Got basic detailing package for my SUV for $150. Price was better than many other local places. Did a nice job with my car. Communicated via text when I tried calling them. Pretty short turnaround to appointment time (had available within a week). Dropped car off in AM and picked up later in PM. Took cash or check only.

They did a good job cleaning my vehicle. It was a good price for the service recieved. Friendly people. It was difficult to communicate with them as they didnt answer the phone often. But they were very busy.

Dropped car off the night before. Great job on interior and exterior of car using websites $50.00 off coupon. Had it ready the next day when promised. Would for sure recommend.

I went in for an express detail and they were done in about an hour. They did a great job, especially since this was an express detail, but I noticed an area that I felt was missed. I called after hours and was surprised that someone answered! Then, without any issue, the owner (Brandi) helped me reschedule at a convenient time to make it right. Everyone in the shop cares and I know Brandi does everything she can to earn repeat business and have happy customers! I will return.

I first used Auto Image 6 years ago and was well pleased with their attention to detail. Fast forward to last week and they still ROCK! Since I suffer from severe chemical sensitivity, they use enzymes and products which don’t affect my health negatively. This kind of service and attention to a customer’s specific needs is impossible to find elsewhere. Brandi was wonderful to deal with and operates a fun, family operated business. Everyone did a superb job at a fair price. Hence, my 2006 Saturn Vue has never looked better. At 13 years old, it’s very close to ‘showroom new’, but without the nasty new car smell! In other words, it’s PERFECT! If only they could do for people what they do for automobiles, I’d be 62 going on 25🙂!!!

My car was accidental sprayed with road tar in my work parking lot. I spoke to Brandi and they got me in right away. Brandi was great and dealt with the insurance company. It took her staff a few days but my car looks like new. Super appreciative of her and her staff.

I have been using Chris and Brandis detailing services for 8 years. Having a background in specialty detailing myself, I consider myself to be pickier than most and Im sure they and their staff will agree. They do a top notch job and have a cure for most cosmetic issues for you vehicle and will keep it looking new for a fair price!

I really appreciated the time they spent with me explaining things. I was able to have a discussion with the owner and she helped me to get the package that was best for me. They didnt try to oversell me anything and were very knowledgeable. The people there are down to earth and I recommend them fully. Plus they do good work. My car I almost did not recognize. Worth every penny.

I got a decent scrape on my car, so I brought it in to have it looked at. They weren’t able to take care of all of it (the scrapes were too deep and needed a body shop to repair), but they recommended some good places nearby and even removed all of the transfer paint for free. Everyone was also very friendly!

I made an appointment for a full detailing and got warm, courteous service and a spic-and-span car at the end of the day.

I have been going to A2 Auto Image every couple of weeks since last year. Every time I go, they do an unbelievable job. Everything they do is perfect. The people that work there are always super nice and always take great care of me. The waiting room is awesome because its quiet, so normally I knock out some work while I am there. I highly recommend A2. I am an extremely picky and meticulous person, and A2 never ceases to impress. My car comes out looking like new each and every time.

On the surface, their hand wash seems like a good deal. If all you care about is a clean car, this is the place for you. But, if youre knowledgeable about proper washing techniques (unlike this company), then go elsewhere.- Observed them drying my car with what appeared to be dirty old rags. No microfibers to be found. Used the same towels on the windows, paint and lower trim. Also a no-no. This can actually cause more harm to your paint than good.-Unprofessional atmosphere. Lawn chairs in the waiting room. Also, if you call ahead to make an appointment (which I did both times I went), I was told upon arrival they would have to work me in on short notice.-Loud rap music playing, loud enough that it was obnoxious for me as a customer in the waiting room.Overall.. not recommended and will not be returning.

Brought car to Novi location for Elite detail. When I picked up the car, it was dirty. Not only was the grill work not polished, it wasnt even clean. There were scuffs on the paint that I easily removed with a rag, so if they polished it at all, they missed several spots. It looked almost as good as if I had taken it to a full service car wash - but at $152, it was alot more expensive!

