Tried to charge me for balancing and mounting 4 new tires for $200. Firestone did that perfect for $96. You are so greedy guys.

I have been coming here for years and when you have a flat it is comforting to be greeted with professionalism and patience! Last week, the evening manager even waited for me,since I could not get an Uber and with evening traffic, it was going to be tough to get there before closing.

Brought my car for a brake inspection and was told the brakes were fine. Found out the next day after hearing squealing that it was my brakes... Thank God for Aamco in Cary who found the problem in 5 mins and also fixed the Problem at no charge.. Just tires is not a Brake Shop.. As it says.. Its Just Tires.

Just went here to get a tire fixed because I had a nail in my new tire. They tried to tell us we needed 2 new tires and they couldn’t fix it. Then they did the work up and said we had 2 nails in the tires. Took it somewhere else and they fixed the tire, only 1 nail, and definitely don’t need 2 new tires. It’s a brand new car! Nice try! Unless you want to spend $400 on tires you DON’T need, so do not waste your time here. Go to someone local, and honest! Apparently SEVERAL other people on my community page that I posted this in as well have been told the same thing. Must be there line to try to get you to buy tires you do not need!

Jacob and Clinton really did a very good job and they were genuine. I went to just tires as my car had two flat tires. Jacob first inspected the tires and thought tire replacement is required but he did not simply ask me to get that done instead he said he will cross check with the technician, Clinton and then both of them thoroughly inspected and they even showed me the damage and only post that when I realized that the tire replacement is necessary then they went for it. Jacob really answered all my questions and cleared my doubts. So I think they are good and genuine and do not unnecessarily make you spend extra bucks. So as I was satisfied with the service I had mention to Jacob that I would leave a positive feedback and that is what I am doing.

I was really pleased with my experience here, fixed what I needed for a really good price, and Tiffany (I think that’s her name) helped me a lot. I believe the guys name was Jacob who helped me as well. They helped me a lot, very thankful for their help.

What an Incredibly frustrating experience, I ordered 4 new tires one week prior to my appointment. I intended to mount new tires and make the drive and move to Boulder CO after the service here in Apex NC. When I arrived my appointment wasn’t scheduled but they compensated and got me in, it was early morning around 9:45 am. I returned an hour and a half later only to find 1 of my 4 brand new tires had 20% wear on its tread. Not being able to come to and agreement and not having time I had them remove the tires and came over here to Firestone to get the job done without issues from their distributor or with their products.

***Attempted to replace new equipment******Excessive wait***Brought my vehicle in for an appointment at 9am for 4 new Goodyear tires. I arrived a few minutes early and was helped immediately. At about 1030am I began to become frustrated with the length of time I had been in the waiting room. At about 1045 the service advisor, who was extremely polite brought me recommendations. They recommended my intake be cleaned because it was extremely dirty, my front brakes and rotors needed to be replaced, my rear windshield wiper was old and dry rotted and my rear shocks were bad.I change my own brakes, shocks and engine components when needed. The front brakes on my vehicle do need to be replaced, I assume the front rotors could be resurfaced, however I havent noticed uneven brake wear and my rear shocks have no issues. The one recommendation that was upsetting was the dry rotted rear windshield wiper, which had only been placed new on the vehicle nine days ago.I understand that this is a business and you need to sell items to continue it, but I will no longer shop here. I am suspicious of most mechanic shops and if Im able to catch an unethical practice I can only imagine what else could be done behind the scenes.

The staff is more focused on the sale than the needs of the customer. I arrived at 9:30 to inquire about new tires. The tires that I needed were in stock, but there were two vehicles ahead of mine. I specifically told the receptionist that I did not have time to wait, but I had no problem coming back. Focused on not losing the sale, she assured me that they would be able to get the job done by 10:30. Against my better judgement, I agreed to go ahead and purchase them, assuming I would be finished by 10:30 like I was told. An hour and 15 minutes later I find out that they have not even started on my tires. This is definitely an inconvenience, especially when I set the expectations that I needed to leave by a certain time and did not have a problem coming back later.

I have brought my car here twice for an oil change/state inspection. The first time they forgot that I was there so I ended up waiting for almost 2 hours. The second time I went for just an oil change and sat there for over an hour and a half. I had made an appointment both times. I would not recommend coming here.

I cannot say enough about my positive experience at Just Tires in Apex. I Purchased four tires from Tiffany at the Apex location on my Kia optima. They were so helpful, kind, and expedient in all of the service....that I took my other vehicle which also had brand new tires but I had purchased them from another merchant. I wish I would’ve purchased all my tires from them.

The start of my day was bad. Woke up to flat tire and then when trying to remove the tire two of the lugnuts were stuck so I kicked the ire iron and ripped my shoe. Now late for work and meetings I arrived at Just Tire and received not only exceptional customer service but a good deal on a set of tires. Tiffany helped me a lot and even listened to my sad story. I will be going to them again.

