $133 for the diagnostic, and they put everything back how it was. I drove my truck two hours to my dads shop and had him take a look at it. $160 for parts, just over 1 hour of labor and he had everything together.Ive been racking my brain now for two days trying to figure out how they can justify $1,400 for something like that. Cant seem to really come up with anything other than this: some kind of brand recognition/their name Christian, or theyre just dishonest as a company policy. I know they respond to every review, so please, justify that price down below, Id love to see your reasoning.

The alternator left me stranded on the side of the road. I called and they said about 2 days before they would be able to get to it, I called other places as well, this was a Friday and most places are closed on the weekend. So I called Christian Brothers to have the repair done and was expecting for them to call Monday or Tuesday, but to my delight they were able to squeeze it in and have it completed for me. Which meant I would not be carless on the weekend. They were great, and when I went in to get my car the office was really nice and very clean. Definitely recommend using them. They could have just got to it early the next week as they said, you know, left work a little early on Friday, because their work was done. But they didn’t, they stuff around to get my car done.

Did good work. Super easy to schedule. Price was reasonable.Only issue for me is the COVID precautions. Sign on the door says masks are required, but staff is not consistent about wearing themselves. When the technician came out to get my car, I had to ask him to put on a mask and explained that I am in the higher risk category. He seemed put out, but walked back into the office to get one. I just made sure to wipe everything down with chlorox wipes when they were done before I left.

Unfortunately, not trustworthy.I perform most maintenance and service on my vehicles personally - typically only going to a shop for more in-depth issues like timing belt, etc. I had high hopes for this shop, but left sorely disappointed.In June 2020 I took my van to have them investigate a squeaky pulley. A convenient Red/Yellow/Green report was provided to show what urgently needs replacing (Red), what is coming up soon (Yellow), and what is in great shape (Green).Of the six things categorized as Yellow, five of them I had personally addressed very recently, so I knew they were not anywhere near needing attention (and should be Green). I specifically asked the service advisor if the tech inspected each of the Yellow items, and was told Yes. I went through the list one by one and each item was confirmed as visually inspected.One example is that the cabin air filter was crisp and bright white (only been in the car for about 15 miles), yet was put into the Yellow category. Other examples include recently replaced fluids that were categorized as needing replacement soon (Transmission, Brake, Power Steering).The owner (Charles) discussed this with me and confirmed the tech had not inspected all of the Yellow items as originally stated (and re-stated) by the service advisor, and said sometimes techs don’t follow protocol. There’s not enough integrity in their processes for me to trust their $1,200 suggested repair, or to have me as a returning customer.Charles did waive the diagnostic fee as a result of my experience, which I did appreciate.

On my way home I stopped by with no appointment and they were able to add me in and have my car ready in 30 minutes. Matt was great and helpful. I look forward to returning for my car service needs.

I called in about 12 minutes prior to closing on a weekday. After feeling slight thumping in my driver side wheel/steering, and just feeling like my car wasnt driving right, I called Christian Brothers to see if they would take a look at my tires to be sure everything was working properly. I honestly expected to be required to make an appointment for another day, or an excuse as to why they could not, yet instead I was welcomed to bring my car by to be checked. I headed there and arrived exactly at closing and had a gentleman named Bryan who looked at my car for me. He brought a drill to check the lug nuts and even took a look underneath to be sure all was well. I explained that I drive my car daily, for work and personal use, and recently had an incident when my axle broke while driving on US1/440, and have feared for it to happen again. It was so refreshing to find a reputable and honest auto repair company! I look forward to dropping off my vehicle for service, knowing I will receive quality care & service.

Overall, good service. One thing that surprised me was the Freon recharge. I didnt expect it to happen when we replace only the clutch, however, it was included in the labor cost so I am happy with that.

Excellent service on my 2004 Mazda Miata. They dropped me off at my home, picked me up after 4 hours, so convenient. I had power steering flush, serpentine and other belts replaced, oil and filter change, new windshield wiper blades, rain rails cleared on convertible top. Plus, they use synthetic oil. They also care for my 2013 Mini Cooper, very good service on that, as well. Great coffee, friendly, helpful employees. Christian Brothers gave me their Veteran’s 10% discount, which is great, also for First Responders. Thanks so much.

While I was there I could not help but notice that the lady up front was not only professional, but seemed to be in control whenever a situation came up. The waiting room was quite comfortable and quiet, something the various dealerships lack.. Great for me being able to read a book. I will definitely be back.

I started using Christian Brothers because they were close, had good reviews, and could give me a ride back to my house which was very convenient. My experience with the staff was always positive and helpful.Now for the reason I will not be back. I recently took my vehicle in to diagnose a check engine light and get an estimate on the repairs. When I received the estimate they indicated that I needed a new timing belt which would cost about $1,000. This was a huge red flag as I had this service performed approx. 14k miles (1/4 of the recommended interval) prior at the Toyota dealership and there was a sticker indicating this very prominently displayed on the timing belt cover. It is literally the first thing you see when you open the hood. They did correctly diagnose that one of my air fuel ratio sensor was bad. I decided to replace this myself because I thought the price (almost $500) was ridiculous. When I got under my car I realized that the two skid plates that have to be removed to do the oil change were dangling, barely held in place by only a few of the remaining bolts. I dont know where the rest were but they certainly werent holding up the skid plates. To be fair I did contact them and they offered for me to bring it in and replace the bolts. I didnt take them up on the offer because they lost my confidence and trust.