I had a great experience and wonderful people. Very attentive and straightforward.They went out of their way to fix some of my paint chips in addition to the full detail of the inside and outside. Good and reasonable recommendation on any additional service for my leather interior.I will be taking my 2nd car there shortly and have already recommended them to my friends and family (even if they have to drive an hour).

Really nice place! Brandi did the scheduling and was super great at communicating and answering all my questions and was fine with phone or email, which is much appreciated. The guys did a great job, it was the first time Ive had detailing done so I didnt know what to expect. I really wanted the interior cleaned and it looks and smells great! But what really surprised and delighted me is how SOFT the outside is. I dont know anything about cars so I dont know what they did, wash and wax I think? But I dont think the car was this smooth and soft and downright pettable when it was brand new! It sounds so weird since Ive never appreciated just touching my car before, probably because it was dusty and dirty, but now when I have to touch it to close the trunk or door, its not gross anymore, its actually pretty pleasant! If all of this sounds insane, go here and have them detail your car and see for yourself!

Just had my car done there and holy cow much more than I was expecting. I have a Chevy traverse and they made sure everything down to the floor mats were clean. Way more than I was anticipating recommend them to all I know.

What a joke. These people detailed my 2008 Shelby Cobra GT500 Mustang with 7,400 original miles. In excellent, like new, condition. When I picked up the car it was covered in dust and even had water spots on the front hood after further review. They also LOST my original floor mats. The car is (was) completely stock. Not any more.Apparently they cannot find the floor mats ???? Although after talking to this joker Derrick, I doubt they have even tried. They advised they would replace the floor mats which are not even replaceable any more. Now they will not return any of my phone calls or answer the phone when I call.What a mistake.

Outstanding. I recently took my car for an elite detail and was amazed at what my car could really look like. I have 4 kids and they managed to make it look new again. They removed stains I thought would be there forever. And the outside it cost little more but they even removed the scratch I put on it backing out of my garage. They are the BEST

I admit I chat it up a little bit when Im nervous ( my car was not the cleanest) but they assured me that they are all about quality and thats exactly what I got. My car was truly clean. Better than when I thought. These people cared enough to even walk over the vehicle with me to make sure I was satisfied ( something you rarely find ) and discussed removing some scratches I had. My car is cleaner than I could have imagined. Everyone who has gotten in since the detail has commented on how well cared for the car looks. A2 Auto Image even cleaned the engine and scraped off older sticker decals on the exterior. Will definitely return again.

A2 Auto Image was incredible. My car was a mess. I hadnt washed it all summer, and this summer include trips to Utah, Chicago, a few times to the track and driving around the dirt roads that surround Ann Arbor. They were able to not only clean the inside and outside of the car, but make it look better than when I got the car new. I cant believe my paint looks that good. I am definitely going to be returning.

Took my daughters car in last week to get detailed. It was in AWFUL shape - very dirty from dogs and her dad (who gets in there after driving a semi all week and hauling steel). It was quite odorous from this steel smell and they managed to get the odor out with their ozone treatment system. It came out very clean!! The owner is very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who wants to have their car detailed.

This is the most incredible high quality detail on my BMW that I have ever had / dreamed of and the price is very fair.

Bought a $200 detail package for $100. the detailing was worse than $6 cawash with the interior untouched. a scam.

Stay away. Absolutely terrible cleaning service and customer service. Dropped my car off over two weeks ago for detailing (in& out) and paint correction services. My car was relatively clean inside as well as the exterior. They called me the next day saying they needed the car for another day. Sure - not a huge a deal, so i said ok. I picked it up the following night around 5:30pm (2 whole business days later). Once i opened the door to my vehicle i could tell right away that not much had been done, in fact i don’t think anything was cleaned correctly inside. There was dirt in my trunk (that was not present before i had dropped it off), none of the cup holders or armrests were cleaned, the seats were not cleaned, there were stains on the carpet larger than before (most likely due to a bad cleaning or attempt at it). Dirt was coming out of my floor mats while the worker assured me they cleaned them. I specifically pointed out my concerns before i dropped off the vehicle to the employee working and to the owner, “Chris. None of these were addressed. As far as the paint correction services - absolute shame. The owner had two days to work on it and didn’t even touch the car. The scratches they promised to remove were not even touched. Its been two weeks since I’ve been calling every day..and the owner is no where to be found and will not return my calls. The $300 i paid you for services could’ve been done myself in the car wash line. Terrible experience, i would not recommend this place to anyone. Still waiting to hear back from the owner Chris who promised to take care of my vehicle.