They were very helpful and good customer service. I bought the warrantee on my tires when I purchased them and I went in with a flat tire no questions asked they replaced it for free. I think everyone should probably buy the Warrantee - it is worth it.

Ive been going here for new tires, tire repair, and other misc items on my 3 vehicles and boat trailer for 6 years. Ive bought 10 or 12 new tires in the last 5 years from this shop. I had a 3 yr rotation and alignment plan that expired Monday, called Thursday to attempt to get a final alignment but was told they wouldnt do anything for me. Ill take my business and loyalty elsewhere going forward. A simple alignment would have been nice being only 3 days removed from the plan and the quantity of business ive done in the past. So much for my loyalty I guess.

I have an older car and was VERY pleased at the service that was provided by the staff at this location. The manager Dan was attentive to my concerns and identified the repairs that were needed, safety items first!, and advised me on what could wait. The pricing was fair (and included Just Tires coupon redemption) and the requested work was done quickly and and as specified while I waited. Other staff members, including Aaron and Phillip, were also helpful and answered my questions and addressed all issues in a friendly yet professional manner. I recommend this business for your automobile repairs!

Beware here, of being taken advantage of, especially if you are a woman...Stopped in for a simple alignment and they tried to sell me a package that I needed in order to properly align my tires. When they couldnt explain to me why this was needed I declined and called the Honda dealer. They said that was nonsense and they were trying to sell me something I didnt need.

Im sure everyone has had the same experience from time to time with the VERY long wait at Just Tires. It doesnt matter the location in my experience. I always seem to wait long hours but what kept me coming back is that they always did everything right. So I sacrificed my time. However, this last time was enough for me. I made an appointment for a service early in the morning and I was the first customer there. During my service, they found a few other things wrong with my vehicle that needed to be fixed. After contemplating on whether or not I should stay, not because of the money but because I knew I was going to be there a long time, I decided to stay. If an oil change took 2hrs, I couldnt imagine how long it would take for other services. But they gave me an estimated time of 3hrs, which slowly turned to 5hrs, then to the entire day I waited in the lobby. Yes, I was there from open to close! 8AM to 8PM! I saw several people come and go that day. Several clients that dropped off their vehicles, came back and to their surprise to still see me there. They all said you are still here?! And all I could do was just shake my head. Just Tires excuses were 1. had to wait on the ONE and ONLY guy that knew how to fix my truck to show up that day. 2. they kept ordering the wrong parts. I had to go up to the desk each time to get an update on my vehicle. Not one time did the employees approach me to update me. Needless to say, I reached out to the general manager and spoke with him on the phone. He said he would talk with the staff and get back to me. Two weeks later, still no call back from the GM. I have lost all hope with Just Tires, especially when the GM is not supportive and lacking customer service just like his stores.

Even though my specific tire size has become rare and difficult to find, Dan was able to quickly find what I needed and help me out and get me on the road in just a few hours. He explained precisely what my cost was going to be, and did not try to hide anything in paperwork. I only paid for exactly what I needed. They do not push un-needed services. Thank you to the staff for resolving the issue with my tires. I bought new tires and had trouble with the car shaking and brought it back once. The second time they looked at the car and figured out wha the issue was. They resolved the issue and I didnt have to replace the tires. The staff here is beyond friendly and helpful. For the complaints about oil changes, they go by what the manufacturer of the car recommends to help extend the life of your car....so just because another place will do the cheaper oil doesnt mean they should. The flat repairs arent a standard jab and plug but a permanent fix from the inside out with a patch and a plug. The wait times can get up there if its busy, but keep in mind the people in the back are busting their butts to get stuff done quickly and correctly so its not like theyre slacking off (Sometimes theyre limited by the amount of bays they have available as well as techs). Dan and Nick will always go out of their ways to fix any issues if there are any as well.

I needed to have my tire checked because the light kept coming on. I knew it had a slow leak. I have purchased tires there since they opened . My initial reaction was to leave after trying to ask for help. If it werent for Christopher Spleen I would have left. Because of him I replaced all four tires. I recently bought four brand new tires from Just Tires. It was nothing short of a professional, we appreciate our customer experience. A young man by the name of DeMario assisted me, he was extremely, professional, helpful, knowledgeable of the products, and genuine. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone. Very satisfied not only the way I was treated but the work that they did on my vehicles had an alignment done. Been to several other places to have an alignment taking care of and it never felt right and still always pull to the right. after I left this Just Tires everything was very smooth and was very straight

I don’t know why they make appointments. Always hours late, never completing on time. I have always told them to put my wheel weights on the inside, not on the outside of my nice factory mag wheels and today after waiting 2 hours they bring it out with huge lead weights on the outside and have scratched my wheels. No excuse for such bad service but laziness and apathy. They got one star because that’s as low as it will let me go.