What I was most impressed with was the honesty, it is very hard to find and auto mechanic shop that is honest well, I have to search no longer because I have found an honest shop and this is it. I will recommend this place to anyone who asks 5 stars all the way!!!

Warning::: long post:::My experience is one I will never forget! I called first thing in the am and the phone was answered by Andrew! He welcomes me to come in first thing. I expressed my concern about possibly needing a new battery. I was able to take my car in at 8:45 am the same day. I needed to be at work by 10. Charles the owner, drove me to work and btw, is a great driver! Thank you Charles :-) He was down to earth, friendly, showed compassion and said he could pick me up after work and take me back to my car after completion. Eric called me to let me know my car was finished and that Charles was on his way to pick me up from work. On my ride home, Charles and I had a great conversation. He made me feel like family! I’ve never had an experience with an automotive company that made me feel like family, EVER! I arrived and it had stared to Rain, Charles pulled up to the front and Eric greeted me with an umbrella. Wow! He didn’t have to and I must say, it went a long way knowing that this owner is teaching great principals to his staff. Thank you Christian Brothers for an unforgettable experience! This place is hella expensive - I opted for only the $40 for a conventional oil change; however, I was quoted for $500/side for rear wheel bearings, and $280 for spark plugs on a 2009 Hyundai Sonata GLS 2.4L I4. They seemed nice enough, but personally I wont be returning. There are a lot of shops that will replace defective items within a 30 to 60 day window.Response to owner: Isnt it a possibility that this review was left on behalf of my partner/spouse and we dont have the same last name? Got a low tire level warning so I swung by on my way to work. They got me right in, found a screw in another tire that wasnt even low (thorough), filled up the low tire and said the screw did not go through so I was all set. They didnt charge me a penny. What great customer service. They were kind and nice and polite, very helpful!

Christian Brothers Automotive is informative, trustworthy, and friendly. Every single employee greeted me and asked if I would like coffee or water. They are clearly very intentional about their hospitality. I spoke with three different people (2 managers I believe; one on the phone and one in person) and a woman who actually worked on my car; all three were very professional and communicated clearly. It was easy to ask questions and receive valuable and informative feedback. I was able to use their free wifi while they worked on my car for about an hour and I overheard some of their conversations to each other and to other customers. Every conversation was professional. On one call they were giving a customer back money from the day before because they were overcharged. I was pleased with their all around excellent service!

I scheduled an online appointment at 7 and had to wait a little longer than expected because they cannot start taking inspections until around 7:15. None of the employees were wearing masks when completing my check in and check out.

The waiting room is fantastic, coffee served on a tray, wireless access, comfortable couches and AC. The staff if very knowledgeable and friendly. I took my car in not knowing exactly what was wrong. They ran several diagnostics and gave me a run down of what should be looked at first to what does not need to be fixed in the near future. They did not push me into a decision or pressure me to get work done immediately. When I did get work done a part they were given by the manufacturer was used and not new. They figured this out after installing it and so instead of waiting for a new part one of the workers drove to the manufacturer to pick up the part and get the car fixed asap. During this time I needed to pick up a child from school. They installed both child car seats in the shuttle car and waited in line with me to pick up the second child from school. Their customer service, knowledge, honesty and hard work is outstanding. I highly recommend them and am so glad we have found our new auto shop!

4Q17 moved from GA to NC & prior to moving had brakes replaced in GA on RX350. After approx. four months, front brakes pads started scraping. Used Christian Brothers in Holly Springs for another vehicle oil change & mentioned the brake issue on the RX350. Mo stated to bring in & she would be an advocate on our behalf when contacting the GA automotive repair shop that replaced the brakes four months prior. Took the RX to Christian Brothers & Mo completely handled. Front brakes were replaced, & they resurfaced the rotors which was not previously done. All at No Charge! This has been our best experience since moving to NC. Thank you Mo, Eric & Christian Brothers!

Christian Brothers Automotive at the Western Wake location is probably the best automotive services business Ive been to. The customer service was great, the space is very well kept, and the time frame between them receiving your keys to the time they are done was highly impressive. Two things that really stands out at this business is the email updates as your vehicle is being serviced and the honesty of the employees. No runarounds, no trying to force you to get you really dont need, etc. They also email you a pdf of the things that they reviewed in which you may need in the future. Awesome service! My wife and I went in to Christian Brothers Automotive for only an oil change for our Honda Civic. Our plan was to drop off the car and walk down to the YMCA to work out while our car was being serviced. However, there was a heavy rain going on at that time. When asked if we would be waiting or leaving the car for service, we told Charles, the owner, that we would be walking to the YMCA. He said that he would take us there in the Company car, which he did. Once there, he said just call the office when we are done and he would pick us up. Now, you heard me correctly. The owner drove us to the YMCA and picked us up and all we had done was an oil change. For years I have been taking our cars to the appropriate dealership for all the car maintenance needed and never had this kind of service before. I cant even tell you how much we appreciated this fantastic service and I will not be returning to the dealerships for service. Christian Brothers Automotive is now our go-to place.

Amazing prompt, professional service! My husband called a few minutes before I arrived with my Yukon that had not one but two nails in my front tire.