Quite impressed! Took my car in not expecting much(probably because I NEVER take care of it and live in it for work only) but WOW! Smells gone, very clean on inside, every little area I avoid cleaning they get. Plus they did my head lights which instead of replacing them, got buffed out and now light comes out. Lol. For what they did for my car, and the price, amazing job. Thanks alot for making me not look like a slob!

So I recently took my families vehicles in about a month apart with the same Groupon voucher (cost $109 for a $200 elite service).. the first time I brought in a work truck which is very messy dog hair and dirt all over with beat up leather seats and we were very impressed with the outcome. They kept it an extra long time so they could really detail it and it showed. The second time I brought in my car which was dirty but not at all where the truck was. First I was told I did not have an appointment (the appointment was made before I left when dropping the truck off. When I came to pick it up I was told the seats could not be completed removed of stains and pet hair because that would have been an extra charge that they assumed I would not want to pay (did not ask me.) Then there were visble spots that they obviously missed right when you open up the door. I recall the first time, when the truck was brought in, the man said the owner was coming in on a Saturday to help him out, and it showed. There was no discussion of extra fees for pet hair removal and they took their time and effort to complete the job. When I brought my car in it appeared rushed and they did not have the same level of detail. I hope this is helpful, try to choose a day when the owner is there to supervise.

I would say they did an okay job on the detailing except for the fact that my car stinks of cigarette smoke now. Smells like a 5 pack a day person has been driving the car. I am going to a different place to get it detailed again to get rid of this awful stink. There is no doubt someone was smoking cigarette after cigarette in the car. I wouldnt recommend.

Lost the original floor mats. Broke the visor on the drivers side. Snapped the mirror cover (controls the light feature) completely off. Didnt tell me. Found out when it fell into my lap. Didnt offer to replace the mats.

! WARNING !-FOR THE PEOPLE WHO TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR VEHICLE-Had my car detailed/waxed. Never will I recommend this place to anyone.Yes, the car looked nice from a distance, but when I arrived home I noticed that they A2 Image had placed a dent on the rear corner of the car. The appearance I believe was due from the buffing wheel that they used. I called them immediately and the person Nick who answered the phone told me that they are about to close shop and didnt want me to bring the car back to have them look at it. Huh ?? The time was Tuesday 5:52. I live only 3 minutes away from there.If they were a respectable company, they would had said to come back.Ok, so 9:am Wednesday I went back the following day and showed them what they had done to my Mustang. The Manager whom I spoke to Nick said it wasnt the companies fault. Again, Huh ???Absolute joke ! Anyone who takes pride in their car KNOWS their own car !After talking/arguing with this person for hmmm 10mins., I asked him Nick to call the Dent Wizard. He said that they had used that company for there dent removals but use a different company now. I asked him what was the name they use now ? His answer was, He said he couldnt remember. All-righty then....Nick said next Wednesday to bring the car in to get fixed, ok so I did. But where is the Dent repair man at ? Nick had some excuse, I wasnt even listening to him at this point.I then spoke to a different Manager Garret. He said that the owner is to call me. Hah ! Do you think he did ? tap tap tap..... Ok so I called them. The Manager Garret then told me this time that the Owner would meet with me on the following Wednesday. Ok, I drive there once again.Im there, but where is the Owner ?? The Manager had said that the owner is too busy to make any arrangements with me to meet. Again, Huh ??These people who work there do not want to take responsibility for what they had done. Even the Owner Chris Clark shows no respect to the customers whats so ever. Chris Clark could find the time to at least give me the courtesy of a phone call. Extremely Poor business.In sadness, This journey with A2-Image that cost $200.00 will end up costing $$$$, because I now find out that that area needs removed, filled, and re-painted.You the public out there, Does this sound like a respectable Company ? I say absolutely Not.