I have lived nearby for ten years. I regularly take my two cars to DAN. Why? When there are repairs or diagnostics which go beyond the scope of his shop he will recommend that I go to an appropriate full service shop. When there are lower cost options for simple remove and replace options he has recommended I get the R&R done elsewhere at a lower price. As far as tires. Absolutely no questions to replace under complete road hazard guarantee. Cant say enough good things about this basic shop for my routine maintenance and Tire/brake and alignment services.

I had above excellent service. The manager Vance explained everything in detail for my cars needs. I got top of the line new tires at a great price. Also they have free Wi-Fi making it very convenient to use my lap top and work while waiting was a plus! I will be using their services in the future.

Told it would take 1-1.5 hours to get new tires mounted and balanced. Came back after one hour to find that they had not even started. They just got the car in to find that there were locking lug nuts, and they could not find the key. It was in the jack box, with all the other tire changing gear! 2.5 hours after they began, the car was finally ready, with the needed alignment being done. Get home, get a call to say, oops, we forgot to charge you for the alignment. We need your credit card again. Not happy, but being one who believes in paying for services rendered, was not going to skip out. So time in, 10am. Time out, 1:30pm. Will have a hard time going back.

I was taken advantage of at this establishment. Im a M.S. patient from out of town and I had problems with my tires during my commute to Wake County. I stopped by Just Tires and they told me that there was a problem with my tire sensor. I was also told that my tire sensor light would go off after 10 minutes of them installing a new one. During my hour and a half commute home, the tire sensor light never went off after they installed a new one. It is still on today. I stopped by a Toyota dealership near me, and they told me that I was taken advantage of by Just Tires. I tried to call back and get a refund, but to no avail. They took advantage of me because Im a single disabled woman. Wow! Thats low class. Thanks for your service Just Tires of Apex.

Wish I would have looked at the reviews before bringing my car here to these unprofessional individuals! Came here on a Friday evening after working all day. Wasnt treated with good customer service but I figured, Its Friday evening, Im sure everyone is tired.One week later, I took my car to TWO different shops to have work done and both shops remarked that the oil was so dirty there was no way it couldve been changed.When I called back to speak to the manager, Dan, he didnt even attempt to make it right. He insisted out the gate, even guaranteed that there was no way I couldve been charged without it being changed. Please note he wasnt even present when the oil change was completed. (When the cats away....) How can you guarantee something if you werent even present to witness it?! He never said, That is highly atypical of the service we strive to provide. He said there was no remote way it was possible! Seriously?! Not only did he not take ownership, he didnt attempt to atone for the wrongdoing whether perceived or actual. At the end after practically calling me a liar, he offered to take a look at it. At this point, I dont even want to deal with his nastiness especially when I dont have to. I ended the called by stating that I wouldnt patronize the shop going forward and he acted as if he could care less.This my friends is a -1 on the customer service scale. I have worked and managed in the customer service industry (for big corporations and mom and pop companies) for over 15 years and I dont know a district manager or owner that would find this to be an acceptable customer service interaction. Please save yourself the money and the headache and take your car to a different shop.Obviously there are Just Tires! No customer service, no oil changes....Just tires. Sometimes its all in the name.

Today, 5/6/2017: I went Apex, Beaver Creek Mall Just tire to oil change for 2002 Dodge Caravan by advance online appointment. The manager Dan told me to oil change by Synthetic, but I did all the time regular oil change. when I said no, he told me to go other store. This is unprofessional manner. He also told me that this is the last time he will change oil as regular oil change and I have to undertake sign his paper. This is DISGUSTING. I do not recommend to go to this store. every time I go to this store, he try to sell many things to repair from his store even though I do not agree. It takes about two hours to change oil. I believe he did intentionally delay because I did not buy his (Manager DAN) words. This manager DAN need to be replaced with someone with good manner. Thanks!

Seems to be fair and reasonable. I was skeptical when I went for an oil change and they said I desperately needed two new tires (they looked fine). Upon closer inspection steel belts were showing on the inner sidewalls, out of view. They offered a great price on clearance tires (the car has 150,000 miles - no point in getting expensive tires)

Cannot recommend this place. I went in to get a flat repaired. Had to wait 25 minutes just to talk to someone. I could hear giggling in the back office the whole time. They guy helping another customer couldnt explain to her that road hazard warranty is not free, but it offers a free tire replacement with in 36 months (as written on the poster) IF you purchase the warranty. Finally, someone came to talk to me, and I asked them how much to do a patch on a flat, he tells me its about $40! I had to just walk out of there, as he was trying to explain the procedure for a patch. Drove up to Mr. Tire, they even had a coupon online, was in and out in about 15 minutes for under 10 bucks. The guy was reasonable to talk to and gave the feeling of competence!

They have always performed quality service at slightly inflated prices. The wait has always been longer than expected. I would recommend dropping off your car and not needing it for the day when you use them.

The manager of this shop, Dan, has accommodated me in a number of emergency situations, on short notice, and Ive always received outstanding service, at this location. I have four college/high school age drivers, and I have put no less than a half dozen sets of tires on multiple vehicles over the past several years. Ive always received quality service, at this location, in a reasonable timeframe, at a decent price. From suggesting that I replace tires to once patching a good tire that could be repaired, I have never felt that anyone has tried to sell me more than I needed. Yet, I always leave knowing that my vehicle and my childrens vehicles are safe and well inspected. The staff including Dan are pleasant and very accommodating. On my most recent visit, Dan squeezed me in at 4 pm on a Sunday afternoon, when my sons tire had an unexpected flat from a nail, even staying a few minutes after their 5 PM closing time to replace two tires and complete an alignment. I so appreciate the excellent service I have received and will certainly continue to return!

You get what you expect from $9 an hour employees. I waited 2 hours to find out they had put thw wrong tires on. Waited another hour and painfully watched the employee fix the mistake at a turtles pase through the viewing window. They didnt charge me for the $95 alignment so I came out on top I suppose. Sorry people best advice is find a family friend mechanic. The turn over at places like this and jiffy lube are crazy. I saw these guys change oil filters this particular day. But if you have one thats hard to reach Id question it.

I am completely unsatisfied with this establishment. Originally, I went there to get an internal patch for my right front tire. I knew I would be waiting a while for this service which was fine but when he came out and said they couldn’t patch it after I had waited an hour I was somewhat frustrated but it is what it is. They told me they couldn’t patch it because there was another hole with a nail through the tire RIGHT next to an area that had been patched before. Ok.. I went home to talk to my fiancé about it and he noticed that three of my custom valve stem covers were missing. I called up there and the man on the phone found the ones that were missing. So we had to drive back up there to get them. When my fiancé went to work on my car today (one day after this event) he went to take my tire off and the lug nuts were very loose so he checked the other three tires. The lug nuts were all loose on them as well! This is a serious problem!!!!! As I drive my family around in this car! Not to mention, if just ONE of my tires had came off, it would have caused my car to be totaled and possibly could have killed me, my family and other motorists! I don’t know what qualifications someone has to have to work there but this is unacceptable!! I went to this same shop a few years ago to get tires for my Mustang and had a fine experience. That is why I went back! I thought they were a reputable company! What the hell happened to the good old days of great customer service?

I went to this Just Tires because they accept my Goodyear Credit Card. I needed some new tires. They were very helpful and had great customer service. However, once I got my car home, I noticed 2 of my rims had some nice new scratches on them. I know they werent there previously, you could tell by how white they were. I called the store, they told me their machine doesnt touch the rim. So basically I couldnt do anything,. The machine might not touch the Rim, but the employees and their tools could easily hit them on accident or maybe they got stacked? Either way, I was not happy with the quality of work, although they are very nice at the front desk, until you call in with a complaint. If you go, make sure to check your rims closely before you leave the parking lot.

Helpful staff, consistently good service, my Ford stock tires lasted 43,000 miles with the Just Tires maintenance program. I recommend Just Tires.

Wish I had read the reviews before I went. Just took my car in because tire had a very slow leak over the past 3-6 months requiring 5 lbs having to be added every week. They told me when I got there that if the valve stem was bad it would be free but if they found a nail in the tire it would be $36. Guess which one they found? My husband and I had checked the tire for nails multiple times and our car service company also checked when they were servicing (and adding air to tire) and they did not see a nail. When I questioned attendant while paying he seemed nervous and told me he could show me where on tire they found nail (duh, there is now a plugged hole in my tire). I was there by myself (female) and feel like they definitely took advantage of me. Also, $36 seems awful high to plug a hole--my husband said he could have done it for less than $5. I would avoid this place but if you do have to use them then make sure you ask to see things on vehicle BEFORE they fix them to assure they are telling you the truth and not just trying to make money off you!

An oil change was $66 for my 2012 Honda C-RV. Way over priced from what I normally pay. Made an appointment. Took an hour and a half. Even tried to get me to pay for an alignment that was already included in a tire package I bought from them maybe not less that a year ago. Totally destroyed my faith in them.

I had an 11:30 appointment for alignment check. At 1:00 I had to go to counter because my car had not been checked yet. Other folk had come in after me and left with their service done. Why make an appointment if have to wait an hour and a half?

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and that is what I got with no up-selling or pressure to buy additional services. I will be back.

I was the only one at the store and they took 45 minutes for an oil change. A basic oil change was $54, way over priced. To top it off, I got back into my vehicle and the whole thing stunk of cigarettes. Never going back.
